Every time I come into this store I always immediately regret it. There's either no carts or the line is long or the merchandise is low or the signs for sales are wrong. There is literally never an easy trip, unfortunately this is the closest one. But I think this last time did it for me, I waited in line for 15 min. I was the next person in line there were 2 cashiers both were helping with returns so it was taking sooooooo long. Finally I was next for my one item and the damn thing wasn't on sale. I told the girl the sign said 20% she said it was regular price and made no effort to check or ask. My son had to use the restroom at this point so I told her that's it then? And raid proceeded to say that's there's nothing she could do. Which is bullshit cause there's something called false advertising. Anyway I didn't even want to give them my money anymore. So we head to the bathroom and there's no paper the only TP WAS ON THE FLOOR, no paper towels. I'm done. read more

Old Navy - Children's Clothing Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

My sister used to work at this location 5 years ago and was the only Old Navy store I shopped at. This store has definitely lowered their retail standards. It has become disorganized, messy, and unprofessional. The line was past the dressing room and there were only 2 cashiers. Cashier #1741088 was extremely unprofessional. I returned 5 items and he kept talking and moving over to the cashier next to him as if I wasn't even there. Give customers 5 minutes of your full attention because we have been waiting patiently for more than 15 minutes in line to return items. I would love to train this staff on their customer service skills (or there lacking). read more

This location is one of my favorites to shop at. They always have a variety of sizes and the employees are never too busy to help you find something in your size and/or color. Another plus side to this place, even on a busy holiday shopping day, you still get great customer service. read more

I've had several issues with items being "misplaced" onto clearance or advertised sales racks at this location. And I don't mean one item a customer shoved there when they decided not to try it, I mean several of each size placed prominently on rack that says "$15 and under," taking up most of the rack. When I point out to management that it should be on sale according to the advertised sign, all I ever get is "Oh, someone put them in the wrong spot." Well hey, if you put stuff on a sale rack by mistake, that's on you, not me. I finally decided that unless they honor it, I'm not buying it, even if it's only a dollar or two difference in price. And since they'll never honor it, I guess I can start shopping elsewhere entirely. read more

Slow moving lines cashiers are talking and joking around, messing around with the radio like a bunch of kids , there's never shopping carts available for those who have children I love old navy but this place needs help attending to there customers needs.. remember make the customer feel welcomed move the lines faster and you'll have loyal customers . as for me I done with this location. ..I'll spend my hard working money elsewhere. .thumbs down ... read more

This location is decent. It's not overly messy like some ON locations and the customer service is actually really great. Their clearance section is really great. I'm always finding lots of good deals here! They have a bigger variety of items in stock then other nearby locations I've noticed. But, the customer service is what keeps me coming here! read more

Only came into this Old Navy to get kicks on my Shop Kick app on my iPhone.

I really never have issues with this store. The kids/babies sections is not the most organized but like whatever. You just have to dig through clothes piled on the shelves to look for the size you need. I just don't like the fact that there's the minimal amount of cashiers possible. Weather is just a normal week day or a weekend or when they are having sales/ cash rewards redeem they keep tops 2 cashiers. On cash rewards days the line can go all the way to half of the men's section and sill two cashiers only. It could take about 15-25mintues to check out. Also the lack of employees on the sales floor sucks. Good luck if you need some help. You'll see maybe one by the fitting rooms and that's about it. Kinda sucks! Either hire more people or give more hours to your current employees so the store is well staffed! And not under staffed! read more

This is a nice little Old Navy, it's conveniently located next to a bunch of other shops like Target and Hobby Lobby. First, their selection is sparse and unorganized... Good lunch with finding your shoe size or anything in the clearance rack. Secondly, the service is friendly but sooooo slow! Same problems as other report just take took long to check you out and even with no one else in line it takes forever. read more

If i had a chance to not put a star i wouldn't even put one. I called for an item lookup and one of the employees was really rude. Hung up on me. And i called back and she hung up in me as soon as i asked her about the item. I love old navy but they should hire better employees with better costumer service. Really poor attitude. read more

I love Old Navy!!!! There is not as many selections as some of the other retail locations however believe it or not they have something for everyone. I am in love with the basics that they sell and offer regularly for promotion. If you want a larger selection the location in Canyon Springs, Riverside is definately better stocked and has more to choose from. read more

I came in to old navy on 080515 to purchase back to school gear for my kids. I forgot my wallet I ask to have the items on hold so when I get out from work. I called to make sure the items were there and the person who answer put me on hold and left me on hold. I called back another person answer and ask me if I was the one waiting on clothes that were put on hold and she told the clothes was put back and there is nothing they cannot do. I was telling her I need the items I bought and if they were put back they need to make sure my items were as I got them and the person hung up on me. I called back a few times and they answer and hung up. Decided to go to the store and deal with the manager; so finally they found my stuff all of a sudden so I let them know I spoke to corporate and I will be speaking to the district manager and I see them flinch and the managers demeanor changes and they let me know that they will find corrective action for the person responsible. I think they could of found a better way to deal with it and for my inconvenience I was offer $5 off my purchase wow. read more

This store is usually very messy and has poor customer service, yet I continued to shop there regularly since it's close to my home. Last week I returned some jeans which didn't fit, they were slightly wrinkled from being in the bag, I had removed the tags but had them as well as the receipt. The older Hispanic cashier looked at them and asked if they'd been worn (they were the washed finish which they sell MANY of in the store). I assured her that no, I couldn't even get them over my hips! She kind of snarled and walked over to (I assume) the manager on duty. They were whispering, staring at me, and kind of shaking their heads. The manager returned with the cashier and asked (again) if they'd been worn. I once again assured her they hadn't, and offered to go attempt to put them on to prove it. (Remember, I had the receipt and all tags and am a regular customer!) She kind of sighed and OK'd the return, only after stating that "they don't take back worn merchandise". I then informed her that I'd continued to shop there despite the poor customer service and disorganized merchandise, but wouldn't any longer! The Ontario Mills store isn't too far away, and is wonderfully organized with friendly employees. The cashier continued to glare at me without speaking, and I added to the manager that perhaps she might want to train her employees in customer service! No one ever apologized. Also, they may want to remember that not all of their customers enjoy Spanish-language music while shopping, EVERY time I go in there that's all they play! NEVER going back to this store! read more

Went in to do a simple online return. With one customer ahead of me I waited about 7 minutes in line to be helped, when I was, the service was sub par. I was made to feel like I was putting them out with my return. Poor customer service and understaffed. read more

The clothes are cheap and don't last long. I bought three t-shirts for my toddler and two of them ripped at the seams the first day he wore them. Bought myself a few blouses and discovered small holes in them after one wash. Terrible quality. Though it can get messy at times this place always has me walking out with good stuff. The last time i went i had issues with a pair of pants i bought so i went over to exchange them. Usually when i exchange or return items it takes a long time but a worker by the name of I dont know how to spell it i believe its Kahlo? Kahlo was the first person at the door saying welcome with a smile. She was able to get what i needed in less than 8 minutes or maybe even less time. She also was helping at least 2 other customers at the same time as she was helping me. She was able to get what we needed. I dont know but i call that great customer service! read more
