I have not been a customer since my daughter was very young. Quality/Quantity - We used to shop here often for my daughter in grade school. Inexpensive prices. Since kids grow up so fast, we were fine with the "quality" of this brand. Then I decided to buy a few things for myself. Well, I am not okay with the quality of this brand. It felt disposable. After one wash, the quality was so bad that I had to throw it away. After a few tries, I gave up. So today I realized I left my flip flops in CA and wanted a "disposable" pair. So I came here because I did not want to spend another $50-100 on a second pair. Now of course they did not have any for men today, plenty for women though. I know it's not in season yet. Atmosphere - Decent size location. Not as organized as I would have preferred. And it felt like I was at a Ross or Marshalls...? Random clothing throughout. etc. This is not how I remember the brand? Service - No employees on the sales floor, if you want help, you have to go up to the register and ask. Price - Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Owner Comment - Congrats on The Gap's success since 1969 (Parent company). Congrats to Old Navy success since 1994. Old Navy was established originally as The Gap Warehouse brand. We're here a few times a year at least and it's always fun to look around. I'm a bigger guy and it's really hit or miss if they have non-graphic tee tops bigger than 1XL or any bottoms bigger than 40x30, but my wife finds lots of stuff she likes. We stopped in today just to look around and picked a few things up, and Naomi was exceptionally helpful and seemed really nice. She walked us through the current teacher appreciation sale we were able to take advantage of and was just overall really pleasant to interact with. read more

Crazy crowded last weekend but great sales. I think Old Navy has some really cute stuff. The lines were out the door as it was one in, one out. And there was only 2 people checking folks out. Gotta hand it to these brave souls though, dealing with impatient customers like me. Masks were a must and the employees had theirs on and so did we. Friendly employees just doing their best, even during COVID times when they're obviously understaffed. They have plenty of parking, plenty of affordable clothes (loving their women's active line! Comparable to Lululemon at a fraction of the cost!!!), open fitting rooms, and always some kind of sale going on! Huge clearance section too! I rarely if it all do any reviews about clothing stores. But this one I just had to. Went in for some shorts, n tees. Decided to try on some shorts. I was absolutely stunned at how dirty the dressing room was. In all my years shopping I have never seen a dirtier dressing room. There was dust bunnies everywhere in the store. The store was empty. One other couple besides my wife and I. And there was about 5 to 6 employees. None of them thought to themselves "this is dirty let me clean it" just ridiculous. The sales are the same as always but for a store this empty it should be flawless. I ran a small store years ago. And if u weren't selling or folding clothes. U we're cleaning. Period. If U can lean, u can clean. I really hope it gets cleaned up, because this was shameful. Floors should not be dirtier than outside. read more

I love coming here but today when I went in, the store was a complete mess. It was almost like they were getting ready to shut down, all of the stuff on the walls were taken down literally everything was almost on clearance and there were no new items in the store at all. I remember there being a lot more selection for women's clothes. I don't know, the store was just really messy and difficult to navigate as there were clothing racks in the middle of every aisle and it was just chaos. read more

One day, both of my room mates wanted to check out Old Navy because they had some pretty good sales going on and I tagged along not expecting to buy anything. However, after looking through the clearance section, I found a bunch of goodies to which I'm pretty sure I used the dressing room at least 5 times. I would always somehow find something that was insanely affordable and in my size, too. I also found a couple of great V-neck T-shirts that were on sale, too. All of the shirts on that specific rack were 50% off. I picked up and tried on two shirts and one long sleeve. When I went to the ring up my items, a guy named Jesse was managing the cash register. I know it's part of his job to be friendly, but he did a great job at it. The thing was, when he was ringing me up, I noticed the shirts were charged at full price. I inquired to him if they were 50% off since they were on that rack. He apologized and said that they do have a lot of new seasonal workers and must have placed those shirts on the wrong rack. I told him that I didn't mind paying full price, but he told me that he would mark those 50% off regardless. He continued saying that since it was their fault for putting those shirts on the wrong wrack, he would honor that 50% off sale. I was, in return very grateful. I did have a Super Cash Coupon to where if I spent at least $75, I could get $30 off. Jesse did say that with the shirts now 50% off, I was just a couple of dollars short to honor that super cash. However, he said that he would bump some items up in order to meet that minimum $75 benchmark. I was definitely very happy about that. I could have picked out something to reach that minimum requirement, but Jesse made it easy and continued with the check out process. Definitely made my day. As a customer, I want it to be clear that I wasn't complaining or bartering with anyone there. I was just simply astounded at the customer service Jesse provided. I, myself, worked at a couple of customer service jobs and everyone there seemed to be enjoying their jobs. With such killer sales and exceptional customer service this Old Navy location will be my go-to place to shop. read more

This store has very little actual street clothing. Lots of work out clothes but small selection of jean, shirts, no cardigans etc. Not sure if this is the way all Old Navy's are going or just this particular location I will have to check the Concord store next time I'm down there. When they have one of their infamous mega sales, you can end up with shopping bags of clothe for Very Little Money. For example, I once spied a simple long-sleeved t-shirt originally priced at $10, marked down in their clearance section to $5, and marked down an additional 30% off for a total of $3.50 - sold! I try not to buy anything at full price here, because at some point, almost everything goes on sale. Their website offers a pretty great selection too. So despite some questionable marketing (their TV ads are annoying and childish), they get 4 stars from me for great sales prices and availability of diverse clothing sizes (we're all not size 2's!). Staff are iffy - either they're totally in your face asking if you need any help, or they're off hiding in the dressing rooms, giggling about some high school drama. True confession: I very much, sadly, secretly, like the music they play in the store. read more

I wish I could have given Old Navy 3.5 stars (why no half stars, Yelp?). I've bought a lot of clothes here, mainly just casual clothes for the weekend, etc. I love their plain tees, very comfortable and reasonably priced and they last longer than the 'brand' t-shirts you'll get at Macys, Dillards, etc (Quicksilver, Fox, DC, etc). I've gotten shorts, belts, cargo pants, button down shirt, jeans, khaki's and whatever else here and been reasonably happy. That said however, my gripe is that the prices for everything are creeping up rather fast. You're money won't go as far here as it used to. That said, however, they usually have some kind of deal going all the time and it's pretty easy to hop online and find a coupon of some kind to bring down the cost. Also, this Old Navy is much cleaner, IMHO, than the one off Kietzke. read more

I was there just before Christmas. As expected the store was full, but it was very well staffed. At least 3 employees greeted me and offered their help while I was browsing and even though the line was long, every cashier was open and working fast. My cashier was super nice and she looked like she was enjoying her job. I've been to a lot of Old Navys around the country and this one probably has the best service. Next time I go to Reno I'll leave some room in my suitcase and go shopping there again. read more

I have seen Old Navy's that are ten times as good as this one. First off they don't even have that nice of a store. It's not very big nor very inviting. The main reason I gave this store a one star review is the time that we waited in line. It took over a half an hour just to get to the cash register. Such a wonderful and helpful staff! I'm 7 months pregnant and felt I was being picky about a certain pair of jeans. The ladies were so helpful and patient with me in the fitting room. This location is okay. I prefer the Sparks location and Kietzke more, in terms of friendliness and other general preferences, but this store has the best selection. Still, I'd rather wait it out at the other stores then listen to the workers gossip. It's a weed compared to the other gems at the Summit. read more
