The appetizers were well worth the price and were served pretty quickly! I had the Ahi Tuna Nachos and my husband had the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts. Both were delicious and the right amount for a heavy appetizer for a Sunday afternoon! To top it off, we also had some drink specials that included the Frosted Strawberry and draft Blue Moon. We topped off the afternoon with the recommended pineapple upside down cake and didn't turn back. It was decadent and the prefect size for two. The staff was pleasant, but I felt should have been more attentive for a sparse bar. The restaurant was unique in design and trendy, and had a nice flow of customers for a Sunday afternoon. All in all, would do again for the happy hour specials! Quality of food: 5/5 Service: 3.5/5 Overall cost and experience: 4.5/5

My wife got the same Chicken Salad sandwich again, it's still a winner, seafood chowder was satisfactory to good according to her, she took the balance back to our hotel & she had it in the morning as she had a early morning meeting & we had a microwave, she changed her opinion to great , saying it tasted even better in the morning I guess from it being dehydrated. Pretzel was great, I had a chicken pot pie which I though was ok, it was basically a chicken stew served with a puff pastry in there instead of the stew in a puff pastry, It tasted clean & light lacking body so I ordered a side of lime rice which worked for me. The star of this place is really their custom brews, I thigh think the food here is 4to 4 1/2 star but their brews make it a 5 star restaurant. Their birch beer & bourbon ginger are perfectly balanced flavor & refreshing & I also bought a bottle of their express Old Fashion to take home, 10/10 satisfaction. Even in you are not a alcohol consumer, the Location, atmosphere & quality of service coupled with good , clean food makes this a great restaurant. A definite must visit in Hershey.

The inside is simple, with the occasional nod to ships at sea, which is easy to do if you have lots of barrels for aging spirits. There is a little bar where they make great cocktails rather quickly. They have spirit-forward as well as citrusy. Never had one I didn't like. The spirits (as of this writing, still available at some local liquor shops) are fantastic. My absolute favorite is the Lady Anne white rum. Some white rums are barely better than rbbing alcohol, but this has character and depth and makes a fantastic mojito. RIP Lost Ark!

There is a retail area as well. They sell different varieties of their delicious concoctions. The menu is on a TV and there are so many options to pick from. A flight of 4 tastings is $8 and gives you the opportunity to try out the different types of alcohol. The Carmel cream was very good. The South of Manhattan and Muddy Waters were fantastic cocktails. We were greeted upon entering and Erik was very friendly. We sat at the bar. He was filling lots of orders (people come to the bar and order, then sit in the rum lounge area) and was still very attentive and welcoming. They do tours and sampling. Check their socials for more information. They also have an extensive list of entertainment.

The class is about 1 hour long and you make 2 cocktails that feature their drinks. The staff is super welcoming and excited to help you learn. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything that is used as a mixer or addition to the drink is made in house. Super tasty. We made a tea based drink and then another one (see photos). Both were good. It was nice to have every single detail thought out and ready. The room where you are taking the class is very comfortable and has terrific views. We sat out on their lawn that is waterfront when we were done. Super nice area. They do have a bar that is on the premises as well. There was an outdoor bar, but it wasn't open when we were there (beginning of May). This would be a super fun place to come for lunch or just to hang out on the grassy area and watch the scenery. Parking could be an issue and you will have to pay. Keep that in mind for time management. Overall, a super fun thing to do. Highly recommend.

I always make sure to stop by whenever I'm in Frederick. The ambiance is like a dim light basement, a clean and moody aesthetic with bar seating and couch seating. It does get loud in there and I think that's because the sound of everyone's voice just bounces against too many hard surfaces. Nonetheless it's super cozy and my favorite spot!! The drinks are all fantastic. They make their own organic distilled liquor and on top of that they away have seasonal drink selections. I go there wanting the same drink but also try something new and it never disappoints! They craft their cocktails with love and care and really put effort into a delicious well rounded cocktail. This is my go to spot for gin, I'm not even a gin drinker but I am now because their gin is amazingly smooth. I can't say enough great things!

You can tell there's a lot of care put into what they're producing. Definitely recommend stopping in. Afterward, head over to their bar next door and try a cocktail made with their spirits. It's absolutely worth it.

The ticket includes a behind-the-scenes tour of where the magic happens, a drink, and a bottle of whiskey that you get to create yourself. There's a large bar area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and they also sell snacks (which is definitely a plus because no one should drink on an empty stomach). There's a restroom near the bar, plus additional bathrooms down the hall connected to the venue. We started off with a delicious welcome drink while learning a little bit about the history of Baltimore whiskey. They then take you on a tour of the distillery, and I've been to a handful of distillery tours, but this one was my favorite just because of how personal and small it felt. It felt intimate and hands-on, not rushed or scripted. After the tour, you come back and start the process of creating your own 375ml bottle of whiskey. I'm personally not a big whiskey drinker, so I created a bottle for my boyfriend, which he loved. He especially enjoyed being able to try different whiskeys and learn what he really liked. If you have a whiskey drinker in your life, this is the perfect gift. Our tour guide (I didn't catch her name) was very attentive and a great storyteller. I hope to come back another time to grab drinks and explore more of the area!!
