We've eaten here a few times before and have always had great meals, so we wanted to bring our friends to experience this hidden gem. I made a 5:00 p.m. reservation, and we arrived right on time. We were seated a few minutes early, which was a nice start to the evening. Our server greeted us promptly with water and then returned to take our drink order. My wife ordered the Dragon Fruit cocktail, I had the Rye Old Fashioned, and our friends enjoyed the Watermelon Refresher and the Black Walnut Old Fashioned. For dinner, our friends ordered the salmon and the burger with fries. My wife and I shared the Green Goddess Salad and the Korean BBQ Short Ribs. When our meals arrived, everything looked absolutely amazing. We all dug in, and every dish lived up to the presentation. Our friends said the salmon was fabulous, and the burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Green Goddess Salad was fresh and delicious, but the star of the evening was definitely the Korean BBQ Short Ribs. They were incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and simply OMG good! Even though we were all full, we couldn't pass up dessert. We shared the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, and it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. From the drinks and food to the friendly service and atmosphere, Hidden Still Spirits continues to impress us. We're glad we brought our friends here, and they were just as impressed as we have been on our previous visits. We'll definitely be back again!

They have spirit-forward as well as citrusy. Never had one I didn't like. The spirits (as of this writing, still available at some local liquor shops) are fantastic. My absolute favorite is the Lady Anne white rum. Some white rums are barely better than rbbing alcohol, but this has character and depth and makes a fantastic mojito. RIP Lost Ark!

It was nice to have every single detail thought out and ready. The room where you are taking the class is very comfortable and has terrific views. We sat out on their lawn that is waterfront when we were done. Super nice area. They do have a bar that is on the premises as well. There was an outdoor bar, but it wasn't open when we were there (beginning of May). This would be a super fun place to come for lunch or just to hang out on the grassy area and watch the scenery. The tour guide will give you a brief history of the distillery and explain their distilling process. The tour was definitely informative and interesting. After that, you will head to the tasting room where your blending flight has been placed on one of the tables for you. You will have a small pipette to get samples from the four options that you have. Once you have selected, you'r perfect blend one of the bartenders or employees will take it back to the distillery to mix your own personalized bottle for you to take home. Even after you're done, you're more than welcome to hang out in the tasting room and order another cocktail or look through some of the merchandise they have for sale.
