I've usually selected any lash technician, since I'm not sure who to go to yet. The first time I went, the tech took about 45 minutes. The second time I went, the tech took about 30 minutes. Both were very gentle, such that I did doze off at least a couple of times. I guess something to note is that they don't really ask you how lifted you want your lashes, so you might want to specify if you have specific ideas in mind. I probably preferred my second experience a little more in that the lash technician seemed to be meticulous with her technique, and more controlled with her movements (particularly when cleaning my eyelids and lashes). Although the second time, my right eye lashes were slightly less lifted than my left. It's subtle but noticeable to me, and I wonder if it's because my previous lift is lasting a bit longer than my left, so she probably lifted it a bit less (unitentionally). My lash lift from my first visit was still somewhat there (I had gotten it two months prior to my second one), so I'd expect not to need another one for two months from this. Your results might vary depending on your lash growth. It's pretty easy to book appointments online. There's plenty of parking, although they do share it with a gym. In terms of where you'll be seated, there's a common room where everyone can get their services done, and there seems to be two private rooms. For the first time, I ended up in the common room, and the second time I ended up in the private room. I will definitely be back!

This salon is clean, inviting and super cute! They offer a fridge of drinks for their clients and service is always quiet and peaceful. Even though their website says no commitment, the memberships require a 90 DAY cancellation, so if your retention sucks like mine did and your natural eyelashes are getting damaged, they still expect you to pay for THREE MONTHS. I thought my poor retention was due to oily skin but after reading other reviews apparently I'm not the only one, even after being told my lash techs retention was "best in the state" (like how do they know that? Is there a lash artist competition?) . I had to remove the lashes since my fills were lasting only a few days and I looked ridiculous. Now I have no lashes so can't get fills and they want me to pay for 3 more months. And when I tried to explain they stopped responding to me. I'll def be filling disputes because their "contracts" are not legally enforceable since they don't give copies. This place is scammy with really awful business practices, don't fall for it!

As a first time client, I was impressed by Kim's communication before my initial appointment. Upon arrival, I explained to Kim the look I was going for and the length that I wanted. She used that along with my eye shape and gave me the perfect layers and lash shape that I was looking for. She was very patient with me did not rush her work. While I did not immediately book an appointment with Paige because I wanted to do some research first, I eventually got in contact with her via Yelp by using the "book appointment" feature. She was quick at responding, and we talked about the procedure, the cost, what to expect, etc. etc., and I was really excited about my appointment. When I arrived, I was a bit freaked out at how ironic it was that my best hairdresser in the world's salon was right across the street and couldn't believe I had never paid any attention to the salon across the street. Paige was right under my nose! She rents a really cute and serene room in the salon where all her magic happens. Her professionalism, bubbly personality and just down-right niceness really put me at ease as any work to my eyes is a bit nerve-wracking. She explained the procedure before-hand and then again before each step. The procedure took about an hour, but it didn't feel that long. The results were amazing and the cost was very reasonable. It's been about 6 weeks now, and the lift is wearing down, but I am still happy at the little bit of lift left and will be going in for my second lift in about 3 weeks. While I did not have a reaction to the product used because I do not have sensitive skin, I would suggest that if you do have or have had sensitive skin, I think it's always prudent to perhaps ask for a skin test first. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The lashes were much too curled for my preference and began falling out the very next day, continuing to shed each day afterward. I also began to notice that my natural lashes appeared to have been cut. I initially felt something was different at the time of the service but wasn't certain until the extensions started falling out. At this point, my natural lashes are very short, sparse, and also falling out, which has been frustrating. I did reach out the following day, and they were initially responsive. I was out of town that weekend and wasn't able to return to the salon for a redo. After a few text messages back and forth, however, communication stopped. I appreciate that they initially responded and that the technician was pleasant, but unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return. At this point, I am not looking for a redo--I simply wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
