They claimed to have found a transmission and they needed to wait to get it out of another Jeep. Then I was told it wasn't the right kind. Then she claimed to have found one and again they needed to get it. The only time I get responses is if I show up at the shop and walk in. This is ridiculous. I leave numerous messages and no call is ever returned. I use to think these guys did a great job as they inspected and put the parts on it in February. But now that's the transmission has gone out, and the jumps and hurdles I'm going through, I will never take any vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

There was some kind of problem with getting the part to repair. After I picked up the car and got on highway, I found out it still wasn't dined correctly. Drove home with a terrible vibration. At that point I just wanted to get home and get my car home where a competent mechanic could fix it. The repair bill from Bridgewater was very high and I expected to get my car back repaired correctly. I also wanted to comment that during the month long wait I never received any updates unless I called them. Even if I called and left a message I never got a call back.

My employer and I used this garage for years for routine maintenance with generally acceptable results. Since they opened a second location, the consistency, transparency, and pricing have changed in ways that are hard to overlook. A company vehicle was returned to us with a stripped drain plug and an active oil leak after service. That's not a minor oversight--that's a fundamental failure. Soon after, I requested a quote for front brakes only on a 2021 Hyundai Palisade and was given an estimate of roughly $1,600. I sourced a complete upgraded brake set myself for $397 and completed the job without issue. Draw your own conclusions from that gap. Most recently, I brought in my wife's Subaru for tires, an oil change, and a noise diagnosis. The tires were installed, but the oil change and diagnostic were completely missed. I was told it "wasn't on the work order" and asked to bring the car back. That's a basic process failure. After returning the vehicle, I was told the issue was front wheel bearings and advised to replace both--quoted at approximately $1,000. I purchased the parts myself for $178, and standard labor time for this job is widely understood to be around 1.5 hours per side. When I asked for a clear breakdown of how that estimate was calculated--parts, labor hours, and rate--I was told their system could not provide that level of detail. That answer alone is concerning. If a shop can't explain how a four-figure repair is priced, that's a problem. At this point, the pattern is hard to ignore: Work not completed as requested Pricing that does not align with commonly accepted parts and labor ranges No meaningful transparency when questioned I have no issue paying for quality work. What I will not accept is unclear pricing, missed work, and answers that don't add up. If you're considering this shop, do your homework before approving any repairs. Take a few minutes to verify parts pricing and standard labor expectations. Without that, you may not realize how far off a quote actually is. Based on multiple recent experiences, I will not be returning.
