She came over and took measurements and we discussed the projects I wanted completed. She was in my house for 1.5 hours! I sent her follow up emails with multiple pictures and design ideas I wanted to incorporate. She said she would follow up within 2 weeks. Now, 2 months later- nothing. I have sent follow up emails to the PM, called the PMs cell phone as well as the main business number leaving voicemails. No return calls or emails. Even a short message saying they are too busy to take on new projects would have been well received. Why even come over to my house to NOT give me a quote or follow up with me again??
