They said my main line was backed up and that I needed rodding, and that tree roots were most likely the issue... We discussed price, then I gave them the ok to get started. Sure enough, after they worked for 15-20 minutes at it, they came back with a bunch of nasty roots on the end of their machine, and the water went down. They then rodded all the way to the street one more time just to make sure it was clear. They recommended me to have my main line rodded once a year, just as a maintenance, and I think I will....that was just nasty... They were very professional, courteous, punctual, and affordable. I will definitely be calling them back for all my future plumbing needs.

I contacted Kuhn based on a recommendation from another plumbing company as their plumber had…read moreretired. I was looking at replacing 3 bathroom faucet cartridges, as I had one leaking and felt it was best to replace all 3 at once with one plumber visit. At first contact they requested I sent an email photo of the brand and they would have a plumber investigate and contact me with the replacement cartridges needed. I never heard back. I took a photo and put it in ChatGPT to find their recommendation and purchased them from Home Depot. I reconnected Kuhn and set up a time for a service call. The plumber came and after 30 minutes he informed me that the replacement cartridges I had brought were incorrect. He told me that the company will research the manufacturer and call me back with the product and costs. As I have a leaking faucet, how long would the turnaround be. His response was "we are not very good on that and it usually takes 2 to 3 months". I explained that my faucet is leaking and that is unacceptable. He said he will talk with his supervisor, but gave no guarantee or sense of urgency. I was charged a total of $263,25. The rate was $195 per hour. He was here a total of 45 minutes and charged me for travel time back to the shop. When I was quoted the price I was told it was for labor only and was not informed that it also included travel time, Overall, very disappointed that Kuhn felt it was acceptable to have a leaking faucet for 3 months, did nothing to fix the issue and have deceptive pricing.
