It's local, and I believe locally-owned. I think the total was just over $300 for the Interior, Exterior, and the Headlight Restoration. The ONE problem - and not a real problem - we dropped it off at 8:30 AM, and was told 2-3 hours, and they would call us, we didn't get a call but swung by at 2:30 PM, and they were finishing up the drying. Not a problem at all, but expect a good 4-5 hours wait. Make it a day-date with your significant other like we did. Which makes it even more okay, because they knocked this out of the park. EVERYTHING is so clean, and smelled so good. It looked like a brand new car inside and out. Even spots inside where I was like, "I'm not sure they can get that"- they nailed. I'm going to be bringing my car, and my wife wants to make the full detail an annual thing, with getting minor clean-up's multiple times in between that.

I pay…read more$39.99/month for the Deluxe Exterior, yet my car is never dried properly, doors aren't wiped, and I often leave with water spots. Staff give me a hard time about using the lane, and their attitude makes customers feel uncomfortable. This location used to be excellent under the previous manager, Ihab, who was professional and cared about customer service. Since he left, the experience has been disappointing. Management and staff here need better training on both customer service and professionalism.

The prices aren't any better than other car washes. I decided to go up a little from the base, but not top tier. The wash seemed fine. The sprayers are quite aggressive at some points. The brush system is ok, though I realized it wouldn't get the rear window on my hatch. Lastly, I paid for the non-spot dry finish. There was still quite a lot of water drops on my car when done. I was thinking maybe it being a little sunny that it'll dry spot-free. Unfortunately it still showed a lot of water spots afterwards. I feel like it was a fine cleaning, but not a great value.
