I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

If you want to have the same issue regarding tire vibration that cut through 3 pairs of tires in around 2 years, go to piedmont. If you want to be told its balancing, no its alignment, no now 3/4 of your rims are magically bent the day after we replace and rotate your tires even though we stated the bend was not there when you brought it in 4-5 months prior but its absolutely not our fault and is "impossible" for it to be, go to piedmont and lastly, if you want your father repeatedly implied to be giving "bad advice" .. because i guess a young woman cant ask questions of her own accord regarding HER car.,. based upon a singular, previous appt where my father questioned why a perfectly intact oil pan (which now his oil leak is WORSE after going there AND they put regular oil in instead of full synthetic???) was replaced and charged, go to piedmont!!! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for a long, long while, even referring my family there given their cult following- but 2 years later, at least 4 pairs of tire purchases later... i have the same problem i walked in with years ago, and now the owner, John, utilizes his platform of 33,000 locals to villainize prior customers, make personal attacks, and cruel allegations. Of note: John frequently offers money up for anyone to grab regarding either tire service, coffee, etc. If you contact him about this, he will warp it as asking for handouts. Also, on the very large facebook forum, the group rules state fundraisers must be approved by admin (him). If you ask him to post a medical fundraiser for medical equipment (saving a sick service dog), he will again warp it as asking for handouts to the public. He will then utilize his platform of 30k locals to bash previous customers- including posting their picture with name calling and cruel accusations. The first time I went to South Riding and got an exterior wash, I turned left and went through the interior cleaning area. The guy seemed upset even though there were no directions posted. The second time, I turned the correct direction and got the exterior wiped down. However, they didn't apply the tire shine. I had to ask them to do it. Since I rolled my window down I now have streaks on the glass.

Ymmv, but it usually bothers me that they hire a guy to read me through a completely automated process, reading me the choices, making my selections, and even swiping my card in the reader. I asked him if his sole job was to hold the hand of every mature adult with a college degree; he said that's what he's paid for. In effect, another living wage for doing nothing. I could tell the conveyor belt was faster than usual, and the results reflected it. My car was not completely dried, the inside glass was streaked, the outside glass was spotted, and in general a rather poor job. Seriously thought about going through the line again to make sure they did it right the second time, but my time is valuable and i had things to do.

They taped town my back windshield wiper and I waited my turn. After the wash, my car was FRESH AS NEW! No scratches, no damage, nothing wrong. Squeaky clean! And after the wash, they hand dried the entire vehicle! Free vacuums with great suction power after. It was great value for the money! I'm so grateful and this is DEFINITELY my go to car wash place moving forward!

They did provide a Carfax report, which showed the vehicle was a corporate fleet car -- not the "owner's personal vehicle" as stated. That alone was concerning. The test drive was limited to a slow neighborhood loop until I insisted on evaluating the suspension, acceleration, and braking. Only then did the salesperson reluctantly allow a proper drive. Once inside, they accepted my offer quickly, but padded the "dealer service fee" (documentation fee) to an excessive $795 -- far above the typical $250-$350 quoted elsewhere. This fee is set by the dealer, not Virginia, and I should have walked out. Financing was worse. They only ran my application through Toyota Motor Credit, returning an 8.63% rate despite excellent credit. They did not shop for better rates. When I questioned the sudden increase to 8.77%, the finance manager dismissed my concern, claiming the difference "only amounts to $70 over the life of the loan." It was not what we agreed to, and only after pushing back did he revert it -- then announced he would not change anything else on the paperwork. It left me wondering what else was buried in the contract. I was also told I could either return to the dealership for my plates or pay $60-$80 to have them mailed. After being charged nearly $800 in dealer fees, this felt unreasonable. The most concerning part came afterward: the dealership never collected the rather large 2/3 cash down portion of the purchase intended to be paid from savings via check. When I called the dealership when realized, a manager admitted they should have collected it and instructed me to drive back -- a 2.5‑hour round trip. Only after mentioning inclement weather did she offer certified mail. My bank advised wiring the funds instead for security, but even that is risky if as they could just claim they did not receive it and it is essentially just like cash. The finance manager ultimately came to my home as the weather got worse so to pick up the deposit check. Even then, he refused to issue a receipt for the payment. He also refused to refund the $250 that the DMV paid the dealership after they incorrectly listed me as an uninsured motorist -- despite the fact that I had produced proof of insurance before driving the vehicle off the lot. This was extremely concerning and felt like yet another predatory practice. The entire experience left a sour aftertaste. Between the inflated fees, questionable financing practices, lack of transparency, refusal to correct errors, and logistical mistakes, I cannot recommend Warrenton Toyota.
