Stopped in to have my car washed and purchased the Cadillac wash for inside and out and my car is still very dirty, road grime still on my mirrors and I had to tell them to clean the inside which all they did was a quick vacuum. None of the inside was wiped down at all. I highly recommend you stay away from this place. The touchless gas station car wash does a better job. They didn't even dry the outside. I was tired of waiting so I just accepted the horrible job and left. $21 wasted. read more

First time using this place it will be the last. I paid for the Cadillac which is the works. My car was filthy didn't look like they wiped inside at all. Then the main guy told me it was done and gave me an attitude then ignored my request. I had to go inside to cashier who tried helping the situation. I'll never return here. You get what you pay for. I took my car to this facility today. on their website they advertise 20% with a purchase of gas I provide my receipt and at checkout was not given the discount. I paid for the Cadillac car wash while my carpets were vacuumed decently but no trash was removed from my car. it was actually picked up off the floor and put in the passenger seat. I could have looked passed all of that but when I went to go and look car it was still dirty and they even whipped it down looking that (bird poop and all) leavening me confused if my car is supposed to come out clean why should they not run it back through. read more

I bring my car here fairly regularly, they do a very good job for a good price. I sometimes pay $8.00 at the local drive-thru car wash and then I have to pay an additional $1.00-$2.00 to vacuum it, take the time to armor all and clean the inside, wipe the windows...you get the point. For $20.00, you get your car cleaned inside and out, tires shined, and your car is dried off for you. You get in and drive away - after MAYBE 5 minutes of waiting. Inside you can find car fresheners, floor mats, accessories, and even greeting cards. They also feature a wall with local business cards and information which is really cool. read more

These guys are pathetic.. I called around 3pm on the first of May and when someone answered, it was a technician but since the guy who first answered couldn't really speak English, the "technician" answered and I was asking if I could wash a truck with a diesel tank on the back of it since I know most carwashes don't. He started to be smart with me and acted like if the phone was cutting out on him until he finally hung up. When I arrived to get a wash, a guy that sounded like exactly on the phone that I talked to earlier was giving me attitude on which wash I wanted. Anyone could tell that his work ethic wasn't there and the wash wasn't even good regardless. Still left my truck with dust and left with more swirl marks than before. Please just go to a good personal detailer, it'll work wonders for how much you pay. It might be pricey but I promise you that you won't regret it compared to these fast paced car washes. I have been going to this car wash for a couple years. But, the service is getting progressively unprofessional. Today, I paid extra over the "Cadillac " service to have my car mats washed. When the car was supposedly complete, I saw that the mats were removed- and still gone! None of the staff understood my English. I had to track down the manager , who wasn't in the office. He found my XT5 mats about 5 mins later. Then I had to wait while he washed them with a dirty rag. Not very clean, no cleaning fluid was used. Then I got into the car, and some sticky goo (which wasn't present when I came in) was dried in my gear shift and console !! I tried to show and verbalize to one of the staff outside, that I needed this mysterious dried goo off the gear shift- he jumped into the car, and got grease and dirt from his shoes all over the still damp , somewhat cleaned drivers mat! Ugh! He got the goo off, but/ I'm left with dirty mat ! I feel like I have to remind and beg what I paid for at this business. If you go here, watch them and make sure you get all your services. read more

Got a car wash here and they didn't vacuum any of the dog hair up in the back of the car and didn't wipe down the dashboard, we sent the car back and the result was not much better than the first time. read more

The worst car wash we've ever been to! It looked no better than before the wash and when we pointed out some areas that were filthy and smeared, the woman who had worked on it spoke NO English, did nothing to rectify it and walked away, no-one else came forward to help us. Hi, I have been bringing my cars here for a few years, I would drive from Haymarket to Warrenton to get them washed. I have now moved to Warrenton, (not because of the carwash! lol) and am so happy to have them close to me. I always leave a good tip as I feel they do an awesome, timely job. I went to the White Horse one and they were shut down that day due to a problem. I never went back. They do have the belts and it is not touchless but they do a great job and never any damage. They wipe it down really well. read more

I have been going to Doc Car wash for years. Staying with the business because it has been pretty good to my cars and it was convenient and the team there worked hard at doing a really good job. Today, as my vehicle was going through the initial set of brushes, they were basically dry beating my vehicle. Then when reaching the extras like bug remover and wax etc . A very very low suds sprayed on and immediately rinsed as it went into the dryer..... I figured oh well this time I'm in a hurry so I will move on since it was cleaner than before I brought it in. The hood was filthy, the windshield had bug guts and water spots that were there before it ran thru the wash, so I got the guy at the desk inside. He comes out and I'm trying to show him the tremendous amount of dirt and water spots,,,, he cleans some of the windshield with window cleaner and a rag and then he sprays window cleaner all over my hood and proceeds to wipe down the paint. I paid for the Cadillac wash and got, well not sure what you would call it. Needless to say this is my last time going there and my worst experience. I guess large franchise is now my new location - so much for trying to keep a smaller business running. I will shout it from the roof tops to stay away from here. read more

I went to the Car Wash on 12/6 at 1:01 PM. I have a relatively clean pick up. I don't go 4-wheeling or mudding or use it on a farm. I live in Fredericksburg and all I tote around are yard signs which I put a blanket under (I'm a realtor). I paid for the cadillac wash with a $1 up charge for having a truck. They do nothing extra for that up charge. They don't dry out the bed of the truck or even bother to wipe the back window of the truck. My truck was as dirty when I left as when I got there. The windows were so bad I had to clean them because I couldn't see. They were smeared and full of lint. My husband asked if they vacuumed the truck because it still looked the same as when I went. He pulled the the mats out and cleaned them while I cleaned the windows. Will never go there again. read more

Great service. We just got the basic $9 wash which included undercarriage wash. We just drove through w the car but you could get out and wait inside and watch the car go through. There was a guy spraying a pre wash on both sides before entering the wash and more than one person drying the car when it was finished. Even dried inside door jamsInside was cute and CLEAN, especially bathrooms. Quick too. Great place! read more

Never again. We've been going to this location for over 25 years. My wife took her new car there to get cleaned, and they left dirt all around it. When she complained to the manager, his basic response was "so?". They don't care about your vehicle, the quality of car wash you get, or that you are happy with their service.
