For TLDR Technician caused irreversible damage. Threatened to leave before I can even assess what happened. Essentially if they left with no water I went from an annoying scenario tons emergency put all tenants in a hotel scenario. Shady business practices. Stay away.

My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service! Communications: 10/10 - Extremely fast to respond and kept me up-to-date while I was at work Price: 8/10 - Competitively priced for the area. Replacement costs ranged from $165 - $300.
