So good asked for and spoke with the manager - Lucas. Stopped by on 20 May 2017 and went with the cheeseburger with onion rings, and 10 old bay dry rub wings. All was prepared to perfection - I am not embellishing - if you go definitely try the wings, I believe 10 or 12 different sauce / seasoning options. For fifteen years the pub has been amazingly consistent in the quality of its food and service in a friendly environment.

I have gone to the old town pub several times now. We traditionally use the drive through option which is handy. For the last 3 times we have ordered, something is left off - usually something we had to pay extra for such as guacamole. The sauces are also missing often. The food is good but it's frustrating they cannot get an order right. Third times a charm - we are going somewhere, anywhere else. read more

Wow! Olde Town Pub can sure cook up a mean lobster roll. The Fairy-Yelp-mother did me right once again. I found this place in neighboring Leonardtown. It was a bit of drive from California, but definitely worth it. This Pub was oozing at the gills packed. I was lucky though to find a seat at the bar. Quick service and quick food preparation. I had the lobster roll with buffalo chips, which are amazing. They are not cheap with their portions, and for $14 (I'm used to paying $20+ out in the desert) I left there stuffed. They have a lot of really good brewskies on tap too. Oh course, being the Rocky Mountain native that I am, I had me a good olds Coors. But they also have Local breweries and Dog Fish on tap. If you don't mind dealing with the crowds, this place is a must. read more

What a nice little place to grab a drink and some fried food! We came here on a Saturday night to just get out of the house and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Since moving to Maryland, we have had a problem with finding a place with good customer service. Luckily, our waitress was very attentive and gave great suggestions. I ordered the trio appetizer so we could try a little bit of everything. Fried pickles, Mac and cheese wedges, and boneless wings! The wings here are really good and the fried pickles have a very unique taste. My other party ordered crab dip pretzels and the steak and cheese. I heard nothing but good words and a lot of "mmmmmms" from the other side of the table. The bartender was fairly quick with making my lemonade raspberry martini and the nitro pale ale was really good. All in all, we will be returning to this pub and if you are tired of going to places with crappy service and no smiling faces, I highly suggest you do the same. read more

Food was amazing the wings were amazing, the bar staff was great and on top of everything, my beer was never empty.

Keep it short and simple: If you're looking for medium-priced delicious food paired with a cold drink at a bar, OTP is your best bet in Leonardtown. The wings are to die for, the pizza is pretty good (not Slice House quality though), and the drinks come up quick and cold. Great place to watch sporting events (even though they NEED to start buying the UFC fights), and a regular hangout for most of the people who work/live in the Square. read more

My husband and another couple ate here today as we had heard The Old Town Pub had good food. We were disappointed, We had fish and chips and a burger. The fish and chips were small over fried pieces of what looked like frozen from a box, not premium at all. The burger was just Ok, the onion rings over fried and greasy. The side salad was OK. They did not have much of a beer selection, and everything was served with plastic plates and plastic silverware. For the price, there are much better restaurants in Leonardtown. My wife and I love this place and anytime family or friends come to town we always bring them here. Sadly after tonight's visit I'm a little disappointed. 1. They've been out of their Buffalo Chips for about 5 months now. These things are absolutely incredible and need to come back ASAP! 2. Now this one's a bit odd so keep this in mind. We were told by an employee, not our waitress who was great, but another employee that we weren't allowed to take our extra wings home with us after we ordered a ton of food and drinks and my father only ate half of them. My family and I are new to the area, and we wanted good food. And fast food didn't sound good. (We don't love fast food anyway). We also wanted to stay close to home. The Olde Town Pub did NOT disappoint! Their chicken wings are THE best we've ever eaten! I recommend that everyone try their wings with the General Tso's sauce! It's sweet, tangy, with just the right amount of heat! Let's not forget the sides. Their sweet potato fries are fantastic! No condiments are necessary for them! If you want to try a variety of foods from the menu, then order the sampler platter. Also a winner. For all of my burger fans, the Blue Burger is where it's at! I can't forget the fact that this is a Pub. Their beer variety is quite impressive! They have a wide range of IPA's and Pilsner's, from local microbreweries to the more well known names. Although we've only been to the Olde Town Pub a few times, it's already our favorite restaurant in the area. This was my first time at Olde Town Pub, my husbands second, and it was an enjoyable evening. At 7 pm on a Tuesday night they were packed but we were still able to easily find a seat. The waitress was kind and attentive and our food came out in a reasonable time for a busy restaurant. The gap between our appetizers and meals was short but appreciated. The presentation was relaxed but very appropriate for a "pub". All the food came out hot and was delicious! I have a very simple, picky palette and I had plenty of choices on their menu. The only hiccup occurred when we walked in and became confused whether to seat ourselves or wait for a hostess, there was no signage. My husband claims they were sat when he previously visited for lunch but this time we were advised to seat ourselves after a short while. We've fallen in LOVE w/ the Leonardtown Pub. Being a long time resident of Leonardtown I had gotten so used the mediocre restaurants we have in town I was leery of giving the pub a try. I'm so glad we decided to give them a shot. We are definitely impressed and now addicted! Their wings are probably the best I've ever had! Super crispy & meaty. They have some great sauces or dry rubs to go w/ them. Our personal favorites are the General Tso's sauce, the Old Bay dry rub, & Steamed Crab (wings sprinkled w/ Old Bay then tossed w/ hot sauce) Their blue cheese dressing is made in house and is delicious...although w/ it being made in house I've found some days its a little more flavorful than others. Crab dip is great, its a large crock filled w/ bubbling dip & a nice large French baguette. Perfect amount of bread to dip ratio! (I hate when you go somewhere and order dip & they don't give you enough bread!) Pizza is good as well, super cheesy & good topping selection. They also have a lot of different specialty pies. (if you like it more well done/crispy be sure to let them know ahead of time) Now almost as important as the food itself is the service. We've been to the pub 4 times now in the past month and each time service has been excellent. One evening we ordered a burger to share & when it came out the waitress already had it split in half and on separate plates. WOW! Normally I have to ask for an extra plate. It got even better when I noticed the burger did not have bacon on it as we had requested the waitress said no problem, seconds later she returned w/ a huge plate filled w/ bacon. There was at least 6 slices on there. Little things like that really make this place shine! They have several specials each night of the week (Monday wing night, Thursday pint night, etc...) Keep in mind on 39 cent wing nights they're not allowed to give out boxes for you to take home your wings...learned that hard way when we ordered waaaay to many wings lol read more

Normally I would give this place at least 4 stars but not today or the last few times I have been in. Staff has been courteous and food has always brought me back. But it greatly annoys me when you ask for something as simple as all flats when you order wings and they don't make it happen. I don't ask when they are swamped. But when a pub is not slammed I don't feel it is asking too much. Spectacular service and spectacular food! We were passing through, In town for MIR for the weekend. They were busy and the place smelled amazing. We waited a bit and they made room for us in the back. So nice since there was 5 of us. We got the guacamole burger with the buffalo chips (those things are so good, highly recommend!), southwest chicken salad, wings, pizza, crab dib, and a pizza. Haha a little bit of everything.
