Thursday night live music vocalist was GREAT! Excellent crowd engagement - good music selections from 90's & 2000's. Options to sing along at your table or on the mic Plenty of TV's with a clear view no matter where you sit. Enjoy a Caps game and college basketball Sweet potato fries were very well prepared! Great mix of sweet & salty... mind you I Do Not eat Sweet potato fries normally Lol Made to order burger was a perfect "medium well", juicy & flavorful. You have approx 12 toppings to choose from Southwest egg rolls were tasty & something everyone should try! Pepperoni pizza is a great size for 2. Fresh, hot, and cheesy every time!!! Greek salad with salmon was honestly GREAT! More than just your standard salad greens fresh & crisp.

Super casual dining indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great and the food was as well. The fish and chips was plenty of food for a fair price.

This is an often-packed pub in Leonardtown that boasts dozens of screens to watch the game and a tap list and menu to round out a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and even my neighbors at the bar were up to chat with a stranger (new in town and checking the place out solo). I tried the pretzels and a pint. Both were tasty. The fare is fairly common bar food selections. I had a filling snack and drink and out the door for under $20, so the value is there too. I like the surroundings of the new construction with lots of wood and spaces indoors and out. Parking might be a little tight on game day but spilling out onto the street won't be an issue. They are definitely worth trying. Enjoy!

Service is always great, and 80% of the menu is great food. Highly recommend the burger, wings, pretzel sticks, and Salmon sandwich.

Verified Untappd venue (iykyk), with what seems like endless taps and an even more impressive selection of cans/bottles. Bartenders are pretty damn knowledgeable about the product as well, which as a beer nerd is perfect. The food is fantastic. From appetizers (the fried vegetables are heaven) to entrees, it's the perfect amalgamation of classic bar food and Indian cuisine. Today when I was in I had the Taphouse (Lamb) Burger with fries and a side of their Makhani sauce (Pic attached). If a place has a lamb burger it's my immediate go to every time, and I have to say Taphouse has the best I've ever had. The lamb was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the vegetables were fresh, and that feta is that perfect accompaniment to round it off. The Makhani sauce is just good on everything. Could drink it. Not kidding. The venue offers a welcoming outdoor area and a semi-private indoor space perfect for events. I've booked Taphouse for both corporate and personal gatherings, and it's the easiest, most reliable spot in the County for hosting by far. Beyond the food and drink, Taphouse, and especially Sunny (the owner) are one of the most community engaged businesses in Southern Maryland. They have put on countless events supporting all types of local organizations, and always work with nonprofits when they need anything. Taphouse and Sunny himself really serve as one of the best ambassadors of St. Mary's County, especially since a large portion of the customers are transient. All in all, 100% a must try if in the area. But be warned, if you do, you will be coming back constantly.

The Brussels sprout with hoisin sauce wasn't the best combination. It was too salty and I already have asked for less sauce. The meat lovers pizza crust was too soft. Decent beer selection.

Attentive and never let the beer get empty and was willing to suggest substitutions or modifications with ease and expertise! We had the crab dip to start and honestly I'd give it a 3.2/5. Definitely had a crab flavor but it had much more cheese than meat. Wifey ordered the Brussels sprouts and old bay wings as her meal and I went with the prime dip with bacon and duck fat fries. Brussels weren't hoisin like on menu but left dry with a balsamic sauce on the side! Crunchy and flavorful! 4.4/5! Wings were perfectly seasoned and huge! Perfectly crispy and delicious. 4.7/5! As for the Prime Dip! Sooo much cheese. Must have a Green Bay Packer fan in the kitchen or something but hot damn. Prime rib was flavorful. Bacon was a genius addition by yours truly. Would order again. 4.89/5. Would love a seeded hoagie roll with this. Love this old watering hole. Irish Stout was a banger and Rud Light never fails! Will return!! 4.85/5!!!!

Unfortunately, they have many opportunities to apologize, make amends, offer extra food as compensation, etc., as many of their drink and food menu offerings are shockingly inadequate. Wine lovers, consider pre-gaming before attempting to sip the offerings from the Pub. Beer lovers are in luck, as there are often a few decent (seasonal) options. Food lovers, you also should consider pre-gaming (i.e., eating enough to sate your hunger, drinking enough to dull your sense of taste) before eating anything at the Pub. The portions are small and the quality is... moderate at best. I recently ordered a "hummus plate" expecting a large dollop of hummus surrounded by a variety of veggies and pita bread. I got a LOT of celery and cucumbers, some carrots, and about a half-pita's worth of pita triangles all accompanied by a container of hummus so small that a child could fit the entire thing in his mouth. Maybe I'm spoiled by those hummus containers you can buy at the store for less than $5, but if I'm paying $5.50 for a hummus platter, I'd like at least enough hummus to get some on each item in the platter. The wings were surprisingly acceptable, if a tad small.
