Best cafe I've been to in a while. Between the service, coffee, food, and ambiance inside; all of it was . I loved their sandwiches and toststs. The Vanilla latter's we ordered were just perfectly balanced. The only bad thing I could thithink of was just a lack in latte art but it wasn't that big of a deal.

I really wished it was better than it looked. Took home a whole box of assorted pastries. Unfortunately it wasn't really memorable for the price point. Efficient service and free Wi-Fi.

Was walking by and the stacks of cinnamon pastry caught my eye. Glad I popped in. I wasn't familiar with this chain. Grabbed a few pastries, which were superb. Not on the light side - lol. Delicious Danish baked goods. I will go back again when I see a location or I will seek out again. I need to get some of their savory treats as well. The sandwiches look amazing. I love the minimalist design of the interior. It's the vibe I am looking for and the snacks I like. I really like the style of pastry and they do a good job. Delicious.

We weren't quite ready for a sit-down meal when we came across this location of Ole & Steen; in the middle of sightseeing on a particularly warm afternoon, my group needed a quick pick-me-up to hold us over until lunch. I wish we could've sat in the cozy & somewhat industrial-looking cafe to enjoy their sandwiches & a leisurely cuppa. I bought a water & a chocolate chip cookie to munch on while I strolled. The rest of my group got juice, coffee, & chocolate pastries which all did the job of hydrating & revitalizing us in the summer heat, but taste-wise, was pretty unmemorable. Plenty of Ole & Steens in London, plenty of opportunities next time to see if their more heartier food earns them another star on the Yelp scale.

There was a line of people outside waiting. That's how you know it's going to be good! After I got on the line the host (who was a lovely gentleman!) stated it would be about a 15 minute wait, but there was ample seating available outside. I decided to sit outside. After a quick overview of the menu I went with avocado toast with bacon and hashbrowns. I also had a coffee. Everything was delicious and service was great!

People kept walking by without acknowledging us, which was a little frustrating. The coffee was amazing though. We ordered a cortado and it was perfect. I got the All American breakfast and the portion was huge. I enjoyed everything, even though they don't make over-medium eggs, which was a little funny to me. My mom ordered the avo, egg, and cheese sandwich and didn't realize it was spicy, so she didn't enjoy it much. Just something to be aware of if you're not into spice. The vibe inside was really nice and cozy, and our waiter, once we were finally seated, was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I would return, especially for the coffee and the portions.

Their servings are HUGE, and are so affordable too! I left wishing my mother and I had the ability to save our leftovers for later, because we hated wasting any of the delicious food that we ordered. Even before we got our food we were pretty excited. When you walk in you're greeted here with a beautiful sight: fresh sandwiches, bread, and pastries, all on display right at their main counter. Once we were seated I noticed little flower pots line the window, too. Fresh food and flowers - what more can you ask from a cafe for a first impression? We also loved the owner and his wife: they were very kind and they constantly kept us up to date on our food order, just to mention what was done and what they still needed to do or cook. They clearly work hard to provide fresh fast meals - and we learned quickly as people came in and out of the place that takeaway is available here. But we wanted to enjoy a sit down meal, and enjoy we did! I started mine with fresh squeezed juice - we're talking so fresh you'll want to add sugar to it if you're used to the juice that comes in stores. And when our English breakfasts came out? Just, wonderful. My mother and I each received SO much food. Both meals came with amazing buttered bread (like, I would have happily eaten an entire plate of bread and only bread), hash browns so fresh that they may as well have given us the original potatoes (yum), and what I can really only describe as a mountain of beans, eggs, and meat (well, on mine anyway - not so much on my mother's vegetarian breakfast order). All of it absolutely delicious, and every single bite made me smile wider and wider. Definitely walk on in if you're near this little shop. Don't be afraid to order one meal and share it if there's only two of you, either - you'll likely both leave well fed, and you can always order a little more food if you want too from that great looking counter of theirs...
