First they sent me to a retina specialist, which that particular issue cleared by increasing the amount of steroid drops. Next I saw a cornea specialist who found an issue that occurred because of the cataract surgery. He performed another procedure and I'm still unable to see clearly out of this eye and driving at night is almost impossible. I've been back to multiple appointments and nothing is helping. Now they are ignoring my calls to determine what is to happen next. In the interim, I tried to seek a second opinion and that doctor would not do anything and suggested that I go back to the original surgeon - stated my cornea is abnormally shaped. I've also went back to my insurance provider who also called and requested them to call me back - still no call. I've tried the last doctor as well as the office manager. In my opinion, I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I ended up at this facility due to a routine eye exam at another location who recommended this facility for cataract surgery. So I believed that they would only recommend a "good" place - not so much. Now mind you, I had no other issues with my vision - I'd had lasik years ago that was still working but was experiencing issues with bright lights when driving - which was attributed to cataracts. One more thing ... the troubled eye has problems staying open - so now I'm also fighting keeping it open while trying to work. Just horrible!!

Unable to drive distances as very low vision on my left side because of left eye . Was told That was not a problem and one of the optometrists said you are lucky to have one good eye . Then, after rescheduling and waiting weeks for that appointment, I got another call less than one week before my rescheduled appointment informing me that my doctor decided to take time off. When I called to reschedule the receptionist literally said "yeah, that doctor takes a lot of time off in the summer." Next available appointment is two months from now after I've already been pushed off for months and I have no guarantee he'll actually show up to that one either. This has happened multiple times with this doctor and this practice. I've been asked to see his associates more than once due to his frequent cancellations. 100% do not recommend. Family life comes first, always, but the disregard this practice and its doctors has for patients is astounding. Good doctors are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time or money on this practice.

Go to Harris Opticians for the rest of my review.) 10 Stars! That's what I'd give Dr. Sherri Reed. My first experience with Dr. Sherri Reed, and Harris Opticians, was over 10 years ago. I managed to scratch my cornea. It had been a couple of days and the pain was getting worse. It was late Saturday and my regular eye doctor was closed. My wife, who had been going to Dr. Reed for several years, had Dr. Reed's cell phone number and convinced me to let her call her. Dr. Reed agreed to meet me at the office on _Sunday_morning_ on her way to church. She examined me and started treatment. She warned me that if it didn't work, I'd have to go to a laser eye specialist to have the divot in my cornea mended. Her treatment immediately reduced the pain, the worst I think I have ever felt in my life. Over the next 3 months of close monitoring by her, the injury mostly repaired itself. Today, I'm only slightly aware I ever had such a painful injury and my vision has fully recovered. She was a Godsend!
