The water heater project was more expensive than we'd expected, but that was because they insisted on doing things to code; they said that if we didn't want to do things to code, we'd have to use someone else. We didn't bother to get alternate bids on the repiping because we knew their work is solid. Jason, the owner, prepared a very detailed bid. We had a number of questions, and he was very good about answering them. The repiping itself took about four days. The work was far less intrusive than we'd initially expected. They replaced our old steel piping, which was giving us a lot of problems, with copper. During the work we questioned why they were putting in single-handle shower valves when we'd had two-handled valves before, and they gave cogent reasons for doing so. Alligator said that their rates are about average, and we believe them. Perhaps we could have gotten the repiping done by another company at a lower cost. But we'd rather contract with people who have already done good work for us and whose work we trust. We've always believed that the most cost-effective option is to go for quality, and Alligator certainly delivered in that regard. Highly recommended!

I Contacted my Original service man and he initially was Responsive but after failed attempts to correct the issue he went dark on me. It was a tricky Situation with a part but communication just stopped. I finally called Fito the owner who was immediately responsive came and eventually Handled the matter. We had a difference of opinions on one matter which was A bit Frustrating to me. I am not familiar with anything Plumming especially in my residence that is why I call professionals to guide me through the repairs needed. I don't expect to have to research a piece of equipment to see if I think it would work for what was recommended to address the problem. I rely on the professional to explain this to me and then allow me to make the decisions based on their input and experience. The owner did the right thing and replaced the parts and offered to remove the part that I was not fully pleased with. There was originally a breakdown in communication with the original installer and a frustrating series of events after. I will say Fito cares about his customers and understands sometimes mishaps happen but he definitely involved himself to make it right.
