Tried this place on my lunch break. I got two carne asada street tacos and chips and guacamole. The tacos weee so tasty and the sauce it comes with chefs kiss. The guacamole is great as well. The guys there were really friendly and great customer service. The place is off the main road. There is street parking with seating outside. I will definitely be going there again. Oooh and they are only open for breakfast and lunch.

Another visit to Olivia's Kitchen and another satisfied belly. This time we got the bean & cheese burrito - a huge gordito filled to the brim with smooth black beans and creamy cheese and lots of rice, lettuce and tomato to keep my full until tomorrow. We also got three barbacoa tacos, just for fun. Yum! This place is legit, and definitely a place to visit for breakfast, lunch, or whatever. Glad that a little hole-in-the-wall like Olivia's exists East of the Pike.

I was in the area for work and needed a quick bit and ohmygoodness thank god I tried this place. I went for the breakfast torta with chorizo and it was packed with flavor and did not skimp out on the toppings. Bread was soft on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. I ordered over the phone for a quick pick up and it was ready like 10 minutes later. The place was a small little shop with some seating outside. It's a nice cozy spot with friendly workers. So glad I came to try this place!

Oliva's is a hidden gem! The employees are always very friendly and the food is incredible. My favorite is the barbacoa taco but the breakfast burrito is a close second place. I love how cozy this spot is. You can see all of the hard work going on in the kitchen and it shows in the food. It's worth noting that there are a few picnic tables out front to eat or wait for your order but no tables inside. Good portion sizes and great customer service! I always leave Oliva's with a smile on my face and recommend it as often as I can!

Don't be fooled by the small spot, this place packs a punch. The price is worth all the food they give you. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was delicious. I highly recommend an additional salsa on the side to add that flavor kick with eat bite. The food being made to order keeps it fresh. The service is friendly and fast. You can also call ahead if you are I a rush. They have public parking across the street which allows you to run in and out.

I had time to kill in downtown Bethesda. I searched yelp for a great breakfast place. I was not disappointed. The breakfast burrito with bacon was very good. The hot sauce was hot. The coffee was good. I appreciated that they pulled out creamer from the refrigerator instead of just leaving it on the counter like other places. Next time I will come back and try the burrito with chorizo sausage. The service was fast and friendly. Mexican ladies from the neighborhood came to get their breakfast. They chatted in Spanish with the staff and possibly the owner who was also from Mexico . This was a very good sign!

Taco Saturday! I was getting a haircut and I noticed the taco place on a side street. So, I walked over and ordered asada, el pastor and chicken tacos. All of them had a lot of flavor. The service was fast and they bring the food out to you. I enjoy the outdoors seating, but only when it's warm.

It's a cute place - walk up order. They have some outdoor seating (no indoor seating). Plenty of (metered) parking across the street. Staff was really nice. I ordered old bay fries and chicken fajitas. The fries were seasoned good (had a good crisp to it) but the amount wasn't worth the price. The presentation of the fajita platter was great; but I was bummed that it lack flavor :-(

Came here for lunch on a Monday around 11:30. This is a nice lunch spot! Wasn't super hungry so I just ordered two different tacos. The inside is small with a couple outdoor seating areas. The workers were nice and able to give recommendations. The menu had lots of options of tacos and burritos and sandwiches. Overall this hit the spot and the tacos had a lot of meat! A fair price ~$9 for both tacos! Nothing too crazy but a nice meal!

During our conversation, we discovered that we're both originally from New York and both small business owners, which made for such a nice and unexpected connection. He was genuinely kind and welcoming, and interactions like that are one of the things I appreciate most about supporting local businesses. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. The space was relaxed and quiet without feeling empty. There were people enjoying their food and drinks, working on their laptops, and simply settling in for a while. It felt like the kind of neighborhood coffee shop where you can grab a great drink, get some work done, have a meeting, or just enjoy some peaceful time to yourself. I've been coming here for years, and it's always a dependable, tasty stop when the hunger pangs strike. My go-to is The Wreck -- loaded up and, of course, with extra hot peppers. It's not just a sandwich; it's a life experience. Every bite feels like it's giving my taste buds a standing ovation... and my sinuses a pep talk. I also love their chili -- hearty, comforting, and exactly what you want on a chilly day (pun absolutely intended). One of my favorite things is the mix-and-match approach here. Half a sandwich, half a salad, whatever combination makes your stomach sing -- they make it happen. I'm partial to a sandwich-and-soup or sandwich-and-chili combo, but honestly, they could hand me a sandwich and a pickle and I'd still be grinning. The Pick-Your-Pair deal is my secret weapon for avoiding food FOMO. I get a little bit of everything without having to choose -- because why should lunch be a time for difficult decisions? I will say, I do miss the days when the rewards program felt, well, more rewarding. You know, something that made loyal customers feel like VIPs instead of "Very Intermittently Pleased." But that's a small gripe compared to all the deliciousness they serve up. A few Potbelly-themed jokes for flavor: Why did The Wreck go to therapy? It had too many layers of emotion. What's Potbelly's favorite band? Bread Zeppelin. My doctor told me to eat more greens... so now I get extra lettuce on my Wreck. Problem solved. Whether I'm craving a sandwich that could make a grown man weep, a bowl of chili that hugs your soul, or a meal combo that lets me have my lunch and eat it too -- this place delivers every time. Highly recommend!
