We didn't wait for our drinks to be refilled, we didn't have to look around for him he was there when we needed him. Also he accommodate my meal the best way to get advantage of my money. I love, love their never ending soups and salads so he made it that as a meal. He told us it's cheaper this way. So I was very grateful he told me. So I end up with more food to go. Which was perfect because my husband ate it at home. Every time I come here I have to order their hot coffee. They have good coffee. And no matter the time of the day they always made it fresh brewed. My daughter it's fun of the Alfredo pasta with chicken. She doesn't like it anywhere else. My other daughter likes it like me. The soup and the salad. With the bread. So yummy! This time also the zuppa Toscana was on point. Other times they make it watery and not creamy at all. This time was creamy and thick. So delicious. The salad it's always so crispy and fresh. With just the right amount of dressing and cheese. Oh my! I am savoring it just thinking about it. So the food came in a decent time. So we had enough time to really enjoy our food. When we were about to leave he ask if we needed container to go and we said yes. So without me asking he brought me a to go coffee cup. Flavors were spot on, and the service was wonderful! Thank you Branden! We decided to pop in for a meal, and since it wasn't crowded at all, the whole vibe was incredibly relaxing. I went with the lighter portion of the Chicken Parmigiana, and it completely hit the spot. Even though it's a smaller portion, they don't skimp on flavor. The chicken breast was perfectly tender with a beautifully crisp, golden breading. It was topped with melted, gooey mozzarella and a rich marinara sauce that had the perfect balance of tangy tomato sweetness and savory Italian herbs. It gives you all that comforting, classic chicken parm flavor without feeling overly heavy. Of course, we started the meal with their famous house salad, which is always an absolute hit. Not a huge fan of Olive Garden, but when they honor veterans with a free meal I just had to partake! These guys do make a great salad! Came to Olive Garden in Clovis with my family for the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl ($16), and it was such a good experience. We did the online check-in, and even though the restaurant was packed, our wait was only about 10 minutes for a party of six. Huge perk! We were seated in a booth, and our server Erick B. took care of us. From the start, you could tell he was hustling--this guy was everywhere at once--but he still managed to stay on top of everything. He asked about drinks, tried to upsell appetizers (which I get, that's part of the job), but more importantly, he was attentive. He brought waters right away, checked in multiple times, kept the soups and pastas coming, and made sure we had cheese on everything. He may not have been the most smiley or chatty server, but honestly, I respect servers who focus on making sure guests are taken care of. He worked hard and did an amazing job--seriously, shout out to Erick B., he deserves a raise. As for the food: everything was hot, tasty, and came out quickly. The soups were flavorful, the pastas hit the spot, and the portions were huge--two of us ate for about $32, and we still had leftovers to take home. I always go to Olive Garden. Nothing new. Been here so many times. The food is great per usual. The music they had playing, very classical and soothing. I love me some Ella Fitzgerald and jazz. However. I am writing this review because Carl is such an amazing server!! Every time he approached the table, we were treated with kindness and enthusiasm. It helps the environment be more comfortable. Carl made sure we were comfortable and even packed up our food for us. This was a great experience. We don't go to Olive Garden often because I can make pasta at home, but today was a special occasion and Olive Garden was chosen. Based on pictures we took in 2016, they had updated the interior decor. The atmosphere was nice. Our server was Jason and he was so accommodating and friendly. He made us feel welcomed and taken well care of. He made sure to fill our cups as soon as he noticed without us even having to ask. He made our experience great. The food was a good value for the price. I got the Tour of Italy which comes with lasagna, chicken parm, pasta Alfredo, and the never ending soup/salad. Their salad is always delicious, but I really liked the chicken gnocchi soup. Too full to even take advantage of the free refill of the never-ending soup! We had a coupon for a free appetizer for making an account so we got the toasted ravioli. Omg that was so good! My husband ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. The steak was soft and delicious, but the Gorgonzola Alfredo was not yummy at all. That's the only reason I took off 1 star. It kind of tasted like vomit. I went here with friends on Christmas Eve after the service. Had a fantastic shrimp carbonara. I have to say the last couple of times I was there. I got the soup and salad as I generally go at lunchtime. But this shrimp pasta entrée knocked it out of the park. It was creamy, yummy, cheesy and bacon. Our waiter was super nice and really funny. Excellent service but there's always excellent service at the Olive Garden. It was nice that it wasn't overly packed that evening because it can be a bit on the loud side. But we had a fabulous time friends had the eggplant parmigiana light version which features two slices of eggplant instead of the regular full-size entrée which has four. And my other friend had the rigatoni pasta. One thing to keep in mind if you're using a gift card be sure that you printed out correctly from your email. We had a little bit of a problem with that as my friend did not print out the correct portion of the email attachment and so we couldn't use the gift card or one of them rather. Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my family after a movie. We showed up around 3:45-4pm with a party of nine. The place was pretty much empty besides a few small parties here and there. The hostess said it would be a 45 minute wait with our party size. That was a bit of a shock to us as there were plenty of tables available that could accommodate our group size. We waited about a half hour and they finally seated us at one of the open tables. Weird experience as no large parties left or came during that time. We asked if they took reservations ahead of time and they did not answer back. Once we were seated, the service was good. Our servers were quick, kind, and personable. The food was alright. The food came out quick and was decent. My one complaint was I ordered soup with my entree. I was excited for the chicken and dumpling soup as it is one of my favorites. To my surprise, I got a bowl of it with no dumplings and one small piece of chicken. Most of the bowl was just broth which was disappointing. I let the server know and they got me a 2nd bowl that had both ingredients in it. Overall, I would say it was a standard dining experience at Olive Garden. It is consistent and pretty average. They are worth walking across the street when charging at Electrify America fast chargers. Casual, family friendly, Mediterranean style decor. We were seated right away but took a while for drinks and food to come. We only had 30min charge so by time we ordered food (after drinks arrived) the car had finished charging. Friendly service though slow (we came in around 6 on Sunday and was seated right away - just beat the dinner rush and wait). The food itself was just ok but excellent value - even drinks at $8-$10 was a good deal. Endless soup (or salad) may sound good but we couldn't eat more than one bowl and 2 breadsticks. This review is all about the ambiance. The food and the waiter were great. The waiter went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When my wife and I arrived at the restaurant, we noticed that the music was really loud. So when we ordered our food, we asked the waiter if he can turn the music down to a level where I can have a conversation with my wife. He said sure, and I heard him tell the person in charge of the music to turn it down. The music was never turned down, so my wife and I ate quickly so we can leave. Went for an early dinner on a weekday with the family, and we were all pretty content. I'm a big fan of consistency, & I love that when you get seated, & order...you're getting breadsticks! Now the first basket of breaksticks, you could tell had been there a bit, a little hard in the outside and not piping hot, but they're breadsticks- we ate 'em. When another round was brought out... super hot and fresh! We opted for soup and salad, and though we tried multiple soups, Minestrone is still my favorite. Also, a tip salad wise, get the dressing on the side- you can control the amount, and especially if you have leftovers, no soggy lettuce. Kids really took down their massive plates of pasta- buttered spaghetti and Mac n' Cheese. They even got grapes and a drink too included. We got seated upon walking in, for a requested booth, were able to order in minutes, and drinks were chilled and in huge glasses too! You may need to wait a bit for fresh coffee depending upon the time, it was ordered at our table and the refills were not as rapid as the soft drinks and water. This place is a great go-to for consistent, massive amounts of food, good service, and always leftovers! Chocolate Mints at the end are a nice touch too. And- you can totally just pay your bill when you're ready at the table with a card. Had a great visit and will definitely return again. read more

Terrible service. We ordered take out last Friday afternoon. 40 min round trip to pick it up. When we got home, we were missing 1/2 the order, no appetizer, no order of sausage, no soup, the ziti portion barely covered the bowl and the chicken Parmesan was 2 pieces of very overcooked chicken with about 15 fettacine noodles. $67.00 for this crap. I called immediately to let them know how bad they screwed up. not wanting to drive an additonaln 40minutes to go pick up another order in the middle of Friday traffic, the "manager" offered to refund my entire amount. I agreed knowing this would take several days. well guess what, he lied, the $68.00 posted to my account on Tuesday morning. here's the problem these days, prices increase, portions size decreases and customer service is not even a thing anymore. people don't want to do the job they are paid for, I'm not just upset anymore like I was on Friday, I am angry that I was lied to and I'm sure Olive Garden does not care one bit about this. one complaint means nothing to them. I still expect my money back, you really need to look into your piss poor customer service. read more

Salad came out quick and the soup took a bit longer to arrive. Once the soup came out, it was fresh and hot. The place was getting filled as it was dinner time. My son's spaghetti came out first and looked kinda water down. My chicken pasta came out and it looked good but it got cold quickly as the restaurant was pretty cold. I didn't like the fact that my food got cold quickly and it wasn't appetizing. My wife's trio looked pretty sad. Her pasta noodle looked hard and hardly any sauce on it. The lasagna looked very small and her breaded chicken looked soggy. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. There is a bit more of a wait on a weekend, but they will text when the table is ready. Food comes out quick and the pasta bowls are never ending! The quality of the food has improved since my last review and continues to make me super nostalgic! I'm glad to update this review with the consistent and positive experiences. They don't do reservations, but you are able to call an hour ahead and they will save a seat for your party. Our water was super friendly and accommodating. Our food took an hour to come out, but with the restaurant being so packed we understood! I know Olive Garden is known for their breadsticks, but I feel like the Chicken & Gnocchi soup needs to be talked about more. Especially when it comes out really hot, this soup is my absolute favorite thing here. Also, if you end up ordering this, save yourself the embarrassment and learn how to say "gnocchi" ahead of time!! I got the Chicken Marsala and It was a solid 5!! The chicken was so tender and so flavorful and there was a good amount of it for the price. I'm also a huge fan of mushrooms with pasta so this was a safe choice for me. My mom got the steak.
