Curbside review: Everytime I have a pasta craving this place seems to be my go -to. Lately we've been ordering to-go and I really enjoy the freedom of ordering online and choosing the time. Their curbside is easy to navigate once you made your order you'll get a confirmation via email/text. Park up and check in and they bring your order out. Most days they are on top of it and on time. There are times when they get busy and you'll have to sit a wait no big deal as long my food doesn't get cold. I would never come back to this location. The very first time I came to this location, I had the worst service. My waiter just seemed like he did not want to be there or help. Extremely rude and not friendly. I haven't been here since until today. It's been a few years. Came in around 5:20pm on a Monday evening, there were people but nothing crazy and we got seated right away for a party of 2. Host gave us our menus and told us our server will be with us shortly. About 5 minutes go by and our server never came or greeted us but we still waited patiently. A few seconds later a party of 3 came by and sat down. No more than a minute, a server came by and took their order. I was thinking we would get our order taken next but nope! Server took off, no one else came by and we left the restaurant. I was so excited to see OG offering deliver and then to add to that, the 2 for 1 special. Awesome! I place my order, waited. Delivery arrived and driver left. The order belonged to someone else, it wasn't my order. I called the driver immediately thinking she had my order in the car but she didn't offer any help. I called the store and was on hold for 20 minutes. The manager told me they would refund my purchase and I could come and PICK UP a replacement order!?!?!?! I had put myself on the waitlist through their website so I didn't wait too long and even when we were seated we were greeted not too long. Went in for dinner yesterday the girl in the front that was seating everyone (think her name was Shelly) just looked at us like we had to greet her instead of the usual "hi for how many?" Then she automatically sat us in the Bar area without even asking us. I assumed it's because we didn't have a reservation but it was only Wednesday so I was like ok I'm gonna see if she seats anyone else here, but nope nobody else was sat there the whole time and not everyone had reservations and she was greeting everyone way different than she did with us and sat all of them in the main dining area. Our server was a nice younger man and food was good but just that alone ruined the experience for us it was my boyfriends birthday and we wanted a booth where everyone else was sitting not in some corner of what loooked like a deli diner. Hello, me and my friend went to the Olive Garden on Tuesday evening . Waited about five minutes to get a table. They sat us at the worst table in the restaurant the one right when you walk in so everyone is always passing by you and staring at you why you are eating. A lady comes over takes are drink order and she was like okay be back shortly . Then another waitress by the name of Vanessa was like are you sure your getting taken care of and we were like yes we have a waitress so she goes and talks to the other lady and takes over are table and comes to take are order. She brings are salad and we tell her just how comes with ranch on the side and she brings it drenched in ranch so we sent it back. It took her over ten minutes to get a new salad! Then not even ten minutes passed by and are food is at are table , we didn't even get to enjoy are salad and breadsticks because are food was there . We asked her multiple times for things and I believe she was under the influence of narcotics or something because she couldn't remeber anything we told her we had to ask for extra sauce twice when we ordered it to begin with then a box 3 different times and she had someone else helping her so we had 3 different Serves and no of them got it Righr I think management needs some help and employees need some drug testing .
