On my previous visit, I had the Shrimp Pasta and it was amazing, but when I went this time and ordered the Tour of Italy, it was just not good at all. 2/5 $22.99 Tour of Italy, came with Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parm. The lasagna was ok...it def didn't taste homemade, maybe it was just frozen and then baked in an oven. The fettuccine was cold, so I couldn't even enjoy it, and the chicken parm was a proccessed chicken patty that def came frozen and fried. 5/5 $23.49 Shrimp Carbonara was excellent. We ordered the chicken parm catering tray yesterday and the chicken was VERY salty (it cost me close to $80 bucks including tax and tip). We've ordered it many times before but this was the first time that it was so salty. This Review is being provided for a manager named Lauren and the customer service that she provided. We gave our phone number to be texted for our booth we wanted to wait for. They said about 30 minutes so after 45 minutes we went inside to see if everything was OK. She said that she texted me I showed her my texts and that we were not texted. She then told the gal next to her that the texts were not going through because I was the third person to say this. We were then quickly ushered to a table and I then had to reiterate that we were waiting quite a while for a booth. We were seated in a lovely quiet corner so quiet in fact that we had to wait about 15 minutes for the waitress to show up by the way so did all of the other tables surrounding us. I ordered the salad specifically and was brought the regular salad pretty much. Instead of putting things on the side she put them on the side of the ball in which we would be tossing after the cheese. No big deal I'll just order another salad the way I like and eat that one. Nope, that one would be brought in a very similar fashion. I asked for her recommendation on food and went with her recommendation. Unfortunately the asiago pasta was not properly drained and the water made the entire dish tasteless. I asked her very politely with an entire plate full of food one bite missing to please return it and bring me a lasagna instead she gave me a dirty eye. Not once did our water get refilled. Not once did my Coke get refilled. I waited for about 25 minutes from the first salad before I could order the next one because that's how long she was gone. I decided instead of leaving angry I would call a manager over and explain all of this. While I was doing so our waitress appeared and she was very angry. So angry in fact that she decided to get a little bit nasty with her apology in terms of her tone and the manager apologized on the spot for it. I was just grateful because she was able to exemplify exactly why I had called the manager over to begin with. Normally a 25% tip or inside Covid I left 15. Normally I would've left 10 but I gave an extra 5% for Covid. No flu should ever change someone's personality and even a busy night. The manager gave me a gift card so that I could come back and enjoy a better experience. I really enjoyed the mozarella app as it wasnt heavy laden with grease and it had some kind of creamy sauce on top besides the marinara on the side that I did not use (since I did not care for marinara). We certainly had a huge helping of their famous salad and breadsticks, as our waitress brought us more basjets of it to make sure it was fresh and hot. For my dinner, I went vegetarian and got asiago tortellini, which was complex and delicious from the many cheeses combined between the parmesean, the ricotta, and the asiago cheese. I had a sparkling berry water that had fresh mint, fresh berries. It had the right amount of flavor that didnt make me sick from being over poweringly sweet and only 35 calories!
