I really love their food, but the prices have gone up to a point where it's debatable if it's even worth going out to eat there anymore. I'm personally offended when I have to pay $20 for a dish that is nothing to write home about, but man, the fettuccine Alfredo is really special. I have to learn how to make it at home somehow. This specific location has great service and is always clean, so it's really nobody's fault that inflation and corporate greed ruin the experience of dining there. If you visit this Olive Garden, make sure to ask to be seated in Hannah's section. She truly goes out of her way to make you happy and makes the experience feel VIP. Hannah is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, and her warmth really stood out. Even though the salmon and mashed potatoes were not good, Hannah was such a sweet and caring server that I still highly recommend this location. The salad and soup were great, and the pasta and other dishes ordered by our party were very good. I would just suggest skipping the salmon dish and the mashed potatoes -- they didn't even look like real mashed potatoes. Five stars for the outstanding service and kindness from Hannah. read more

This location is poorly maintained and unsafe. Our hostess seated us at a visibly dirty table, and we had to flag down a waiter to have it cleaned. While my mother went to wash her hands, she was burned by scalding hot water in the bathroom--there was no temperature control, and her hands turned bright pink. When she reported it to the hostess, the response was, "Oh, I know, it's so hot. I've done that before too." This is completely unacceptable. If staff are aware of a safety hazard that has already injured guests and take no action--no signage, no repairs--that shows a serious disregard for customer safety and basic hygiene standards. The Zupa Tuscana is good. The salad is fine. The breadsticks dipped in Alfredo is incredible. But our server was awesome. He did a great job. last Night I went to Olive Garden to reconnect with a Friend. Everything was fine, got our drinks, food, everything was awesome. Then about 5 minutes after receiving our food, our server, Rachel, asked if we were ready for boxes. i blew is off as her being just busy of course and didn't realize how long we had been there. She brought us boxes about 10 minutes later and set us up to pay and passed it to us, already ready for the card, which is fine, normally servers just let you know to Pay on the kiosk when you're ready. So we paid, I tipped, and then she came over 3 minutes later saying "I don't mean to kick you guys out I just want to give you a heads up I'm going to need this table in about 5 minutes" mind you, she was also rushing the table next to us, there was at least 10 people at that table and they were there for less time than we were and we had only been there for maybe 20-30 minutes total. She started cleaning off the table in the middle of me and my friend talking so it would be ready for the next people. After the 5 minute, Rachel came over to us "Sorry guys I really do need this table right now, if you guys could head out" I have never experienced somthing like that. I understand it was VERY busy, but again, we were there for 20-30 minutes and that is unacceptable in any scenario. read more

The food is always good, they just need a better system of everybody being crossed trained. Our food sat under the heat lamps until our waitress was done taking a larger group order from a table behind us, so we waited and waited. The should have people walking around filling water glasses, clearing dishes and handing out to go container instead of 1 person dealing with 1 table for all their needs. The alcohol policy is funny with this chain of restaurants. One location, the waitress wrote down all of our birthdays, I am sure this is in violation of some consumer protection act. Keep in mind it's a table of 4 people with white hair. The other nearby location scanned all of our ID's, again no money was exchanged with me so they violated my rights / privacy by scanning my drivers license. Not not reassuring when an employee who carry's in a bag of fast food restaurant before they start their shift. If you have a crying baby, please it home and be more respective for the people trying to enjoy their dinner. This is not a play ground so watch your kids or use take out. read more

The restaurant area was super full with a long wait, however, as I was dining by myself, craving the soup, Pasta Frigole, the hostess offered a seat at the bar. What a great meal it was because the service from the bartender, Mikaya, was fantastic. Olive Garden is a business travel staple for us. The food is good, and we know what it will taste like. It's also possible to get a glass of wine with dinner. We came in around 5:30 yesterday, and a server greeted us as soon as we came through the door. I'm not sure why there are people sitting around near the host's stand since there was no wait for a table, but that seems to be a thing here. The hostess was efficient, got us seated quickly, but was not particularly friendly (previous visits have been the same with other hosts). One truly bright spot was our server, Hailey, who seemed to enjoy serving us, and responded to our questions and requests. She delivered our wine and salad quickly and without complication. I had the Choose Your Own Pasta with Linguine and Creamy Mushroom. It came warm, a little spicy, and the pasta was a little al dente, which was a nice surprise. The Creamy Mushroom had sliced mushrooms in a creamy sauce. It had plenty of feel and taste. My wife had Spaghetti with Marinara sauce, which was warm, spicy, and a little chunky. The highlight of our meal was Hailey, who was attentive and able to get us through the meal without complication. Olive Garden is a nice place to eat, especially when traveling, for us, and though it won't make anyone forget Boston's North End, the food here is a huge step above the fast-food "Italian" that is in so many places lately. I saw that Olive Garden's "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" was back, and I immediately made plans to go. Olive Garden's fettuccine is a guilty pleasure of mine. With that being said, I took advantage of the NEPB and had 2 plates of fettuccine Alfredo and 1 plate of rigatoni with creamy mushroom sauce. I was very surprised by how good the creamy mushroom sauce was! It was full of mushroom flavor, and creamy like an Alfredo sauce. I also had the Zuppa Toscana soup, which is like a creamier soup with sausage, potatoes, and kale. It was very hearty & delicious. The breadsticks were also very fresh & yummy (per usual). I would definitely recommend this Olive Garden overall! The service was great, and the food seemed pretty fresh. Our server was very polite, knowledgeable. attentive and kind to us. Shrimp scampi was super delicious and they substituted angel hair for linguine on my request without any problem. I went in to ask if I could just buy breadsticks, and my homegirl told me yes. I was ecstatic. I then proceeded to order a dozen beautiful sticks of grain. The second my card went through, she told me to take the box that had been on the counter because the order was never picked up. I bought 12, I got 26. They were still warm. A gasp escaped from my mouth. "Are you sure?" I found myself asking. "There's no way," I thought to myself, as she nodded her head to signal that there was, in fact, a way. Service was great! Food was not. I don't understand why Olive Garden is still in business they can't make pasta or red sauce that is edible. This applies to every Olive Garden I 've ever been to, I only went back because a friend chose it. People act like their breadsticks are good, they dont even taste like bread or anything else because they're so flavorless. The only good thing on the menu is the lasagna fritta appetizer. So I guess if you're looking for cheap italian food this is the place for you. It tastes cheap and it is cheap. They have really good prices for a lot of bad food. I definitely like The Olive Garden, as does my fiancee. Their breadsticks are great, their soups are delicious, and their entrees are superb. I've sometimes ordered the Tour of Italy, but I've recently enjoyed their asagio tortelloni alfredo with grilled chicken. And their raspberry lemonade is also delightful. And their desserts. So, basically everything is delicious from start to finish. I've always found their service friendly and helpful, as well. Overall, a great dining experience. read more
