Once again it's time for my annual pilgrimage to Olive Garden for the never ending pasta bowl. I also get a slice of the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake. This year we decided to come to this location. We had a party of 4. The seating hostess showed our final guest to our table and we were ready to order. I started out with the pasta e fagoili soup. It was hot and flavorful as always. After soaking up the last drop with one of their amazing bread sticks, I ordered a plate of rigatoni with the new spicy 3 meat sauce. The pasta was cooked just past al denté, which is the way I like it. This sauce is a keeper. It is meaty, saucy, and spicy. Our waiter was always prompt when bringing out more bread sticks or pasta bowls. The thing I was disappointed about is that they had ran out of pumpkin cheesecake. This was 90 minutes after opening. How could this be? It's the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. read more

Olive Garden is Olive Garden tbh. If you enjoy soft, warm bread sticks, pasta, and salad this is the place. Service varies from time to time depending on your servers day if she/him/he/her/them/they day is going. The ambiance is always the same at Olive Garden it never really changes tbh but it is always a good time once the bread sticks are on the table ready to eat!! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never thought that a restaurant could treat people like this, I was having dinner and they accused my family of dinning and dashing. only then did our waitress defend us. The food was AMAZING I got some spaghetti and it was really good. The breadsticks were made fresh and were really good, but they had too much garlic powder on them. The service there was really good BUT I got the wrong drink wich was ok I asked for a raspberry lemonade and instead I got a regular lemonade. At the end of our meal my server TOOK MY PLATE AND TO-GO CONTAINER AND STARTED TO PUT THE PASTA IN THE CONTAINER FOR ME. I don't mind if people of that BUT he didn't ask to put it in the box for me. I felt like if I had a disability. The environment was very good, I like the music and everyone was really friendly. Our group of 17 had the best experience today at the Sheboygan Olive Garden. We were there early for lunch, so we were seated right away. We had two servers for our table, both super pleasant and patient. We served PLENTY of soup, salad and breadsticks, drinks very quickly, appetizers followed soon after. All of our entrees arrived together, hot, delicious and plentiful! It was all very delicious. Our servers were top notch! We had just come from a celebration of life and both servers expressed their condolences. I highly recommend the Sheboygan Olive Garden for any meal, fabulous service and an all around great experience. Thank you for making a sad day so much better! read more

Suck hard. Can't even get a to go order correct. Waited over an hour for food and still couldn't give us everything we ordered. whatever they make in wages is too much. Sadly can't pay them what they're worth thanks to minimum wage laws. read more

I came here from Arizona where there are several Olive Gardens that were fantastic. I moved to Sheboygan 3 years ago and was excited to see they were opening one here. I have been there 3 times hoping each experience would be different. I always order the chicken parm. The chicken was tough and looked like it was frozen and thrown into a deep fryer. All 3 times it was overcooked. My experiences in Arizona was that the chicken was pan fried until crispy. It was thin as though it had been pounded for tenderness. Here it looked like a chicken breast was cut in half and fried till super crispy and too tough to eat. It was way over sauced on the pasta. Sheboygan Olive Garden you really failed me. It is not the Olive Garden I have come to know. The breadsticks were ok as was the soup. The service was slow. I don't expect to be waited on the minute I walk through the door however it would be nice to be acknowledged and greeted. read more

The Sheboygan Olive Garden smells horrible, like nastiness. My chair smelled like someone else's butt. The busboy was wiping chairs then wiping tables with the same dirty rag. There was a piece of old lettuce wrapped inside my napkin of utensils. My stomach was upset for 24 hours after eating at the Sheboygan Olive Garden. Similar issues have happened the other four times I visited here but this is the final time. read more

What a waste!! Service was HORRIBLE! Server informed us that they ran out of the sauce for 1 of our dinners when he bro out the other 3. My wife had to look at menu, choose something else and wait for it while the rest of us ate. Server handed all the plates or bowels to us rather than set things down on the table. Who the hell does that in a nice restaurant? The food was good but the rest of the experience was crap. read more

Went to Olive Garden about a month after opening. I was not impressed. I have been to other one that were a lot better. Service was slow. Good was just okay. In inside looked the same as every other. The bread sticks were great as was the salad. Will try again and hope it was just because they are new here. read more

The food we had was good and hot, but unfortunately, the service we received this time was very poor. Although we gave our waiter, C*, every chance to improve, we had to ask him three times for our soda and water. He also made a mistake with my drink order, which was still included on the bill. We had to ask him to remove it. Waiting for everything, from being served to receiving our food, took a long time. I didn't get asked if we needed anything during the whole time. I also over-tipped our waiter because I was paying with cash and didn't want to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for change. We went at 3:30 pm to avoid the rush. On our first visit, the food was great, and our waiteress was one of the best. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name, but she told us that she used to work at Holidays before joining this restaurant. She even comped our appetizer due to the long waiting time, which we appreciated. We've had both excellent and poor service here, but the food has always been delicious. read more

We had to wait over an hour just for our food, and they messed up our order 2 times, and they did not bring me my food I was just trying to have a good night with my family also the chicken parm was cold and made my boyfriend throw up when we got home, thanks, I do not recommend. read more

Went with a family of seven and the Alfredo was alright, which was what I had, but everybody barely tolerated their food. Even with everybody having leftovers nobody wanted to take it home at all. This was the 2nd time I waited over 40 min for a server to even stop by our table. On this occasion I waited 20 plus minutes. I asked a waiter to see who was supposed to help us 20 min in. Delicious food both times I have visited this Olive Garden. The dining room has both tables and booths giving both privacy or a party feel. I really enjoy the wine walls. Our service both times has been extremely helpful and fast. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff. Super friendly, knowledgeable and will to give their input if you can't decide. read more

This place is really nice. Came here recently because it is local and an Olive Garden in the area is really nice. It just opened up and I guess I understand that since it was really busy it took a while for them to give us a table. The service was really fast even. The food was delicious and filling, and they were do many tasty options on the menu. Will definitely come here again and would recommend to others. read more

My meals were always good but my service was nowhere to be found. Waited a reasonable amount of time and then walked out. never got our order in for drinks. People being served that came in after us is annoying. Mentioned it to the main desk. Sorry was the reply! read more

Today,March 26,was my first visit ti Sheboygan I was very impressed withOlive Garden. Food was delicious,We had Carlos as our server.What an excellent waiter he was.I met my cousin,sister there.It was raining very hard as we walked in.When getting out of my car,apparently bumped locks with umbrella.Closed front door,was gonna get stuff out back seat.All doors had locked automatically.Carlos took our order,he geard us disgusting how to get my car unlocked.I called my son who was working his auto shop in Fond du Lac,he said check rear hatch door,maybe didnt lock,it did.So I tried contact police non emergency dept.They said couldnt help me,needed call tow truck.they would charge me$131.00 bucks!!Carlos tried so hard to help Even sent out my car with a tool trying to get in.He was way above and beyond helpful.He was so polite,eager to please In the nd,sister took me back Pkymouth to pick up spare keys. What a wonderful,helpful man.Probably best waiter I have had in past 71 yrs.Because of his kindness will visit O.G. often.Would recomend Carlos as a server to everybody,True Gentleman sincerely Judy K. read more
