I visited this past Sunday and had such a great experience. The gal who helped us--I believe her name was Alex--was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She made the visit so enjoyable. I ended up purchasing the White Truffle, 2 bottles of the Strawberry Peach Balsamic, and Plain Balsamic, and everything is amazing. Excellent visit! The person who was working was excellent at the tasting. Very informative and did several tastings with us. We purchased oils and vinegars and I bought gift sets with olive wood dipping sets as gifts for my children. A small little spot in the corner of old town Temecula, wasn't too busy and nice that we had time to talk and discuss the producer. Highly recommend. Olive oil Tasting in this cute shop. I usually buy my olive oil in another shop a few blocks away, but decided to see what this place is all about. I bought a bottle of Italian Herb Olive Oil and Olive Pepper Spread for dipping or Sandwiches. I liked the gift baskets that are ready to go, custom baskets can be made within your price range. My daughter had been asking to go olive oil tasting for weeks. Did some research and we decided to go to Olivedipity because of the high ratings, it's close by, and one reviewer mentioned the pricing was more reasonable than the other shop in Old Town. Super glad we made the right decision! The 2 women who work there, Christina and Regina, were super warm and friendly and made us feel welcomed. They gave us a ton of information about the unique flavors and origin of each olive oil we sampled. I'm not much of a fan of olive oil, but I do enjoy the taste of good balsamic vinegar. For me, tasting the different flavored balsamic vinegars was the highlight of our visit. Most of them tasted like sweet and sour candy--so delicious you could drink them alone in small quantities at a time! The Fig was our top choice. Other favorites include Pomegranate, Lychee, Cranberry Peach, and Mango Habenero (for salads). Our favorite olive oil was the California Mission (even I liked it). They display some artwork by local artists on the wall, which are for sale. They're giving my daughter the opportunity to display some of her work, which is exciting. I love it when local businesses support artists which gives residents a stronger sense of community! Warning: The parking lot is extremely tiny and one entryway is narrow, allowing only one car to get in or out. There's no sign that says it's an "Exit" or "One Way," so cars tend to get jammed. Very frustrating. Probably better to park on the street and just walk to this hidden gem. read more

Sadly, their customer service is extremely disappointing. I placed a large order over the phone 6 days ago, with the assurance that my order would go out immediately. I was also told that they would send me the Fed ex tracking number. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have not received a response. The only info I received was from Fed Ex with a "Return shipping label". I am now requesting a refund to cancel my order if they do not respond in another day. Okay so I love mom and pop stores and this is definitely one but this is a great one! So first thing is that their location is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area. But once you find it you'll be glad, okay so they're not as big as The Temecula Olive Oil company but it's nice to have another olive oil spot in Old town. They have tons of flavors of olive oil and balsamic vinegars and you can taste them all if you want. I couldn't believe all the flavors they had and come of them were a little crazy but in a good way of course. The employees are nice and will take their time with you even if it's a little busy. Makes it easy to eat healthy when you don't have to get anything out other than the greens. Love the lemon pepper & recently put the butter one on ravioli and knew it was healthier. Me and my family were having a nice day out and decided to visit Old Town Temecula. We had a nice lunch and decided to look around at the little shops. We went to one place before this and had such a horrible experience, that when we got here, we were a little apprehensive. We were promptly greeted when we came in by Carson, the young lady behind the counter, and she asked us what we were looking for. We were open to both the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. She brought us over to the olive oil tasting section and the large selection of flavors. She explained the differences between the flavors and also the favorites. She offered tastings on each flavor that we wanted to try and was very patient with our questions and indecisiveness. We narrowed it down to 3 flavors that we wanted to purchase. Then she asked if we'd like to check out the balsamic vinegar section. Of course we did! We didn't want to miss out on that! She was very helpful in going over the different flavors and letting us taste each one that we wanted to try. Carson also went over which vinegar paired best with each of the oils we chose. She was amazingly helpful. We bought 3 bottles of olive oil and 3 bottles of balsamic vinegar and would absolutely go back and would 100% recommend this small business. This is an adorable mom & pop shop in downtown Temecula. They have great balsamics and all are availabel to sample. When I came in to check it out, the employee working was so friendly and welcoming. She offered up some samples with a bite size piece of bread and they were all so good! This place is a hidden jem. Olivedipity also has gift sets which are great for any gift. Additionally, they have a menu to show the customers all of their products. Since I already have so many balsamics at home (I can never resist), the employee suggested a smaller bottle to fit my needs. I am so glad that she showed me this option because there is no way I could store another huge bottle. Overall great product and great service. It is a bit hard to find tucked back into the corner, but it it worth it! read more

Went here on 7/1/2017, the Temecula Valley Cheese Company was actually what had caught our eye, it was closed and a very nice gentlemen from Olivedipity was passing us to set up their signs. Having just had a less than stellar experience, at The Temecula Olive Oil Company, I was still in the market for olive oil and vinegar. So, we popped in to give this place a try. The universe was trying to tell me something, because this place was awesome. Jessica, was very helpful in giving recommendations for each balsamic vinegar we tried and none of them disappointed us. Each and everyone we tried were absolutely splendid, I kept thinking of all the wonderful things I could make with each one. I only tried a few of their olive oils, but those we did try also did not disappoint. As someone who loves to cook, I hit the jackpot for sure. We ended up buying three different balsamic vinegars: Garlic Cilantro, White Honey Ginger, and White Mango Habanero. Also decided on their Black Truffle Olive Oil. So you could say we'll definitely we'll be adding this place to our list. I truly can't wait to cook with them, I'm so glad we ended up finding this place. Their sweet diablo ghost pepper, balsamic hot sauce is one of the best hot sauces ive ever had. Unfortunately only bought one bottle while I was there so I ended up ordering two more online. I am in love with this little shop. Located in Old Town Temecula, we originally met the owner at the farmers market on Saturdays and just today ventured into her shop front. We have definitely been missing out by not visiting previously. We were in search of their Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, it is 12 years aged, thick with just the right sweet to tangy ratio. My husband and I are a bit of oil and vinegar snobs it seems. We have tried many of their selection, which you can try EVERYTHING they make in their shop. We love the traditional and several others. Today I tried the White Cranberry Pearl Balsamic and immediately bought it. Take the time to try the variety as there are some hidden treasures :) Meyer Lemon Olive oil is one of our favorites as well. Her shop has all the oils and vinegars or course, but then also has some other goods like soaps, teas, pastas, dipping oils, etc! The customer service is the biggest star here however. We have never been made to feel rushed or hurried when we were sampling and deciding on our purchases. She does deals when you buy multiple bottles as well! Some people may think it is expensive, but the quality far exceeds any other that you will find around. Do yourself a favour and go. read more

The staff was helpful in pairing together some great mixtures..and giving great tips on when to use certain oils. I gave Olivedipity one star because I was very disappointed when I realized that the products that I purchased were actually a product from Tunisia! So if you're looking for local olive oils be diligent and check the label and question the staff. Lesson learned for me. read more

As you can see we are / were huge fans of this product. I found them at a farmer's market years ago and loved them so much that when the farmers market moved, and I could no longer find my olive oil I googled them, found their number and quickly received a returned call from Mike telling me where the market had relocated to. I was so excited to replace the ones we'd finished and had frequented the booth since then. I'm sad to say it, but after today, we will no longer be giving this company our business, nor any recommendations. Out of the 10-15 bottles I've purchased over the years, I found that two of the bottles I bought last year had caps that separated from the corks, upon first opening. I'd made special trips back to the market in order to try to exchange the bottles (figuring it must've been a defective batch of caps since i bought at same time and had never occurred before) market at least 3 times over a couple months, only to be told by the surrounding booths that I'd missed them on those weeks. After traveling in a bag in my car, with defective corks, slight leakage occurred. When I arrived today and finally saw the booth I explained what had happened. The employee said he'd replace the corks if he could find something to take them out with. I said I'd rather just exchange the bottles for new ones of the same kind. He called the owner and she refused to exchange them. The employee told her there was a little missing from the bottles and I showed him where they'd leaked from around the cork in the bag. I told him that if he had two corks with lids to replace them with, that'd be fine (who has the time to open olive oil with a cork screw every time they want to use a little??) I was so mad when I left, and insulted that they implied that I'd tried to bring back bottles I'd been using for new ones. NOTE: the three bottles to the right in my photos are what they look like after a couple of uses. As you and they can see, the two on the left are unused (the ones I tried to exchange). If you sell a product such as this, the product is no good if the packaging fails. Back what you sell and honor your customers... Or lose them. read more

This place is wonderful! Such great service -- not only from the woman who was working there but from the owner herself! And talk about an amazing selection: olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the country and the world, flavored with just the right amount of spice, citrus, or other additions. It was hard to pick just a few! This is NOT the stuff you get in the grocery store that is mass-produced, but chef-created deliciousness. Fantastic find! We came across this accidentally when strolling through town and saw a sign pointing to a building BEHIND the main drag. They have over 40 olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I didn't even care for vinegars til they had me try several of theirs at the tasting bar. Their staff was very knowledgeable and was able to share ideas on great pairings between oil and vinegar and also what food they recommend using them with. They have little cards next to every flavor that lists about 5 different menu options and even some recipes. Try their jalapeño lime balsamic! It's my absolute favorite on any salad! read more
