Turmeric dip. Next time will buy their pita chips. So good.
Amanda S.

Cute little, yes little, farmer's market located outside of the JcPenny's at the mall. There weren't that many stalls so I was a little disappointed, however all of the vendors were so friendly and had great products. The produce prices were very affordable and you can't beat supporting local farmers. I ended up setting my eyes on a stall that sold dips, vegan and non-vegan, and caught some great deals. The price per dip was $5. You do have to spend $10 to use a credit card with them. However, you get three dips for $13.....so guess who got three great dips to try before y'all have to buy. The Kitchen Sink was the dip recommended by the vendor and it does not disappoint. It taste almost like a simi-spicy crab dip minus the crab. The Tumeric Garlic dip was my husband's favorite. Lastly, the Olive Tapand was good, but I wouldn't use it for the pita chips they sell. It is much better suited for mixing with oil and serving over a crusty bread. All and all, I would return but definitely want to check out some of the larger markets around town.

This is a wonderful little farmers market located in the parking lot of the Promenade Mall in Temecula! They are only open on Wednesday morning from 9am-1pm, however, vendors tend to pack up earlier and most are gone by 12:30pm, so show up early! This farmers market has everything you basically look for in a farmer's market. They have all the veggies and fruits, little food stands (my favorite is Baba Foods and they have the best pita bread and hummus!), they have little organic stands that sell a variety of random goods such as honey, oils, candles, succulents, etc..., they also have vendors that sell clothes, frames, pictures, and some artwork. What I love about this farmer's market is that it is never really crowded! I think it's because most people don't know it exists. I've been going to farmers markets in OC and LA and those can get really crowded. Price wise, the vendors are affordable and comparable to other markets I've been to in the past. For the quality of the produce you are getting, it is definitely well worth the prices! The only con I can think of is that it is definitely very very small (20 or so vendors! But as I said earlier, they do have everything you would need and look for in a farmer's market. Give this farmer's market a chance! It is very conveniently located and the quality of their produce is great! Sidenote: they frown upon pets, so leave your furry BFFs at home!

Amo Nakatl Asada-Jackfruit "Carnitas" Taco $3 or 2 for 5.So freaking good. Will be back to order everything thing else they have to offer!

Sweet little farmers market that has some really cool vendors. Great music, positive vibes, and even a vegan food vendor. So stoked we came across this market,Amo Nakatl Asada offers vegan tacos, burritos and more. I tried 1 Jackfruit "Carnitas" taco and came back for 4 more :D they also do the Farmers market in Old Town  Temecula. Never been, but will be hitting that up soon too. Will be back for some local fruits and veggies ^_^

Cute little booth!

I can't believe it was my first time visiting this cute little farmer's market! I stopped by to see if I could buy some strawberries and one stand had an "end of the day" deal of three baskets of fruit for $8. Not bad! I got two baskets of strawberries and one of blueberries. It is very small compared to others I've been to, but there is a decent representation of produce, handmade crafts and gifts, plants, and other stands one would typically see in a farmer's market. From what I saw, there was only one stand that sold baked goods and that made me a bit sad. I really love farmer's markets, so I will continue to go to this one, but I hope that it continues to grow!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit the little farmers market at the Vale ranch HQ. It was…read morelovely, although pretty small. Basically a series of booths selling olive oil baskets, some fruits and vegetables and not much else. It was a very nice add to the plaza and I'm happy that I had the opportunity to see it because my intention was just having a coffee shop The Press espresso. This plaza is very charming, with a lot of trees, boutiques, coffee, shop, restaurants, and big Central space to enjoy the farmers market itself or other activities, this is a must visit in Temecula.

I came here just to try Press Espresso, one of few shops and eateries at this plaza, but didn't realize it was in such a historic place. I initially thought all the shops here were recently build to look like the old west, but in reading about the history on its website, learned that this area has been in existence since 1867. According to the website, it has been the heart of Temecula since then. Originally built by German immigrant, Louis Wolf, it was used as a trading post next to Temecula Creek. After his death in 1905, area was purchased by Arizona cattle baron, Walter Vail, who turned it into a cattle ranch. In 1964, it was sold to developers who turned it into a master-planned community. The area remained vacant for several decades until it was restored fully in 2007. This place now houses several unique shops and eateries, and is also used for events and Farmers Market. This is actually a plaza within a bigger plaza, which has more commercial retailers like Kohl's, Walmart, Marshalls, and several others. Kind of an odd mix, but glad the city decided to keep a portion of its history alive.

The products are fresh, all natural, and of course, locally grown. The staff was helpful, and I learned they don't use harmful chemical pesticides or fertilizers, which is a huge plus. The farm stand is a nice size, shaded from the sun, with beautiful views of the Fallbrook hills. Peaceful too! I purchased a few jars of fresh honey and a sourdough loaf, the honey on toasted sourdough was a delicious treat. I also picked up some crisp green beans. They had a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, all of which looked fresh and beautifully grown. I'll be back when I need more fruits and vegetables. They now offer a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription too. I'm looking forward to trying one, since I already get a CSA box from a nearby farm. They offer both delivery and pick-up options. If you appreciate fresh produce, definitely make a stop!

I absolutely love shopping at Frazier Farms Market. This supermarket has such a clean, fresh, and…read morehealthy feel to it, and everything always seems thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The aisles are spotless, the customer service is consistently great, and the made-to-order juice bar is a fantastic touch that really sets this place apart. That said, it's definitely on the pricey side, so it's more of a treat when the budget allows. The meat selection , especially the steaks it's expensive, but you can clearly tell the quality and freshness are there. Their beer selection is another big plus, especially if you enjoy IPAs and craft beers. From a food science perspective, the curation here is impeccable. I spent a solid ten minutes just admiring the turgidity of the organic Granny Smith apples ($2.99/lb)--crisp, tart, and bursting with malic acid potential. But the real magic? The Hulas coconuts and the bulk bins! There is something deeply primal and satisfying about scooping your own trail mix or pouring shimmering olive oil from a stainless steel fustifermo. The salad and hot bars are a triumph of texture and temperature control. I built a plate that was less a "meal" and more a mosaic of flavors. As I sat there, savoring a bite of their roasted veggies, I thought: This is it. The world is an adventure best tasted in small bites, and Barons provides the perfect map. If you love food that respects its molecular origins and a staff that treats you like a neighbor, you must visit. Very relaxed and casual. It's a maximalist dream of flavor!
