Perfect Saturday afternoon spent on the grounds of Saddlerock Ranch. I gathered with a few ladies and we brought our own little bites and charcuterie board. Others had food delivered. one order arrived seamlessly and was brought directly to our table by a staff member, while another friend met her Uber Eats delivery near the entrance. The staff and vendors were busy setting up for a derby event later that afternoon, and it definitely looked like attendees were in for a great time. One thing I love about Saddlerock is that there's always something happening- whether it's a movie night, sculpt sessions, local vendors, or special events. Parking is always the trickiest part of visiting Saddlerock, but once you're parked and settled in, it's such a relaxing, laid-back atmosphere to enjoy a glass or two of wine. read more

This place was a huge surprise. It was on a beautiful property and renovated old house. In the front yard of multiple tables under shade of trees a beautiful porch and when you enter the house, people greet you with wine or beer. You can head to the back where they have a beautiful view of the valley and a carriage house where you can go to the lounge up there and have your wine. The only suggestions I would have would be to have more white wines available for choosing preferably Italian whites. Also, my wine bottle I ordered was a little bit warm, but at least they gave me a bucket to chill it down. If I wasn't recommended to come here I would have never found it. Tucked away right off the road but it looks like a house with a long driveway. We walked to the back and found the bar, there was also one inside but it was closed. We all opted for wine flights. Back area had some nice live music. Not to loud- just perfect. The view is beautiful. Recommended to call for reservations on the weekends because it gets full and they start putting up reserved signs pretty early. Very good wines and the set up was cute. This was a peaceful girls day, we will be back hopefully sooner rather than later. read more

Obsessed with this place is an understatement. This was the cutest most perfect wine bar EVER! It looks like a house and even feels like a house on the inside. The outside was gorgeous and around back had a beautiful view of fort worth. We went on a night they were playing a movie outside and had the best time ever. I love the headphones so you can talk if you want without disturbing others watching the movie. They don't serve food so be sure to bring your own dinner / snacks. Me and my husband came here after dinner on our wedding anniversary. It's in a cute house with seating both out front and back. We sat at the back patio as we wanted to watch the sunset. The front patio had silent movies that night which I thought was cool. We each got the wine flight. I really enjoyed the rose and white wines. What a great little spot for a wine or beer. I only tried the flight and it was tasty. The saddle rock were all delightful. The view was very pretty. The sunset was great and the home is very pretty. Made reservations and drove over 30 minutes to find out that we wouldn't be allowed in Because I had my chill infant with me. This age restriction was not prevalent on the website, and only found on the FAQ page after digging in. Moreso, it wasn't in the reservation information either. Very disappointing. I was provided a $25 gift certificate, but having a child, I won't be able to use it since I'm not allowed there either my baby. Time to find somewhere else. read more

They have a wine selection from vineyards in Malibu, California as well as an ever-rotating array of beers from local Dallas and Fort Worth breweries. The winery and the prices were fabulous. The views and ambiance were incredible AND FREE PARKING. We all shared a couple wine flights and brought our own food everything was great. My only complaint is that we had made a reservation in the yard so that we could listen to the live music. There were several bachelorette parties and other large groups celebrating so it was definitely nice to have a reservation. There was a large group of about 20 people that had reserved 3 tables near us and they didn't sit at their table the entire time we were there (2 hours), they instead surrounded our table, so we couldn't hear the live music or enjoy the view as much as we would've liked to which was frustrating because they had their own tables they could've been crowded around. What a neat new place to hang out and enjoy some drinks with friends or that someone special. The grounds are full of tables and places to sit outside. It was quite hot when we visited so we opted indoors. They have a smaller bar inside serving wine and beer and then a larger selection of beer, cider, and wine at the outside bar with a great view and a small stage for live music. We stayed inside this visit and had a lovely table in a bay window. We even met some new people and enjoyed great conversation. I enjoyed a flight of wine and then purchased a glass. Discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and this is truly my favorite place to go to in FE to relax and cha with friends and family. There are several quaint areas throughout the property with and ton of trees and shade and the wines and Texas craft beers are really good with a ton of options. When the weather is nice there won't be a better place to go to to spend the afternoon or evening at. Make sure you visit the back bar to take in one of the awesome sunsets.
