Their service is awesome! Dr. Cruz is even better. The staff itself is wonderful. Before doing a procedure they'll let you know how much co-pay is and wouldn't proceed until you say so. Also, while you're in procedure and Dr. Cruz find something he'll let you know and he'll let his assistant calculate how much it'll cost. They made me comfortable from beginning to end. Who takes his time to make you feel comfortable and relaxed I have put off taking care of my teeth due to anxiety childhood drama associated with the dentist! My tooth cracked I got an abscess looked up dentist saw me soon ! He put me on antibiotics then came back for The root canal took over an hour but he was top notch!!! I've been looking for an honest dentist in the local Buena Park, La Palma, Cypress area for a while now. I have found this in Oliver Cruz, DDS at OC Dentistry. He was patient, sensitive to my TMJ issues during my x-rays and cleaning and educated me on my options to fix my crowded bottom teeth. I really appreciated his pleasant manner and how he nor his staff did not try any of those high-pressure sales techniques that some dentists do. Best experience ever!!! Long story short around 4:00 PM on a Friday I got the worst toothache ever as I was In the chair getting a haircut, it was to the point I had to get up and walk out. I called countless dentist offices and couldn't find anyone to take me in for an emergency visit. My wife called me on her way home from work and could tell I was in a lot of pain!!! She also call a number of dentists offices and also had no luck. The last one she call happened to be OC dentistry!!! She told them how much pain I was in and they told her no worries come on in we'll take care of him and that's exactly what they did!!! One of the most happiest, cheerful staff and doctor. wow I have never had such great service like this from any dentist like this and doctor will tell you the get what is what in your mouth, no bs! I brush two times a day and floss but I guess I grind my teeth at night and got some cracks, he took care of them and more. I smacked into a wall and chipped my front tooth pretty badly. I was super distressed and upset when I came to Dr.Cruz and he took such good care of me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the care I needed. I was literally in his chair crying when he confirmed I needed a crown but I am soo happy with the results my smile is amazing again. I walked out of his office with my confidence back. He made me a temp crown that also looked good until the lab was ready. My porcelain crown looks perfect and more importantly feels secure. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied, especially with it being the front of my mouth. He's also super flexible with his schedule and worked with me regarding payment.
