Our group of 8 stopped by for lunch. A table was leaving so we waited inside at 3 separate tables until we could all sit together. In the meantime, they served us a round of drinks. They had room on the patio but we wanted the air conditioning. The June specials menu looked awesome. The monthly soup is cauliflower. I had the cucumber sandwich (the cool cuke?) and asked for it toasted. Choice of side was chips, coleslaw, potato salad, etc. I had potato salad/ it was good- a little bacon in it and perfectly seasoned. My sando came out toasted but they forgot the cucumbers! Our server brought me out sliced cucumbers so I added them myself. They were a little thick. I did not know but you can ask for pickles and they're free! They dropped off a large jar of pickles. Only two of us wanted them and they toss them if you don't finish them, so I took a few home. I only ate half my sandwich. Ir was super meaty. I recommend it! And the potato salad was a hearty scoop. I can't believe all of that was only $13 plus tax and tip. What a deal. Our food came out all together and didn't take forever. We sat. We ate. We charted. A good time was had! Checks came out promptly. Our group goes to this place often and I was pleasantly surprised that the server remembered some of the gal's usual drink order. Amazing! Great place for lunch! Ollie's is a frequently chosen spot for work lunches at my office, since we're nearby in the Packing District! I love popping by Ollie's for an easy, affordable lunch with a colleague. The food includes a lot of simple, staple salads and sandwiches, and the salads always hit home for me. Today I got the Legend (their version of an Italian sub) for the first time, and it might be my new favorite there! Very good, not too much or too little meat, but good value. The free pickles they give you to start are another highlight - they are always tasty and the perfect way to start lunch! The buffalo chicken pita flatbread was actually quite tasty and crunchy, as I love a thin crust. I was disappointed with the spinach and artichoke dip. It was a bit watery and bland and tasted like it needed more salt, cheese, artichoke...something. I have been one other time before and the sandwich I had was pretty good. A local hot spot for a reason! They are always busy and if you head out here it will be easy to spot why. From plenty of televisions tuned into the games of the day, to free pickles at the table - you'll be sure to like your time here. Although the parking lot is smaller and may present a challenge, you can easily find street parking and walk on over. Once you make your way to the restaurant you'll find outdoor patio seating or inside options. The menu is standard bar fare with flatbreads, handhelds, salads, and such. A personal fave for me is the flatbreads! They have a full bar that is located in the center of the inside portion. You can find seasonal drinks, beers, wines, and a full bar for regular cocktails and drinks. They also offer standard beverages for those that don't want that option! Ollie's does have a kid's menu and is family friendly as well. My daughter personally loves the chicken planks with fries or the mac and cheese from the apps menu. We enjoy heading here to watch football and enjoy some food. Staff is always friendly and they work through busy times like champs. Overall: A+ Locals love it for a reason. Great hangout! Chicken Caesar salad wrap was 6/10. The dressing was good but overall not the best in Orlando. I enjoyed it still but wouldn't go out of my way to come here for it. The potato salad is sour cream based, instead of mayo. Great taste and consistency. Would order again. The quesadilla was standard, would order again as a late night bite. We always enjoy stopping by Ollie's for lunch when we're in the College Park area. It's casual, fun, the service is great, and they offer delicious food. We typically sit outdoors in their big covered patio, but one time we did sit indoors during a Florida "winter" day. I think I've tried something different every time we've gone. I've ordered The Filly, The Wall Street, The Legend, and -- being from Western NY -- Beef on Weck. They've all been delicious. I typically get chips or a salad as my side, but one time I upgraded to soup for only $1 more, which was a good choice as well. As a bonus, they bring (or ask) every table a jar of complimentary homemade pickles. I just wish I liked pickles. The service is consistently excellent -- everyone is friendly and attentive. And they welcome all, as evidenced by the rainbow flag hanging in the window. read more

Ollie's Public House on Edgewater Dr is a happening spot. Stopped by after seeing it the night before when it was jammed packed! Monday late lunch and the place had a good group of patrons. Full bar and great menu. We thought it was typical pub food but it was way better. The hummus platter came with fluffy mini warm pita, few olives and a little sun-dried tomatoes, sprinkled with lemon and evoo. It really tasted homemade and so delicious! We also had the spinach, mushroom, and Gorgonzola pita pizza which was next level amazing. The veggies were crispy and full of flavor, the Gorgonzola gave it a nice funk in a good way. I brought my friends here for an after's birthday-BIRTHDAY and I was having such a great time until your wait staff was rude to me. "insert rolling eyes" My own company noticed. I don't know why I keep going back. The service is really bad. The food is meh. Last night it took 10 minutes for a waitress to say hello. They were not even busy. Then another 15 minutes to get our drinks. And another 15 minutes to get a pretzel. And then 30 minutes to get a sandwich and 20 minutes to get our check settled. I cannot believe how much time we spent there for a sandwich and a couple of drinks. The waitress kept disappearing. This isn't the first time. Once in a while we get a really good waitress and even then it takes an hour for a basic dinner. So even when the service is good it's still slow. Management: please modernize. Get a mobile app that allows us to place orders from the table and pay. The waitresses spend too much time running around seemingly completely disorganized and no prioritization. There's no reason in 2026 that I have to wait 20 minutes to pay my bill. Not one single reason. read more

Came here randomly on a Saturday with my family and loved the atmosphere. We sat on the patio since it was a nice day out, and it was a very relaxed crowd. Such a great place for a variety of good food. I ordered the Beef on a Weck, a Buffalo, NY, favorite. And you thought they were only known for their famous wings. Beef on a Weck is a roast beef sandwich on a Kaiser roll topped with salt and caraway seeds. Horseradish sauce adds to wow factor when served hot melts in your mouth! First visit of the new year to one of our favorite spots, Ollie's. As always, the food and service were excellent. I love the French dip and they add cream cheese and press it for me. They've added a pretzel to the menu that might be the best bar pretzel in town. And don't forget the free pickles! Our server has been there forever and she's always fast, friendly and attentive, refilling drinks and checking in. I got the French dip and it tasted like school lunch. The meat was like these two thick slices of meat product or something. For drinks, we got the Cuke Collins and the Blueberry old fashioned. The latter was run of the mill, no complaints. The Collins was rough... We sometimes go to Vanberry's which is owned by these same folks, and it's way better. One of my favorite watering hole! The service is really friendly along and the servers and bartenders do their best to remember your drink order if you return. I tried a pressed Cuban sandwich with a side of potato salad. I really like the baked potato salad because it's different than other potato salads out there. Ollie's Public House is right next to a high school and across the road from a nice golf course. Parking is limited but if it is not a school day it is OK to park at the school. Ollies has a nice mix of high top and standard tables. The outside seating is dog friendly and Ollie's offers live music inside. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the smoked fish dip which was creamy and had the right amount of smoke with the fish. We also shared a Greek salad which was huge! It was loaded with antipasto, olives, tomatoes, peppers, and feta cheese. The French Dip had quite a bit of shaved beef and the au jus was very lightly spiced. We would have preferred more flavor in the au jus. Add in cold beer and a nice selection of ciders and we will return to this public house in the future. read more

We tried Ollie's for the 1st time this past weekend. Cocktails were excellent and reasonably priced. Food was delicious and also priced very competitively. Kim provided outstanding service, including offering suggestions of how menu items could be customized to our preferences and taste. We didn't know about the housemade pickles, and we were pleasantly surprised when they were offered. It was a very pleasant evening to sit outside. We didn't have our dogs with us, but we appreciate knowing they're welcome outdoors. We prefer to support local businesses when we can. We will definitely return to support this one. The food is incredible, we had the special black and blue flatbread and the kids cheese pizza, it was everything we expected and more! The vibe here is chill and the music is was on point and had us vibing! We had Shelby as our server to begin with, she was nice, tentative and on top of things, would absolutely recommend her as a server if you come in. As her shift changed we had Gabby, always attentive and friendly and helpful, would also recommend asking for her too, they will make sure you are taking care of every step of the way! All the good vibes here! Today I enjoyed lunch out on the patio with my dog in tow. Large, covered outdoor seating that is dog-friendly with many bowls of water provided for your furry friends. Several large fans outside to keep you cool on the warm Florida days. So many tv's outside showing all the football games playing and each TV was labeled with the teams playing helmets stuck on the corner so you know where to sit to watch your team. I started off with the drinks - "The Saint" which has 2 different types of vodka. My friend ordered a boozy lemonade. Both drinks were fairly strong and delicious. Pickles were offered and we had to accept. A jar arrives containing very large pickle chips that were pickled to perfection. Nice snack provided while waiting for our lunch. I ordered the chefs salad WHICH WAS HUGE. I believe it to be about double the amount of a normal salad at other restaurants. Fresh meats and veggies. My friend ordered a sandwich and she really enjoyed it. With the restaurant being busy due to Sunday football/brunch, the service was still quick and great. Went there lastnight, our experience was the same as the 2 star review by Vanessa. Don't know why I was surprised to see that. I asked the waitress what drinks they have and she said "a full bar". Not being a big drinker myself . . . I didn't know what to choose either. The waitress could have made a suggestion, I was open to trying something new! She finally mustered up a drink menu for me. I decided on the Elderberry Spritzer. . . I was super excited! My husband and I could let the waitresses attitude slide as it was after 8 pm on a Monday night and she was probably ready to go home. . . But the drink came out really weak (absolutely not her fault!) but enough for me to start looking for other places to try in the College Park area. read more

I hate to be negative but my group's experience of Ollie's left a lot to be lacking tonight. We went on a Friday night and it was quite busy. Unfortunately there was only one server so service was very slow. When we arrived we got our drinks very fast but that was when it went downhill. We waited over 30 min for our pita pizzas and they were all unfortunately burnt and really dry. It didn't taste good at all and I ended up drowning mine in parmesan cheese to try and salvage it. We chose not to bring it up our server since we were all completely starving and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for our pizzas. Plus, we didn't want to further burden our server since she was already so busy. We didn't get drink refills til the very end and even had to flag her down so we could pay and leave. Server was nice but due to working alone, service was slow. Thankfully we had also ordered some waters on top of the coke and ginger ale, otherwise we'd be left with no drinks at all. As a bar, Ollie's is great. It has a massive beer section and a large cocktail list. Prices are very fair. I love their large dog friendly patio with tvs for watching sports. There's more seating outside then inside, so we often sit outside. As a restaurant, Ollie's is a bit lacking. The servers are generally missing in action and the food can be unimpressive. This time I had a Cuban. It was made on a toasted hoagie but tasted pretty good. I wish they had a broader selection of sides. The nachos tasted old and lacked toppings compared to chips. Their menu has a lot of unique sandwiches if you are in the mood for that with your beer. The one thing that keeps me from going more often is not knowing what ambiance you're going to get. I've been and seen bartenders yelling and doing shots (in the middle of the afternoon) and I've also had a quiet evening sipping beers and watching the game. I think it's worth checking out, especially if you like patio drinking. read more

You're typical, casual lunch place. The outside seating area is really nice, with lots of fans so even sitting out there in 90 degree weather was enjoyable. I ordered the candied walnut salad. It was huge! Really good flavors, I just wish there was more chicken and that it wasn't chopped up the way it was. It got lost. There was also way too many craisins and not enough of those delicious walnuts. I will say the raspberry vinaigrette was some of the best I've had. The sandwiches look pretty tasty so maybe I'll be back to try one of those at some point. read more

One of my favorite lunch spots to hit up in College Park, Ollie's makes some of the best sandwiches/wraps out there. We went yesterday after golfing at Dubsdread and it hit the spot. They have a decent sized parking lot but in case it gets crowded then you can park in the lot right behind it. To me it gives off a local sports bar pub vibe with lots of TVs with games on and plenty of beer on tap or bottled. I had ordered the Legend Sandwich with potato salad. I've had a few different ones there and it's my favorite. If you get it toasted it brings out the flavors even more. They make the baked potato salad there and it so good it's hard to hold back from eating it all once after you've taken your first bite. It was around 6pm when we went yesterday and it was very busy so the waitresses were working hard. She made a few little mistakes but like I said it was a bit hectic because every table was taken so its totally understandable. Let me begin with the Potato Salad. I am not typically a potato salad kind of guy, but Ollies changed all of that. Sweet Potato Salad was life changing. It was so good. Along with my potato salad I enjoyed a delicious toasted Legend. very disappointed I don't understand why it's so busy here. I know they have a bar maybe that's what it is anyhow or a corn beef sandwich wasn't very good corned beef with little tough wasn't very flavorful. Sauerkraut was kind of mushy. Then the top of the menu says add a cup of soup for a dollar what it meant was substitute the potato salad for soup for a dollar so I didn't realize I was gonna pay four dollars for soup which wasn't very good and the potato salad sucked anyhow never go here again. Don't get it the hype. read more

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, friend had the club wrap, and we shared nachos. The toppings on the nachos were good, but the chips were tough. I believe whole wheat tortilla chips. They warn you on the buffalo chicken that it's baked, not fried. Take heed as it ends up a little mushy. All in all, we agreed that it was ok, but lacked a little flavor. read more
