My son has a "project car" that we needed taken from our old home to our new one. Ray expertly got it out from the garage and on the flatbed. It's important to note that the house is on a corner so he had to work fast to avoid blocking traffic. Once we arrived at the new house, he positioned it perfectly on the driveway. I called Olmstead Towing because the lady who answered the phone was professional. It's easier to trust a woman than a man. There are always exceptions off course. It was Easter Sunday when my car was hit sitting in the parking lot. It was a hit and run. I was not in a great mood after having safety lock on my car making it not driveable. The towing company came in reasonable time. Clayton who is the driver was incredibly friendly, helpful and helped to ease the problem of a wrecked car. We own a Pest Control company here in town. One of the biggest headaches we deal with as a company is when one of our trucks break down. Olmstead Towing was willing to pick up within the hour -- but I needed a little more time to get the bill paid at the dealer so they would release the vehicle to be towed to our independent shop. Car broke down in Downtown Summerlin last night so had to leave the car over night. We live in NLV near Aliante. My husband called Olmstead Towing this morning. About 45 minutes later we met Courtney where our car was at. We actually arrived at the same time so excellent timing. He had the car on the bed very quickly and we were back home within 30-40 minutes. Courtney provided excellent customer service and even gave suggestions on what we could do to fix our car which we are definitely going to try. The car was unloaded safely. One flat rate of $75, no extra mileage fees. Very happy with this tow experience and will use Olmstead Towing again in future if needed. read more

I use yelp all the time to find good businesses to use. Olmstead Towing was a great choice! I was having trouble getting my truck towed to the body shop which was only three miles away. State Farm will only use 777 Towing and they are totally undependable. After 8 days waiting on them, I told State Farm to cancel their services with 777 and I would hire my own tow truck. I called Olmstead Towing because of their excellent reviews on yelp and I'm glad I did! I made the appointment, met the the tow truck at the agreed on time at the agreed on place, and followed him to the bodyshop. I received three text messages letting me know when the driver was leaving the station, when they expected the driver to arrive at his destination, and when he actually arrived. The driver was polite and he unloaded my truck exactly where the body shop wanted it. I made arrangements beforehand to pay the driver in cash because it was cheaper than paying with credit card. The driver even texted me the receipt I needed to get reimbursed from my insurance. This is how you do business! If a had waited for 777 Towing, I would have still been waiting a month and a half later. read more
