First off both ladies Laxmi and Gurjit are great at threading. It's hard to find a good place where they know and listen to how you want your eyebrows. For me I'm super picky. I LOVE LOVE my eyebrows and after showing up to my old threading place and my lady never being there anymore I was forced to find another location. I found one but after the third time they didn't do a good job ....bummer. So I was reading all the reviews to this place and decided to give it a try. I told Laxmi what happened and she said she'll make sure they'll grow back like before. And voala! She made them look great! She left some hairs in certain areas where they were over plucked and told me that little by little they will be back to how they were. Now this is my spot! Went here when it first opened and Laxmi was great! She is extremely popular now, but well worth the wait. I have gone to the other girls that work there, and they do an excellent job as well. Every time that I have gone here, they have done a great job except this past Saturday. I asked for long and thick eyebrows and I felt like they left them too thin and shorter than I wanted. Two of my cousins get their brows done here every month and I happened to be kicking it at their place just when they needed their monthly brow fix. So, they brought me along with them and they could not stop raving about their girl Laxmi. A little sidenote, this was not my first time getting my brows threaded, but I haven't gotten them done for a long, long while so I was a tiny bit nervous. Anyways, Laxmi took me under her care and she was really sweet! Even though it was my first time there, she called me by my first name, asked me if I was okay, and took her time with my brows. I love Om threading and have been going for years. I now live in Seattle, where the threading can be a hit or miss, even within the same salon. I came into Los Angeles for the weekend and made it a point to come to Om to get my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin done and was not disappointed. I love how everyone takes their time and won't just rush through the threading to get to the next customer. When a threading place is as good as Om, I never mind the wait.
