However, my last time, what really made me not want to go back. I got a gel x manicure and a gel.Pedicure and it was done poorly. The acrylic nails were fine.However my toes were not. The nail tech did the wrong color and I mentioned it three times and was dismissed. As I was leaving, I very much noticed the difference and brought it to the attention of the staff. It seemed like the nail tech got upset due to the lack of communication, but I felt very uncomfortable. And dismissed because I had mentioned this several times and the lack of communication made the layers way too much. They ended up putting the layers that I needed to make the right shade. However, because there were so many layers, the nail polish ended up not being dry.Even like fifteen minutes after leaving. My toes because of this were essentially chipped, and the nail polish was stripped as I walked. This was very frustrating because it could have been avoided. Because of the issue with the nail polish, it ended up taking much much longer than expected. And that also cut into my work.And I had to reschedule a client because of it. I know people make mistakes.However, I wish that I was heard at the first time. That would have saved my nails being done incorrectly. That would have saved my extra time it took.

All the technicians do an excellent job. I always receive several compliments. I was very impressed with all the steps they have taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. They check temperatures, limit the amount of people in the salon, use floor stickers to maintain distance, everyone including customers wear mask.One way and and exist to avoid face-to-face contact. I even saw blood on the drill after the tech went too far underneath my nail. Very little acrylic powder was used for my fill, and one nail already chipped the same day. Simple designs like French tips and stripes have also been disappointing, and for 80 dollars including a 10 dollar tip is too much considering my nails never match the pic I show the tech. Although everyone is very welcoming and friendly, my family and I won't be coming back due to the issues that seem to be happening each visit now rather than once in a blue moon.
