Marcy, (or her partner im not sure) stayed on the line with me and we decided she would go to my house to get my purse which contained my credit card. She did this even though I told her there might not be anyone there to let her in. This was all done at ONE AM. So Marcy drove about a 30 min. drive to my home and luckily my roommate was there to let her in. Long story short, this woman put her trust in me and by her doing so I was able to get out of the hell of the holding cell. If she had not done this I would have been processed and who knows how long before I would be released. The carpet in my upstairs hallway was soaked and the living room ceiling was destroyed. The water also got into the closet where my heater was installed. I called these guys at 11pm on a Sunday and they showed up within 45 minutes to bring a moisture collecting machine to prevent the formation of molds. What excellent service. In about a week they were done without a trace of the damage at all. Their employees where so nice and professional that I ended up having lunch with them when they took a break.
