I stopped by today and had an AWESOME experience here. I ordered some extra links for a bracelet and picked up a nato strap that will go well with two of my Omegas- a Speedmaster and 50th Anniversary GMT. If I had more time I would have most likely picked out my fourth Omega! But truly, the best part of my experience was the service. I was assisted by Gareth who was patient and extremely helpful and knowledgable. I only had time to pick up a strap, but I was treated as if I was purchasing a high-end luxury timepiece. This is my first luxury watch purchase, ever. I was away on vacation and we were doing shopping along the miracle mile, when I stumbled upon this Omega Watch location. I have been contemplating a purchase for a long time, and even sought out deals online. For the most part there are never deals on Omega and Rolex watches, unless they are used or from a gray market, because of the bad reviews from one of the main gray market retailers, I kept holding back, since if I'm going to spend that much, might as well make sure you're getting the real thing. They keep the doors locked, but if you just give it a second they allow you in. I was honestly just looking, but the salesperson was very patient with me. I tried on multiple watches until I fell in love with the Omega Seamaster. It's a smaller faced watch but fits well on my wrist. The best part, was they actually offer no interest for 1 year. I know when you're willing to spend this kind of money you should actually be able to afford it and not go into debt for it. But I will always take advantage of these free interest programs, because even if you have the money, you can keep your money more liquid to invest in other things. I came to this store to get the battery in my Omega replaced. They mentioned it may take a few days which was no big deal. Only thing was I'd be flying back to my home state over the weekend so if they weren't able to replace it by then, I wouldn't mind just coming back to pick it up. Luckily enough, they called me the next day and said it was done! Everyone was so nice in the store. They even cleaned and polished it up for me. read more

My wife and I stopped in this past Sunday and purchased an Omega Speedmaster Calibre 3861, Sapphire Sandwich. We were a bit apprehensive going in as we were dressed very casually, but we were treated to a very welcoming atmosphere. Gareth assisted us and made it a wonderful experience. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, kind, honest and helpful. If you're looking for an Omega I can't recommend this location, and Gareth in particular, highly enough. This is a man who has dedicated his life to his craft. He is a watch technician, salesman, and collector with almost a decade of experience at this store alone. I hope they'll make him a manager soon, he certainly deserves it. Suffice to say, the welcoming atmosphere and high caliber staff won us over. We will certainly be back, I look forward to purchasing many more Omega's with Gareth's expert input. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Jignes Jain who provided superb customer service during a couple of visits to the OMEGA boutique. I was pleasantly surprised at the welcoming atmosphere and how well customers were treated. I appreciate Jignes for being very passionate & knowledgeable of the OMEGA collection. He was able to answer all of my questions and after a couple of days to consider my options, I returned to the boutique for two reasons: 1.) I identified my grail watch and 2.) I was won over by the high level of professionalism & attention to detail Jignes demonstrated. Searched high and low for my Seamaster in 2015 and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Omega delivers outstanding service at this location. It's locked for protection and you must be buzzed in for entry. Once inside you will find a beautiful Omega watch for all tastes and price levels. The staff is friendly and attentive. I own ladies Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Audemars Piguet watches, and absolutely love my Omega models. They are an excellent reliable watch with a modern sophisticated look. There was a good reason James Bond 007 switched from Rolex to Omega in 1995's "Golden Eye" starring Pierce Brosnan. The blue dial Seamaster worn by Brosnan is iconic. read more

Follow-up Review: There was another minor (age related) problem with the band of my husband's vintage (1970's) Omega so I stopped in and got terrifically professional and quick service from Omega staffer Fanglu. She found that two more of the pins that hold the metal band together needed to be replaced. When I went back a little later to pick-up the watch she handed it to me in a beautiful Omega case, which my husband loves and now uses to store the Omega when he switches watches. And once again, no charge! Thank you Fanglu! read more

I had a terrible experience here. I am currently an avid watch collector and have visited many fine omega establishments. This is clearly not one of them! They are extremely disrespectful. I went in to hopefully get an opinion on a Speedmaster 357050 that I had recently bought. The only representative that paid any attention to me told me they could not do anything for me and "if I could step aside for people that actually wanted to buy watches" !!! Note: I was wearing my Omega Speedmaster at the moment and had shown some interest in buying one of their NATO straps! I do not recommend this place at all and honestly wonder how they are an actual OMEGA certified store. read more

Every time I've come here, I've been impressed with the amount of attentiveness and respect these folks provide (even after I tell them that I'm not currently on in the market for a new watch/timepiece/fisty-clock). The store is filled with all kinds of Omega watches, and is a great place to see some of their super-fancy pieces. If you are even the slightest bit interested in watches, give this place a shop.
