I guess I should have asked before hand but figured how much could it be? Had another band with similar ceramic links taken out at another jeweler and was charged $16. This place is a gem in the roosevelt collection. Ive now been twice and both times the work ive requested had been completed quickly, skillfully, and by staff who have been incredibly polite and attentive. My first visit was in February 23. I purchased a watch from a different vendor and needed it sized. Treasures sized it for me while i waited and refused payment for services. In august, i brought in the same watch for a link repair after i dropped it and another watch for sizing. They made both the repair and the sizing while i waited. They also took on a repair of a ring comprised of pearls, not their specialty, and had it fixed within 2 days for a very reasonable price. The staff is always incredibly polite and respectful. I will continue to patronize this business as long as i live within the city. read more

First off, let start with saying I very rarely give 5 stars. My fiance went to Treasures Jewelry to purchase my engagement ring. I went to look at the rings Treasures had in order to give my fiance ideas on size, color, clarity and shape of stone I wanted. Because I wanted to be surprised, I didn't get involved other than saying what shape I didn't want and what the ideal color and clarity level I desired. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and a staff member took the time to show us as many rings as we wanted. They asked great questions to help in narrowing down ideas for my fiance. We decided on a wedding band for my fiancé, it fit the day we bought it but when we can to pick it up his finger had swelled and it no longer was comfortable. Turns out he needed a special 1/8th size, they worked with us bit by bit until it fit perfect. They have shipped us jewelry when we needed it out of town and the pricing is ALWAYS fair. I walked into Treasures on a Saturday afternoon around 11:45. The store was relatively busy, but I noticed the Security guard assured me that someone would be right with me. I brought in my husband's watch, needing repair. A simple battery change and a missing pin that attached the watch strap. Soon after arriving, I was helped by Samir. He had a very pleasant demeanor and was eager to assist. I explained what I needed repaired on the watch, and he assured me that they would take care of me, with just a short wait. I completely understood, and prepared to wait in the front where there were comfy sofas. He promptly brought me water and let me know that the wait would likely be shorter than expected. Within just a few moments, he brought me the watch. Battery replaced, all in working order. The pin was also replaced in completely in tact! Within 25 minutes I was in and out. I really appreciate Treasures Jewelry and their prompt service and delightful customer service. Samir was wonderful to work with. I am beyond thrilled at the work the team at Treasures did for me on the engagement ring I got for my fiancé!! I live in Atlanta, GA and worked directly with Shams to design a beautiful custom piece. He educated me on the various Diamond traits and suggested the key areas I should focus on to get the best looking diamond for my money. He was also able to overnight me the diamond so that I could see it in person before I committed to anything. A key service, of many, that truly differentiates the team at Treasures. Once we settled on a design, we met in a virtual workplace to review the CAD's to make sure we liked the ring before it went into production. Knowing that we were in good hands, that would re-make the ring should we not like it, was paramount to getting us comfortable taking this route vs. one of those jewelry makers at the likes of Jared or Shane's, etc. (believe me, we tried them first and were disappointed with their lack of knowledge and willingness to help us build the custom design we had in mind). Shams was also able to help me put a unique twist on the design I had in mind and it could not have come out any better (personalized gem stones inside the band). I visited a bunch of stores (including the jewelry district in NYC) and really didn't feel comfortable. It's such a big purchase. The staff at Treasures took the time to educate me on the different characteristics of diamonds, and the pros / cons of each characteristic. Their pricing was very fair and transparent. My first visit here was fine (I had a silver piece dipped in gold). On my second visit, I bought a thin gold necklace that broke two days later. When I went back to the store to exchange it for a stronger, thicker chain the associate wanted me to pay $20 because I did not have the clasp. I wanted to get another chain and just pay the difference. I don't find this policy responsible and I don't like how he responded. I'd rather get that one repaired somewhere else or buy another one somewhere else. That interaction rubbed me the wrong way. read more
