I am new to the brand, so I don't know much about Omega, but Jerry gladly explained the various collection with me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He offered me various drink options (still/ sparkling water, or coffee/ expresso). He made the whole experience amazing. He treated me with respect and attention and as a younger individual I don't always get that. Sadly I have had bad service from this store repeatedly. Today was the kicker when I went to pick up a watch that broke after they refurbished it and then told me 4 months, then 6 months, then 8 months and finally 9 months later it's ready. So I arrive at 10:15am just after their published opening hour and it's locked and some kid comes to the door without opening it and says they don't open till 11. I tell him I just need to pick up a watch I e been waiting and he just keeps saying sorry we open at 11. No charges required just hand me the watch and he asks me to wait 45 minutes. This staff has an attitude of not wanting to do anything related to exemplary service if they feel inconvenienced. Someone should tell them when you sell watches at this price point, the expectations a a tad different. Sticking with my IWC. read more

Making a decision to purchase a luxury watch is major, but here you'll feel like you deserve all of the luxury! I loved being seated at the little bar and given a menu - of course, I chose champagne! The staff are very friendly, but not pretentious as you sometimes see at luxury jewelers. I felt they wanted me to be satisfied and showing options was to please me, not push a product. Service was very slow, as I was picking up a piece, and it ended up 2 employees helped me. Not sure what was going on, but the transition (although delayed) was seamless. Disorganized service and disrespectful treatment I arrived at the Omega Boutique at Tysons Corner and saw that the front of the store was cordoned off with a 15-minute wait. I waited patiently outside. When I was let in, I waited an additional 10 minutes inside the store. A sales associate eventually greeted me. I explained what I was interested in, and he said the watches were in the back. While we were speaking, he noticed another customer, seated her, retrieved her watch, and then asked me to move from where I was sitting so he could assist her instead. I was told his manager would be coming with the watches I had expressed interest in. I waited another 10 minutes. At that point, I left. I was treated as an afterthought, asked to give up my seat mid-interaction, and ultimately received no service after a prolonged wait. Across from this Omega location is Liljenquist & Beckstead. The Omega store is always a pleasure to visit. Of the luxury Swiss watch brands, I find Omega to be the highest quality and especially best value (having several Breitling and Rolex watches). You can usually find what you're looking for (maybe with a slight wait of a few weeks for popular items or certain times of year) and the staff is very cordial and professional. Their watches are absolutely stunning and feel exceptionally high quality even in comparison to other top Swiss brands. On a business trip to the area. My Omega watch bracelet needed attention. I knew of the store from years ago and great service. They did not disappoint! After 23 years of brutal use, the bracelet needed help. The store manager was completely focused on customer service. They offered coffee or water while I waited for the team to research. Turned out my watch needed a part which was not is stock. Upon discovering the part was not in stock they did not stop. The manager offered to contact my hometown Omega shop, and coordinate introductions along with them ordering the part. Unfortunately I've had to visit this location for watch servicing over the past couple of years. Once you are being helped by an employee, everything goes well - service is helpful and professional. The problem is, you can easily wait an hour for someone to help him, even with a quick request. The store is understandibly full of people window shopping or slowly debating making a big purchase. Most of the stores in the Galleria are roped off to limit capacity due to C-19. After being let in by the security guard. Your greeted and everything. Everyone is dressed in full business attire. Very friendly employees. Highly professional & social. The store was nice and warm. Also very good ventilation. Th staff were wearing masks and there was sanitizer available which is a plus. The stock is fully stocked with watches inside the cases. Trying them on was very easy. The staff never seem bothered or anything. Always calm. They clean every watch you try on which was another plus. Service: I had to take my 90's Omega in for service once and it was truly amazing. Very friendly customer service. Highly professional. It did take a few weeks but it had to be sent to Switzerland because it's a rare James Bond model. Came back a few weeks later. Everything worked perfectly and it was polished so it looked brand new despite being almost 30 years old so that was a major plus. The general crowd in the store is middle to high class. It took more than two months to fix a watch, but that's not why I'm writing. When I got to the store to pick it up, it took them more than 25 minutes to find the watch and give it to me. The entire staff (Herbes, Kenny, Jerry & Andrew), couldn't have been more rude - just hanging around the back like I wasn't waiting. No one else in the store. You can pick up a car faster. read more

They may come as a set when you buy a watch. It was one of the questions I had. One of the associates was helping a guest. I don't remember her name, but she has helped me before. Another dude came out of the store, but he was on his phone and didn't seem to be in the mood to help anyone. The lady in suit who seems to be the gate guard only, was unpleasant to be around. I received a watch from the NYC store around 3 weeks ago, and naturally, couldn't find the receipt. I had the original box and certificate of authenticity, and brought my watch to the Tysons store in hope of getting some repairs done, as less than 3 weeks after I received it as a gift, it couldn't keep the time. I would set the time, and within seconds, the hands would stop ticking. I figured it just had a bad battery or something fairy simple, since the watch was so new. Apparently, without a receipt, the store staff is useless. Further more, I was told my Omega watch was not authentic, despite it being a gift from my dad, who confirmed he bought it from the licensed store in NYC. Never in my life have I had any company directly accuse me of being a liar / in possession of a fake item, so I was completely stunned by the attitude of this store. I will not be returning, and sadly, I have to take my Omega watch to a regular watch repair shop for something that is covered by Omegas warranty. Extremely disappointing. read more

Customer service is so bad, new watch stopped and won't exchange or refund, only option sent to service center and no guarantee when will be fixed because of supply chain issue with batteries or parts. I have bought two timepieces from Omega boutique Tyson galleria. I have noticed in both occasions, they were extremely courteous and helped me. I have visited this boutique recently and I am very impressed. It's an average sized boutique (maybe even on the smaller side), but feels very spacious and luxurious. Most of the watches are available to buy (if you see one that you like in the showcase, high chance you can walk out with it). I recommend dealing with Andrew Cho. I am an Omega collector. I recently went to the Omega Boutique in the Galleria Mall in Tysons Corner Virginia nearest me to talk about Omega watches and add one to my collection. In the past I walked in and browsed until a sales rep would come over and talk to me. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience during a weekday morning recently that turned me off to this store completely. The security guard, who was courteous, denied me entry into the empty store! The Omega brand is disappointing. The exchange policy is misleading to customers. There is no mention of a NO RETURN POLICY which is not fair. I bought an omega watch from their Tyson's Virginia boutique. The way the exchange policy is worded is DECEIVING. Also, if you check Omega's website for return policy it explicitly says able to accept returns in unworn condition within 14 days of purchase. Why would the boutique policy be different if it is under one brand (corporate ownership). I am going to report this OMEGA BOUTIQUE policy to the better business bureau. There are so many more brands out there providing much better customer service without having to shove their watches in people. I spoke with Kenny and Alexandra with NO RESOLUTION. Alex even threatened to call security on me if I went to the store for a refund. WOW ! What great customer service they have. I did not expect this from a brand like Omega. Mr. Jay Yang was excellent from the time we brought my husband's watch for service until the repair was done. He gave us an update every 2-3 weeks to keep us posted on the situation of the watch since it was sent to Switzerland for repair. Alex, the boutique manger, was also great.
