Didn't have the disinfectant and window spray at my bay but borrowed the bottles next to my bay. Plenty of clean towels at the bottom of the collection box but they are damp, thankfully they don't smell of mildew. Staff is good about picking up the used microfiber towels and refilling the bottles. Minimal scent on both. You vacuum you own floor mats at the vacuum area. I wish they had a mat cleaning machine like other car washes. You just feed it through a machine at the top and it rolls out the bottom. I want to go on Wednesday and get a buy one and get one free on the Extreme wash. That looks like a good deal. W San Carlos is a busy street, takes a while to enter and leave. Less than a mile from Hwys 87 and 280. I would use the car wash again.

I asked Yelp for a quote for seat shampooing/ detailing services and Brian was among the first to respond with a very reasonable quote. The appointment was easy to make (they fit me in right away), and the service itself was fast - there's a Starbucks down the road to wait at.
