My choices were meat loaf on one, turkey wings on the other... collards, and Mac n Cheese on both... I could hardly wait to get home, even though plenty of room with a lakeview/trees to eat in or patio. I snacked on all of it while de-boning the wings and packing away in plastic to eat throughout the week. All I could say is "man that's good!" I was skeptical because not all soul food is good (has soul). But this was de-li-cious! Well-seasoned greens, extra cheesy mac n cheese, meatloaf (made with lean meat) topping cross between catchup and bbq, nice big portions. I made a pan of cornbread and steamed some cabbage to mix with the greens and I can stretch this out a week! My doctor says the clam chowder soup is good too... But I'll be making my doctor appts on Thursdays from now on so I can catch Yae's on Soul food day.
