The Omni interlocken resort is a great place to stay. The rooms are simple but sufficient and the amenities are plentiful. Anything you try on the menu is good, drinks are good and they don't have a bad wine selection. I really enjoyed their pool and strolling around the property. read more

Just got back from dinner trying to wind down from a long day only to find a roach crawling across the foot of my bed. Jumped up, and moved towards the door to see another roach crawling across the ceiling. They gave me a new room, but I'll likely get little to no sleep after the first experience. Four stars easily... actually the hotel itself was the best that we stayed at during our vacation. First place out of five hotels, that is. I scored a night at a super low rate by playing the roulette game on Hotwire. Actually, they had a deal that named this as the resulting hotel, for a few dollars more. After searching the hotel's website for info, I noticed that they mention that they'll match the rates if you find it cheaper from a third party site. I kept this in mind when we decided to stay our second night. The experience with the front counter staff person was a disaster. First, I called down to the front desk from the room, to add on the second night. I was told I'd have to come down and rebook in person and they recommended that I come down soon because they were almost booked to full capacity. And so, here I was at 9am, in the lobby booking the second night. No, he didn't match the rate, even after he asked me to show him the flat rate deal on Hotwire. This particular employee was the same one who initially checked us in the day before. He was less than top notch that day too (I'm trying to be nice here). It's located about half between Boulder and Denver, so the location was perfect for us for the last couple of days of our vacation. We had hiked, drove and spent the first days cramming in everything we wanted to see in Colorado, so we were looking for a place to chill. Also it was too cold to enjoy the pool area, it overlooked our balcony and was nice to admire from afar. The hotel's pub restaurant had excellent food and a couple of free pool tables, so we were able to just sit back and relax. There were a lot of common areas and a coffee shop. We bought tea and coffee and sat at an area with couches and a fireplace. That was short lived though. Before we were even finished with half of our beverages, a hotel employee politely asked us to leave. The area was reserved and they needed time for preparation and such. I didn't think that was the best way to handle that, especially since it was just the two of us and not only were we paying, hotel guests, but we had our hot and unfinished beverages in hand. The room, although was slightly dated, was clean and comfortable. The amenities were sufficient. I liked that the water was free. I would stay here again and consider my first Omni brand stay a great experience. I will definitely consider Omni Hotels in the future. read more

My Experience at Meritage Restaurant was also impeccable! The food was great and the Staff went above and beyond! Kyle was very helpful and always made sure I was well fed! One of the Cooks Rosa was very nice and made sure that I was fed too! Her Green Chile is very tasty!! I felt at home every-time I ate at this restaurant! This is the best spa I have ever been to. I took my boyfriend for his first massage here (which he adored). It's a little outside the downtown Denver area, but it is WORTH the trip. It offered the perfect relaxing vibe from the moment we stepped in. I got a massage and a facial which was amazing. My skin has never looked that good before or since. (I wish I could remember the name of the facialist.) We couldn't get our lazy asses motivated early enough to take advantage of the jacuzzi, pool, etc. before our treatments, but they looked seriously good. GO. I'm in the Denver area this week for work and booked the Omni via Priceline. I have some friends who live up in this area, and thought it would be nice to be close. It's a little crazy to get to the actual hotel from Denver. Luckily it seemed to me that 36 going west we pretty clear - at least compared to 36 going towards Denver which looked like a parking lot. The Interlocken campus is enormous, and has a ton of buildings. It was late at night and snowing on my way in, but the signs for all the turns were lit and in large enough type to see while driving. I wasn't expecting the complementary valet when I pulled up - she asked my name, grabbed my bags, walked me inside,and handed me room keys. I just had to give her a CC to swipe, and I was done with check-in in less than a minute. I settled in and rolled down to the pub for a drink. They had 14 micro-brews on tap, so I got a flight of 3 different ambers, and then had a selection of 3 different gourmet "slider" mini-burgers. The beers where good (Sundance Amber was my favorite) and the sliders hit the spot just right. I had the California (wasabi mayo with fried bean sprouts), the Louisiana Po Boy (Cajun shrimp, tomato, and cole slaw), and my favorite, the Kansas City (pulled pork, barbecue, cheddar, and slaw - bless the man/woman who invented this!) I will agree with the previous review that the staff here is incredibly nice and efficient. Everything I have asked for has been taken care of quickly, including bringing my car around this morning. When it's -7 out, its darn nice to have a heated car waiting for you! Architecturally, the Omni is very nice. Very stylish without being overly modern - it feels warm with lots of earth tones. The room is nice, the bed and sheets very comfy. My only cons are things like the $2.75 candy bars and $6 bottles of water, which is completely ludicrous. Sorry, but I know how much a Snickers should cost. Also, why is it that expensive hotels charge for Internet access, and cheap hotels give it to you for free? Those small complaints aside, I will definitely be returning to the Omni when I come back to Denver - hopefully in the summer so I can play some golf! Jamie read more

This is a really nice hotel with professional staff. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Strong service standards (e.g. quick dry cleaning turnaround). But honestly, the WiFi, hotel wide, is a joke. I paid for the fastest signal they offer, and although I was able to connect and get a decent signal in the room, I got nothing out of the hotel and meeting signals. This was frustrating because Verizon's signal was slow and weak in this town. Coming from out of state, I found the WiFi signal strength showed this hotel to be amateurish, particularly in light of their 'business friendly' marketing efforts. read more

Conference food is usually rubber chicken but they had great food for all meals and were very creative with the snacks. -The service was great. This place is cool. There are many reasons so, here we go! Scott and I got married a few weeks back and a friend won a night here in a raffle and thought it would make a swell wedding gift. She was absolutely right! Thanks Renee! We went the night after the wedding. It was a Sunday, it was hot and sunny and we were ready to relax. We arrived a bit before check-in time but the lady on the phone earlier had said we could stroll around the grounds and go swimming if we wanted to and the room would be ready asap! Okay! Here we come! The guy at the front desk was EXTREMELY nice AND accommodating. He could tell that we were tired, wanting desperately to relax and have privacy. He sent us to the pool area, told me I could get a cocktail there while we waited, and I needed to hear no more! The pool area is very big, very nice and also VERY crowded. The place was hopping and everyone seemed to be having an excellent time! Not exactly a private or peaceful setting but who would expect that on a weekend in summer? I was happy. I was about to get happier. Enter, the "Shark Bite" ... ILOVETHISDRINK!!! Oh it had all sorts of rum and vodka and gin and blue stuff and a GUMMY SHARK on the bottom, which soaks up all booze and gets all squishy! They were so fun and I had about 4! Over the course of the entire evening mind you! They were snazzy and I enjoyed! We got to our room and it was spacious and very clean and the view was splendid and we were so grateful to flop down and just CHILL OUT... Oh it was heaven. Then we decided we were famished! We spotted the room service menu, it was NOT ridiculous as far as cost so we ordered some grub. It was very tasty. We had amazing soup, iceberg wedge salad and sliders. All exceptionally good. We just sat there eating and resting and sharing and chatting. It was heaven. When dinner rolled around, we rolled on down to The Tap room and had a great dinner! Steak and a Reuben, It was again, delicious and fairly priced. Sat outside and really had a great meal. The server that night, who's name escapes me now, inquired about our stay and Scott said we were on our honeymoon. She asked if we had been married there, at the hotel, we explained no, we hadn't. Then she asked for our room number and off she went. When Scott and I got back to the room the bed had been turned down, there was champagne, and the most beautiful assortment of chocolate covered berries I had ever seen. It was a perfect way to cap off a wonderful day with my new husband. We will return for our anniversary each and end every year, and THIS will be many MANY years! read more

On my many trips to Denver/Boulder, I usually stayed in Downtown Denver to be close to the action and end up with a long(er) drive to Boulder to stretch out and relax a bit. This time was a bit different. I knew most of the downtown hotels were booked because of Oktoberfest and Beerfest at the convention center. Since I knew I needed to get some work done, I wanted to take advantage of somewhere in between and chose the Omni in Broomfield. Comparing this to the Hyatt Regency (also another 5 star review), the experience was very similar except the Omni offered more in the way of amenities. The staff at the Omni treat you almost better than royalty. They address you by your surname and always available for help and suggestions. I would recommend going to their site and looking at the list of things they offer at the resort. One huge tip: Sign up for their rewards program! It's free and when you sign up, you also get free wi-fi when you're there! The program also offers 2 free pressed shirts during your stay and other perks. I stayed for 6 days/ 5 nights. On the third night, I strained my lower back muscles from a photoshoot I did that evening in downtown. I had ordered room service which was prompt, friendly and professional. The attendant asked if I was OK and I said I strained my lower back and asked if she could send up some motrin/advil. She showed up in less than 5 minutes with a bottle from the downstairs shop. She told me since the front desk didn't have any that they would take care of the charge from the downstairs shop. A $6-$8 bottle could've been marked up to $15 and tacked on my bill. Instead, she just handed it to me. I ordered room service again the next day and it was a different attendant and she too, asked me how my back was doing. Another tip: Don't order a salad with the house vinegarette. Breakfast foods are amazing but as far as lunch and/or dinner, go out and explore the area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants so take advantage of the hotel Shuttle, it is complimentary! Don't forget to try the desserts! These are bound to satisfy your sweettooth. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were all great. The one cool thing about this place is that you park your own vehicle in the parking lot. It is well lit and plenty of parking. No space is too far. I had a fantastic time here. I came here with no expectations as I have been let down numerous times. This place rates the best I have been in Colorado thus far! The energetic staff has much to say about the area and suggestions in and around town. I will remember this trip very well. When I left, they thanked me for my business and genuinely said "have a great day and have a safe flight home." I will be back here next time I visit, definitely. read more

My husband I stayed here in on our wedding night a couple weeks ago. Our room was over $200/night and we were shocked at how outdated and dilapidated our room was. The craftsmanship in the crown molding was really bad, the fridge didn't work, the decor was really old, the bathroom was small and the knobs for the sink turned the wrong way so it was comical trying to turn the tap off if you were using both of the unlabeled hot and cold knobs and the pattern on the wallpaper had been scrubbed off in big spots all over in the bathroom. When we were in our room for about a 1/2 hour, someone from room service came to the door and brought us a complimentary cheese/meat/nut plate wrapped in Saran Wrap. We joked that maybe they had extras that were about to go bad and that is why we were getting it free as it did not come with our honeymoon package. We started to eat and the crackers were soft but it was free so we didn't care much. However when I found mold on the Brie, some of the salami was a grayish color and smelled bad and the strawberries had bad spots, we had to call to let them know. We told them we didn't need another one but just wanted them to know, however they did bring us a new one anyway, which was nice. We also went to the taproom for dinner and a drink and had issues with our order. Although those were fixed as well. Also, the bathrooms near there were very out of date and rundown. I will say that their customer service was very good and when we brought issues to their attention, they did try to fix it. We had champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries that were very good. It was also very clean and the robes were comfortable but we really did expect more for this price. We've stayed at cheaper hotels that were nicer than this. They really need to update this hotel if they are going to charge what they do! read more

Decent enough hotel. But seriously... no internet connection available. The wifi is beyond garbage, and even hard wiring is a challenge. Over the course of the last 6 days, I have yet to be able to stream 1 single youtube video. It is basically dial up while staying here. I called the front desk, who put me through to the help desk... it's not happening. I've tried my iPhone, my iPad, wirelessly, and my HP Windows 7 latop hard wired. This hotel just clearly does not have the bandwidth to support its guests. If you or your company is given a big discount, come. Otherwise, there are a good handful of hotels nearby that will treat you much, much better. I will say though, that the shuttle people, and the bar staff are 5 stars. read more

Stayed here for our first "Animoon" this past weekend. Despite the flooding here in Colorado we made it in through a back road later on Friday night and settled into the hotel easily. We checked in easily through email and had our room keys waiting for us. The bed is comfortable, the dark wood decor and amazing views were stunning. Having stayed in many hotels over the Front Range, we have become spoiled however this hotel had many amenities we require. Great bar/restaurants on site, located next to many restaurants and a quick drive to Boulder (if it hadn't flooded), it is in a prime location to Flat Iron Crossings mall and many activities in the Broomfield area. It is off the beaten path for tourists so for locals, it's a great place to take a staycation. read more

Visited for a wedding a few weekends back. Overall, nice resort but not sure if it truly qualifies as a four star hotel. Yes, the resort is expansive with the right amenities (pool, gym, spa, golf course, restaurants) but the quality is lacking. Service was slow. The first day, we ate at the hotel restaurant as well as pool-side. Both times, waited forever for initial service, drinks, and then food. The quality of the food was mediocre to fair at best. The next day, we left the omni to eat elsewhere. The pool is beautiful but we couldn't enjoy it as there were no available pool-side lounges or chairs as the area was over-crowded. Both days there were no towels due to insufficient supply. By the time I got a towel (the pool attendant just told me to keep checking back for a freshly cleaned batch) and made it to a cement spot near the pool (no chairs), I didn't go in because the water was murky- I could barely see the bottom. I have been to more hygienic public pools. For the discounted rate we paid, the place was adequate but at full price, I would have been utterly disappointed. I will not return. read more

I booked a weekend for my boyfriend and I to celebrate his birthday. I bought the "Links or Leisure" package -- which was inclusive of golf and massage for both of us. We stayed two nights. The hotel is beautiful and our rooms were very clean. We had an awesome time enjoying unlimited golf. But I did have a number of hang-ups with the place overall. 1. I paid extra for an upgraded room with a balcony, expecting to get a great view of the mountains -- but our view was right over the highway and rail road tracks. 2. The spa advertises "unlimited use of spa facilities." What they don't tell you is that EVERYONE has unlimited use of these. The pool and hot tub were crowded with about a zillion kids, cannon-balling into the pool every 5 seconds. Also, the hallway to the pool goes right through the middle of the spa. So when we were getting our massages, we could hear screaming children running around. 3. The place charges $50 incidental fees per day that they do not disclose to you when you check in. I am still waiting for the extra $100 to disappear from my credit card. Did we have a fun weekend? Yes. Did the hotel meet all my expectations -- ESPECIALLY in regard to service? No way. Go to the St. Julien in Boulder -- their spa is a real spa, free from kiddo-pandamonium and they treat you like royalty. read more

I spent a workweek at the Omni Hotel in Broomfield, CO. My wife attended a conference while I worked remotely so I had a lot of time in our room to mull over things. I also had our dog along for the trip so I also had ample opportunity to appreciate the grounds. This area of Colorado feels like someone decided to build a second Bethesda in the desert. Pedestrian footpaths connect one yuppie chain restaurant to another, but in all the time I was there I didn't see another person walking. The hotel lobby seemed overbooked with conferences when we were there, but the staff was very professional and accommodating. We didn't have service while we stayed there, but the room was very clean when we arrived. The room was very basic with no refrigerator or microwave and a fairly small television. I don't think any rooms at this resort gave much of a view, but ours peered into a roughly patched roof. If you craned your neck you could just make out an office building. I was shocked at how little hospitality went with our hotel room. There was no continental breakfast (or even coffee). No one asked if we wanted additional towels, even though we didn't receive service. The bathroom was dinky and had one bar of soap for the tub and sink. The dry bar was locked up - preventing us from using the only refrigerator available - WiFi was limited to two megs a day unless you signed up to their loyalty program (and then it bliped off intermittently), and they even charged for water! We stayed at a wide variety of hotels on this trip because we drove from New Hampshire to Colorado and back and Omni was by far my least favorite one. For comparison, we stayed in at the Drury Plaza Hotel in St. Louis and the contrast was striking. The Drury Plaza provided an outstanding breakfast and early evening cocktails with our room. You can't even get a complimentary cup of java at the Omni Hotel. Can you guess which chain we'll be using again in the future? read more

I have stayed at the Omni on multiple occasions and have planned a company holiday event here, and the level of customer service here takes the cake. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, professional, accommodating, and they always aim to please. The hotel and grounds are kept in excellent shape, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have had great experiences dining at Meritage for breakfast, and with the catered food at our company party. Everything was delicious, and they are more than helpful when it comes to accommodating various I food allergies. My only wish is that their pool was indoors so it could be used in the winter. Other than that, I have yet to have a negative experience at this Omni. The staff is always cheerful and helpful - I will always appreciate great customer service, and the Omni has it in spades! read more

Just fine. Good loyalty program provided me a free morning beverage and additional items were fairly reasonable by hotel standards for the program members. Pretty standard room and bathroom, just fine. I did not use the golf course. They also have two pools and a hot tub and food and beverage service there. Pools were open 24 hours, which is somewhat unusual, but appreciated. Also, two fire pits out by the pools, very nice in the evening, when it can get a little chilly. Decent fitness center as well. Water and fruit free in the lobby was a nice touch. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants (plus there is a free shuttle at certain hours). Plenty of free parking as well. Really disappointed in what was supposed to be an awesome hotel. Everything looked great in the lobby. Staff was professional even at a late hour. But when I got to my room the bathroom was a mess. The toilet was not flushed and there were towels in the sink that were used along with some opened items. After that, I couldn't get comfortable in the room. read more

I work at a restaurant at the Flatirons Mall nearby. I had a guest come in today, a single older gentlemen who sat in the bar and had lunch. A few moments after he left, he came and asked if I could help him out. Apparently the shuttle that takes guests from the hotel to the mall and back- how he had gotten to my restaurant in the first place- was cancelled and there was nothing the hotel could do. When I called the front desk, they said their evening driver called in and they didn't have a backup. I call the shuttle multiple times a week for guests, and have never had a problem. But today I was told that they suggested this poor guy take an uber- which he's never used. Ended up calling him a cab, which also took 20 minutes. I just feel awful seeing this guy who just wants to get back to his hotel. People pay a lot of good money to stay at this place, and you think they would at least have a backup car or something they could do to help. The least they could do is have some sympathy for this poor guy. I've worked in the service industry for many years, and let me tell you- I'm disappointed you guys :/ read more

This is a very nice hotel -- probably the nicest in the area -- but I want to give fair warning to others about a few things. This hotel is truly fabulous in its decor, the pool area superb, and we will stay here again. In fact, this is our second stay. The rooms are huge and the staff is very welcoming. The hotel could be full to capacity and it would not feel overwhelming. However, the restaurants are just "meh". The food is okay, but not great, and the drinks are off, too. For example, I ordered 2 ginger ales and a Sprite during our stay, and all of them were flat and tasted weird. The lemonade was gross and clearly overly-diluted Crystal Light. At 9:30am, the restaurant removed many of the breakfast foods from the mediocre breakfast buffet and replaced them with lunch items. Another morning, we ordered from the menu. The breakfasts were extremely hit or miss and I was grossed out by the "smoked" salmon. Our nachos from the bar were oddly soggy, though they didn't taste bad. The only thing that was a 100% hit from the restaurants was the fresh fruit. Another weird thing are the room bathrooms. The rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. Great rooms! The bathrooms are small, old, and the sinks are strange. The sinks are set too far back on the counter, the faucet is so close to the rim that I bashed my fingers on the sink a few times, and the faucet controls are backwards. The first time we stayed here, we thought it was just our room. This time, we are on a different floor and our bathroom is exactly the same. So weird. This is a nicely appointed and luxurious hotel overall. We will stay here when we visit the area again. read more

Booked this hotel b/c of pictures on Omni website and b/c of a good price (via hotwire). It is a nice resort but it IS located in the middle of a business park. "Mountain view" = view of the shopping mall with the mountains behind it. During our stay we played golf and sat by the pool. We were also evacuated via fire alarm at midnight due to a mechanical error.....UGH. They did give us free water and coffee in the morning....was still a burn at 5:30 am when we had to leave for the airport. Golf was expensive but it included some cool carts with GPS and course was decent. We had fun. Pool was really nice. Except they did not allow us to bring our own drinks to the pool (we put them in plastic cups!). We bought some special beers in Ft. Collins CO the day before and were looking forward to drinking them. I just thought a nice resort wouldn't be so silly...we ordered lunch and mixed drinks from the pool bar too....not like we weren't spending... They have a waterfall at the pool area in order to drown out the noise of the highway. They also have fire rings to sit around at night if you'd like. Rooms were spacious and clean. read more

My company chose the Omni for our Christmas party. It's a nice hotel. I remember it being more opulent when I stayed there 10 years ago, but it is still nice. There is ample room for 700 people to have a party. The food was delicious (I think it was anyway, as I had to take care of an "incident" that left me with a cold plate of food). The room is nice. The linens could be softer, and the bed a bit more comfortable. But overall, this is a very nice hotel. read more

Fantastic hotel. I first came here for work in the winter and the ambiance was really quite magical. My return was no less impressive except this time it was spring. As is usual upon staying here eating at their restaurant is pretty nice and definitely convenient however, their sports bar is really the enjoyable place to visit for me. It's clear that the guests think so too and what is great is their service. They check on you often and are quick with service overall. 2 pool tables and lots of TVs and you can really enjoy a nice night cap here. I am partial to this hotel when in CO and will only be back to visit for then next 6-8 months off and on. I'll miss the Omni once the holiday season comes because I sadly won't be back to CO after that. I encourage travelers to stay at Omni because their rooms are too quite nice. Beds comfortable and they actually give you blankets and a comforter unlike some hotels that give you a coverlet to freeze under. Omni is much nicer than that. read more

One of the better hotels in the area. The room itself is as nice as any other high end room in the Denver Area. The bathroom is small, though. The bed is clean and comfortable. The windows actually open! (I didn't think that happened anymore). The hotel staff were very helpful and very nice. They made you feel like you were wanted, not just another customer. The pools and hot tub were heated and open 24 hours throughout the winter--that's something else that you don't see much. They also had a couple of fire pits for people to sit around. Visited Denver and surrounding area for the 1st time with 1 week stay in a hotel located in the Northern suburb, outside of Denver ~1/2 hour drive away. The hotel is nice and clean. The service was good. The brunch in the Meritage was good but they need to look at the food under the food lamps as the food got dry. The eggs weren't eggs but an egg substitute when asked if the eggs were real. Need to do something about the amount of food as there were some food leftover when brunch ended so disliked the idea that the food was disposed of (threw out in trash!). The rooms... mixed review. The king sized bed was Soft, a bit TOO soft and the down pillows should All be tossed away. Replaced pillows with standard fill types but they were Too soft as well. Used 2-3 pillows for head support (as a side sleeper). Room's thermostat seemed simple but not for some people. Couldn't figure out if turning up the heat worked.. it did NOT for 2 nights as temps fell back to original 67F. Finally had a technician come up to explain how to 'set' the thermostat. Still... the room felt chilly in the early morning hours ~3-6am. Denver has DRY weather which would explain why I had a Difficult time sleeping as I kept on waking up periodically with a mouth/throat and had to drink lots of water which didn't help obviously when you go to the bathroom later which disrupts your sleep! Had to switch rooms as the heat in the first room didn't work right but the Dryness remained! EVERY room NEEDS to have a HUMIDIFIER installed and have a down comforter in the closet considering how Chilly the late Sept nights became! One should Not want to bring a small portable humidifier when visiting CO! The Broomfield hotel is located in a decent place, close to the highway and basically down the street from the shopping mall area with some decent eating places like a diner, Japanese restaurant, chik fila and a Jason's deli. Further down the road ~3-5 miles are some other eating places like an Asian market and a Chinese restaurant that serves some Dim Sum, a donut place, Vietnamese place, etc... Thank goodness some gas stations are located nearby the hotel. Just fill up and return the vehicle to the airport. Overall, the experience was good especially with the good service. read more

Very nice (and more importantly CLEAN) hotel with great accommodations. Centrally located to shopping and dining. There are 2 pools and a hot tub, which are open 24 hours so you don't need to adjust your schedule to accommodate some pool time - huge bonus with kids who want to be in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. I don't golf so I didn't take advantage of the course. read more

Fantastic staff. You totally feel taken care of. They are great with requests. The Tap Room is fun for a sports bar feel. Morsels is great for my Starbucks fix. But my real nod is to Meritage. Three years in a row I have eaten at this top notch restaurant. What an outstanding wait staff. Jeff, Brian, and Dana (the sommelier) were so very helpful. Each meal was exquisitely prepared. I enjoyed introducing some new friends to this restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely appointed. I had free wifi in the room, free coffee delivered to me in the morning, and free pressing of 2 shirts a day. This was part of my gold status perk. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. I have stayed at many for both business and pleasure, but this one is the ABSOLUTE BEST and I really mean this!! The hotel is gorgeous with 2 pools, beautiful Golf Course and great food in or out of your room!! I came here for a conference and could not ask for a nicer and more comfortable place. This place is great! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds are SO comfortable. There is a bit of construction going on, but I didn't even notice it from my room or the cafe/restaurant--so don't let it deter you! The restaurant was my favorite part, especially the brunch buffet with bottomless mimosas. I recommend going there even if you aren't staying at the hotel, hands down the best restaurant in the area, and the best scones in all of Colorado. You will want to take some scones to go. read more

I stopped in today to get a spa and reserve a room for my wife to give her a break from the kids and myself ha ha a day just for her and I was greeted with a lady at the front desk she was very nice but could not help me so she paged another lady named Marsha and she was fantastic!! She reserved my room and walked me down to the spa room to make a appointment and showed my around People like Marsha are what keeps people coming back Great job Marsha! read more

I love the Omni brand. The hotel itself was what would be expected of an Omni. I had a beautiful view, received the most hospitable service I could ever hope for and was very comfortable in my oversized room. The gym was amazing for a hotel gym, again the view while running can't be beat. My gripes: the pillows, only two usable the rest decorative. The usable pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The television was very slow to navigate and the picture blurry. The outlets for plugging in electronics were scarce. My pluses: being an Omni member they deliver a complimentary drink in the morning, I chose coffee and it was perfect. A robe, I LOVE a robe, amazing internet, I was able to demonstrate software flawlessly on the connection, the staff: accommodating, friendly and overall amazing. read more

This is going to be a very mixed review so bare with me. The Good: Pool and Bar Staff are fantastic! We ate dinner at the bar at the Tap Room one night and the guys are great. Everyone is really friendly, accommodating and helpful. Bison Burrito at Tap Room is great - packed with Bison and topped with their homemade chili. The bison seemed to be slow cooked, flavorful, and not overcooked (as it can be tougher / leaner and easy to overcook) Firepits / grounds are pretty Location 20 min from Denver and 20 from Rockies. Best of both worlds! The Bad: The golf course uses the pools for families. This place is really family friendly, which is great, if you have a family. They have outdoor movies Fri and Sat night and activities during the day for kids. This is not great for a couple looking to relax who specifically asked if there were a lot of kids when making the reservation, twice. They failed to tell us that not only are there a ton of kids, they host activities to promote it. Again, great if you have kids, but be honest when someone calls and asks you that specific question because they are not going to enjoy their stay when someone else's kid starts hitting them with a pool noodle. Pool chairs and rooms are a bit dated and starting to show wear and tear. Our room was oddly greesy (like fingerprints on cups, slippery everything) - I don't know what porno was filmed in room 509 but proceed with caution. read more

Terrible poolside service. I got out there at 10:30am & by 12:30 I still had not been waited on so I went to the outside bar to get my own drink. Within 5min of sitting back down the waitress (whom I'd seen walk past me at least 15x's ) came & offered me a complementary Tequila Sunrise Such is life. This resort just does not measure up to other properties by Omni. The decor really needs to be updated as well. read more

My second time staying here and I love it! The front desk is super welcoming and very accommodating. My go to when I come to Colorado. The bar downstairs is fun and the pool is full and it's only April! I can hear all the laughter from everyone enjoying their time from my balcony. The rooms could use a little updating but the employees sure make up for that! read more

Lovely beds and pool area. Food fantastic at the tap room. Julia at the bar is magnificent! Hotel radically understaffed. Each experience from checking in, service at the restaurants and check out was so slow. For a holiday weekend you'd think they'd bring in extra help. Twenty minutes at a half empty restaurant for a table to be cleared. And I run on the patient side of personalities. Oh yea, there's no mid-day room service so time your eating experiences accordingly which is exactly what I want to do on vacation. Definitely will find other accommodations on my next trip. read more
