Omnikey comes highly recommended by the REI group that I attend. Also I recently met a rep at a Houston (Conroe) event and was impressed with her. So far they have been fast and responsive. There are multiple layers to their phone system, pay attention and plan on punching a few numbers before you get a real person if this is your first time calling you don't have a direct extension. I have been renting for 10 years and this is by far the absolute most unprofessional company I've ever rented from. Our main point of contact was WENDY TILLMAN supposed operations manager for OmniKey Realty. Please read this in it's entirety bc this company Has lots of paid fake reviews, this is 100 percent REAL, and no one should ever go through what we have. Our apartment was not cleaned or turned before we moved in, we found metal shards, screws, bolts, and trash in the carpets. The floors where unswept, counters dirty, There was pee on every toilet seat, stains in the toilets, the hvac filter hadn't been replaced in years, there was paint left on our front porch and splotches on floor. Our front gate was broken, the fridge water didn't work, the kitchen sink leaks, one shower had no water pressure, the other had a MAJOR leak in our master bathtub, which came pouring out to our downstairs bathroom anytime we used the shower. Our hot water heater had been leaking since day 1 and our whole apartment has had a sewage type smell seeping from almost every part of our vinyl flooring downstairs where the water heater was leaking, this did not stop until it was fixed a few days ago, and it still smells a bit. We were also promised a washer and dryer upon moving in which never ended up being given. We found ROACHES throughout the whole house, probably due to the leaky water heater. My girlfriend and I both have had multiple verified bites from cock roaches since living here, we both have gotten sick and visited the doctor multiple times due to it while trying to work at our new jobs which is also documented. We haven't been able to cook because of the terrible smell as well. We have had to stay home at the maintenance teams convenience so they could try to resolve the issues. The maintenance people never show up on time. Now with all that said Wendy Tillman has been so horrible to deal with. She has ignored over half of the emails I have sent to her, been extremely rude and unprofessional like we are the problem. She then told us recently we could move out in 4 days without penalty but no refunds. I have every email, text message, and photo between her showing the lack of respect and unprofessional manner this company operates and treats tenants aka customers. We were offered $100 for all of our inconvenience, literally it after we emailed them for weeks. We have also have had random people claiming to be property manager trying to get into our house when we have not given consent. We had planned on trying to stay and let maintenance do there thing yet Wendy is unbearable. Also just Today she said we gonna have someone come into our house with out notice and against our will to look around even though we won't be home and it wasn't a good time because it says so in our lease which is only true for emergencies. I filmed them entering my house without permission, there was zero emergency or request. Maintenance had already resolved the emergency issues and she was well aware of that. We have had people in our house constantly and all we ask is 12 hours notice. Yet If this is how the operations manager does things I'm wondering how many people are filing lawsuits against them. Our neighbor in unit B lived here for about a week before she left assuming for similar reasons. Now we have to move again and they are withholding our deposit. They charge you for the yard not being mowed 2 months after you leave. They are the most crooked company. Over half the things they are trying to charge me for are completely made up. I want to give this place negative reviews. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have a whole laundry list of problems with this company and their communication plus their repair service. There is absolutely no way to get them to talk to you at all. They don't answer calls, don't call back because they want you to do all communication through the online portal but they never answer the portal messages. To the point where I did not even receive any announcement that someone was going to come make a repair (that I had submitted a week prior). The guy just showed up at my house. Today I received a notice from them and I will be calling tomorrow. I hope that I get a response because this is finally too much for me. I am a current tenant of a property that is through OmniKey. Let me start off by saying that I have tried to talk to multiple people within the company, including the owner about my concerns, and NO ONE is ever available to talk. About 4 weeks ago, the house that I am leasing was hit by lightning and a pipe busted and flooded 80% of the house. With that being said, not only is that a stressful time for everyone, but the staff at OmniKey has made this situation terrible with their lack of satisfactory customer service or attention to the matter. For the past 4 weeks, I've had no flooring or walls in the majority of the house, nail strips all over the house from the removed carpet, and dust/debris from tile/paint/water damage. They refuse to get me a hotel for me and my 3-year-old to stay at during the whole process, they refuse to give me any notice of when repairs will get done or even scheduled. When I call and try to ask questions, I get interrupted and told that the house is very livable. No one has listened to me or my concerns and I keep getting told that they will call me back. Guess what, NO call back as of yet. The lack of attention to the matter is simply unacceptable. I've expressed that my son is turning 4 this weekend and I have family traveling to visit us for his birthday and I still have gotten no response as to if the house will be ready. I've requested to have a manager or owner call me...nothing. The people that work for this company have subpar standards and 0 customer service skills. The contractors that they hire are subpar as well. I think they pick the cheapest option possible and hope they don't get called out on it. Please stay away from this company. I am so relieved to see that I am not the only person that had an excruciating experience with Omnikey Realty. I was feeling like a complainer or in some alternate reality where the customer doesn't matter. (Yelp says I'm the first to review, but click on the link below and you will see very similar customer experiences). During my entire lease, I experienced repeated problems ranging from disrespectful and careless customer service to drastic faulty repairs to the rental. The customer service is just horrendous and they are apparently known for lying. They don't communicate or return phone calls and have their administrative assistants make up reasons why they are unavailable. I would include names, but I'm not that petty! When you are finally able to get them to address an issue, they typically responded by trying to convince you that you're wrong or agreed to something that was not discussed. For instance, when returning my deposit refund, the document stated that I didn't return the garage door remotes. When I called about it, they outright admitted that I did but I owed them for a garage door installation from almost two years ago. That is a whole story in itself given that they showed a property without a garage door opener and never once thought to inform me before I opted to rent the property. I was gracious enough to agree to purchase a garage door opener if they would handle the installation. Instead of following through with the agreement they took it upon themselves to purchase and install their own garage door opener (without discussing changes to the arrangement). I NEVER saw a bill or committed to making any sort of payment. Ironically, they have been unable to produce documentation of this agreement and are avoiding my phone calls (and keeping my hard earned money). This is only one example of the many cons they ran on me throughout my lease. They are simply crooks!!! I'm still enraged at the way they handled ending my lease. I found out inadvertently through a phone call that I made to them. I was told I had less than 30 days to vacate the property, because the owner decided to sell rather than renew the lease. Their callous response was, "Didn't you get the letter we sent you?" At the end of the day, it was suck it up and find a new residence. It was a blessing in disguise to get away from the stress of dealing with these unethical people. I feel so sorry for the homeowners that use their property management services. I'm sure the owner of the home I rented lost money due to their faulty business practices and repairs on the home that only made things worse (e.g., replacing hard wood floors due to water damage caused by their plumbers). Also, like a previous reviewer they made attempts to charge me $50+ for things like the deadbolt being locked during their unannounced walk-throughs. I had to start early setting firm boundaries with them and sticking up for myself, but even now I'm still fighting for my deposit a month after vacating the property. I'm sure the money for the garage is just a cover for something they messed up! There are so many other situations I could detail, but I won't waste another moment of my precious time on a company that is simply not worth it. RENTERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE. Omnikey Realty lied and intentionally misrepresented information about the property and condition.They did not clean the apartment and it wasn't ready to be occupied.My sister has a service dog and they charged her for a pet deposit.The Front and Back thresholds of the exterior doors including the wooden sill have rotted and need to be replaced.There is paint and stain all over the interior floor tiles.The leveling leg for the oven, range, or stove is missing and this is creating a safety issue.The Kitchen cabinets have mold and grease stains.The kitchen counter top tiles have cracks and are coming lose.The dishwasher is broke and has never been repaired or replaced.This property had hail damage and wind damage at one time and there is water stains on the ceiling.They removed the cracked light cover in the kitchen but never replaced with a new one.The shed has wind and hail damage and is rotting and the shingles continue to blow off into the yard. Parts of the siding on the shed fell down into the yard August 16 and we had to pick them up.There is cracked and missing floor tile at the front door threshold and this is a a safety issue. My mother transferred her electric from her previous apartment but because the electric boxes are not marked stating the unit number and the address is so confusing Just Energy turned on the wrong unit. There are two apartments 201 and 203 and mother rented 203. The Address is 201 Blue B..... Ct Weatherford Texas 76088 Unit 203 Omnikey had the owner of the property"s electric company (Reliant Energy) out to switch 201 but instead they switched off my my mothers in 203 and put it in the owners name.Then when they received a bill they charged my mother for the owners Reliant Energy bill and their mistake. They then called her and threatened that if she didn't pay the owner would have to. How confusing and frightned my mother must have been thinking she would be in violation of her lease. The landlord or Omnikey is now retaliating against my mother for exerting her legal rights.They have not credited her money or repaired or replaced any maintenance issue.They play games to be hateful will not return phone calls or they will hang up when confronted with there unethical practices. Monday 8/19/2019 I drove to Weatherford to check on my mom and help with any problems she might be having.Omnikey called I answered and they asked for Norma my sister has dimentia and her name is Nora.They were told only to contact me but they are trying to abuse my elderly mother and my handicapped sister by intemidation. It is so unethical and cruel it very heartbreaking that anyone would stoop to such measures over repairs that would cost so little.They could just repair the problems and get there money from Reliant Energy but instead they take money cause stress to me and my family. One star is even to much for this horrible company!! We have lived in our house for 3 years and have had no problems until the past year when these people took over. Unannounced "walk throughs" and horrible office staff are just a couple of the problems we have encountered. They add on charges if they think your bushes aren't trimmed the right way or if your yard is barely in need of mowing. I understand keeping up with yard work but when it rains for a week straight it makes it hard to get out and mow. RENTER BEWARE! Leased a townhome with a move in slated for the middle of December 2020. Upon move in, the unit had not been cleaned. My daughter and son spent two days cleaning walls, floors and steam cleaning carpet since the previous tenants had a pet or pets. That was the first read flag. Shortly after move in they came to do their quarterly inspection even though we had only been in the unit for a few weeks. We informed the person completing the inspection that there was a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom that was damaging the downstairs kitchen wall. Fast forward to the middle of April and the leak shorted out the above range microwave and did more damage to the wall. I reported the matter via the resident portal. It is now the middle of June and after a dozen trips from vendors and their internal Repair/maintenance team the shower is still unable to be used because the repair is not complete and their are several panels of drywall that were left behind during the last visit blocking access. They do not respond to emails supported via the resident portal which they insist is the method you must reach out to them and when they do contact you they want you to get information and updates from their vendors and support teams for them. Between that and having to literally clean up the mess from their vendors I am to the point where I am almost expecting a W2 at the end of the year. Here we are 60 days later and the microwave is still dead, there is still a hole in the ceiling from water damage, and I am still paying full price for the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms I signed a lease for with one non functional. Do not let the overall rating give you a false sense of security, read the reviews on all platforms to get the full picture. Perhaps if company leadership would spend less time posting argumentative and combative responses to posts from current and former tenants that have experienced similar concerns and spend that energy solving the root cause of the concerns, there would be less turnover with employees and tenants. read more

I am writing this to let all the unhappy customers know that they don't have time to return their messages because they are too busy sitting in a starbucks line and writing bad reviews for other businesses that they are not even a customer at, just what they think about the business. They also claim they took the time to call my business to complain to the doctor at work that day about their concerns, which the doctor said did not happen. I only gave a star because it is the only way to write a review! Let's start with Holly Gillispie. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. She contradicts herself in emails. My family had some financial issues due to back to back illnesses and deaths in our family. We were upfront about this and while we know that is no concern of this company, they agreed that no eviction would be filed as long as we were out of the property by the end of our lease. Well the eviction was filed the same day they told us that. We were told so many different things from Holly and Gordon and on top of that Holly told us that what we were told means nothing. So what I am getting from that is that they tell customers whatever they see fit and have no intention of being held to it. A false eviction has been filed against us as we moved off the property by the said end date and still received an eviction letter. I just want others to be aware of this horrible horrible company. I have suffered mentally due to the emails and false information given. My hair is falling out and my blood pressure is through the roof. If I could afford an attorney I would sue for pain and suffering. I hope the owner of the property I lived at in Princeton, TX is aware of how he is being represented. I actually still live in a house that I am renting from this crapy company. Every 3 months they want to come take pictures and videos of your whole has then charge you $30 for replacing a air filter when I replaced it two weeks prior to them coming. (Put the cheapest filter in) Then the next time they wrote me up for having an extra dog when I only have one 12 year old dog and one cat that are both on the lease. Then don't get me going on the house itself. They do such cheap patch work that it looks decent at first then starts falling apart. Not one drain in the house drains properly and they have been out to fix it since we have been here. They dumped liquid crap down the drains and called it good, two days later same issues. I have had 4 different door handles fall off. The back gate is broke and has never been right. When we moved in Dec. 26th when they did there first inspection wrote us up for the yard and bushes when they looked the exact same bc it was right in the middle of winter last year. If there were a negative star they would get it! I reluctantly gave them 1 star. Reading some of the other reviews I see a lot of the SAME complaints that I have. Like they say, where there's smoke, there's fire! We relocated to Dallas from Nebraska 4 years ago and the moment we arrived in the State we have had nothing but a bad experience with the company. After driving all night with children and all of our belongings we arrive with check in hand as instructed by the actual property owner to pay the rent/deposit so we can get moved in only to be rudely told by the owner of this company that we would need to pay by MO or cashier's check which we were only told to bring the 1st mo rent and deposit when we came so we had a check in hand AND no one was available to meet us to even get the payment so we would have to either bring it to her house or wait! Huh? If my move in and lease date is June 1, when I arrive on June 1st I expect to have keys in hand and ready to move in JUNE 1st! We were VERY clear on communicating our plans to be there and moving in so if that was a problem then you should have communicated that BEFORE we got on the road not once we get into the city. Thankfully we had family that were gracious enough to let us stay until the next day. We ended up having to call the actual property owner who was ok with us paying by check. Very unprofessional. Fast forward to 4 years later....we have paid rent ON TIME, EVERY MONTH up until last month when our stove went out and it took them nearly TWO weeks to replace it! We had to call repeatedly to even get an update on the status then when we were GUARANTEED that we would get it by a certain date and time, which I ended up staying home this entire day, cancelling important appointments...NO CALL, NO SHOW! Next day....."you for SURE will get it today by a certain time." Once again NO SHOW and at 7 p.m. that night we got a call that the delivery driver had an emergency but would be coming out later on that night once he took care of whatever the "Emergency" was however we did not SEE nor hear from the delivery driver or Omnikey with an apology or anything that evening. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. We only received the stove after I had to call and get UGLY with the company then mysteriously a stove showed up but still around 7 p.m. at night eventhough I called 1st thing that morning. Still no apology call from Omnikey for the inconvenience. I said all of that to say that because we ended up having to use part of the rent money to feed our family for 2 more days which we had not counted on and would have known had they communicated, we ended up having to have the money to make the difference up transferred from our savings account from our previous hometown Bank so it took 3 business days which resulted in the payment being returned. The money WAS there when I initially made the payment online but since we had to use some of the money out of our bill account which we use strictly for bill paying or STARVE for 2 days that presented the issue which was THEIR fault for taking so long to replace the stove. Everyone knows that eating out adds up and having to do so for nearly two weeks for an entire family can be quite costly so the LEAST they could have done since we were gracious enough not to charge THEM for those extra bills we had to accumulate, is to waive any fees associated with any bounced fees just like a REAL, PROFESSIONAL company would do if those fees are a result of their mistake. There is NO REASON we should have gone without a stove for nearly 2 weeks. We anticipated maybe 3 days TOPS but almost TWO weeks??? No one in their right mind would expect that a management company would take that long to replace an appliance that is so vital. Needless to say, I go to pay the rent for the month, ON TIME as I have always and I notice there is no option to pay so I first send them a note letting them know that I was trying to pay and did not see the option. days before the rent is due and NO RESPONSE so I call as I see the rent date is nearing only to be told that since I had a returned payment which by the way got paid once the money transferred from my other bank which was like a day later, that I no longer had the option to pay that way and would need to pay by MO or cashier's check? REALLY??? I've been a good tenant, paying on time for 4 years and one late payment that was REALLY because of your negligence and you are going to inconvenience ME once again??? I was rudely told, "it doesn't matter if you pay on time 5 years OR 10, if you have one late payment, you don't have that option. It is automatically taken away." I am an IT professional and I know there is nothing AUTOMATIC about that process. To have that option removed someone has to go into my account and disable that function and just as easily as they did that, they can re-enable it. I have had nothing but trouble from the moment I leased with Omnikey. I had to go to the main office to receive the keys to the home I was renting in Wylie, TX. No formal inspection was done on the home beforehand. The home was dirty, multiple issues that needed to be fixed and the hot water heater did not work. The staff was rude about went the hot water should be fixed and after threats from the one of the key staff members, he acknowledged that they must provide hot water to the home. I was informed by phone the owner of the property wanted to sell. Omnikey's procedure of showing the home is to place a combo lock box and allow any realtor in the region to enter my home at the times Omnikey selected. The first conversation I had with the staff about showing the home I was threatened with eviction if I did not agree to their terms. The second conversation resulted in the staff member hanging up on me. After a month of phone calls and not wanting to work with me I received the first written notice in the form of a non-renewal letter. read more

Didn't care for this property management company. When we first moved in the place had not been cleaned. It was filthy, and one of the toilets was disgusting. They replaced it. Then every three months they made visits to ensure the house was properly maintained. This is understandable but to complain or write a letter to change burnt light bulbs was extremely picky. On our way out we cleaned the place thoroughly...actually we left it cleaner than when it was given to us. We got a third of our deposit back and charged us for items that shouldn't have been charged. They did a deep cleaning according to them and changed the air filter even though we changed it before leaving. I visited the property 15 days later or a day after the new tenant had moved in. The lawn was overgrown and am quite sure the inside was not cleaned as they had noted. I'm thinking this company not only takes advantage of the people leasing but also of the owner. Before we moved in we requested they replace the carpet because it was old, worn, and stained, now during their walk through they inform me I must have the carpets cleaned because they are old and stained. There were holes worn in the the carpet before we moved in. The tenants before us had 9 dogs in the house and they chewed up door frames and outside gutters, now Omnikey is attempting to charge me for theses pre existing damages. Omnikey takes every opportunity to charge me more on my bill through bogus violations. This is truly the worst property rental company I have ever dealt with. It's all about money to them, they don't care at all about their tenants at all. read more

I have to say this is my first go round with searching for rental property. I found a home in the area where my kids go to school and everything seemed fine and dandy. The home was in the middle of a move out and there was no application pending on the house. A few days after doing my application and discussing my move in time, I was told the house was sold instead. Truly inferiorating right? It gets worse. I then attempted to inquire about additional homes on their listing and they either have been rented or an approved application is on the home. I had a friend call the management company about the original home i was technically approved for and was told the house was available. I was told I was good to go (application approved) then all of a sudden I have been getting the run around within a matter of days. I had already put in my notice to move out when the green light was given to me for move in. I have been out of money because now I have to pay more for storage fees and rent for another month in which I did not anticipate. Now I'm losing time and spending money because I didn't want to have my credit pulled from multiple Realtors. This really put a bad taste in my mouth how this situation had been handled. Well after they breached our contract by not fixing shower wall (big soap dish fell out twice leaving huge opening to sheet rock) for the last 3 1/2 months of our lease, now I've received the deposit refund and after depositing it it was returned bank saying account not found. I called the bank for a better understanding and they tell me must be a closed account that they are still writing checks on. So not only is this NOT a misdemeanor based on size of check , but they've breached our contract again by not returning my money in 30 days. I have no money in a 50 day period. I called Leah Slaughter who signed the check and is the owner. Of course no call back yet and don't really expect her to do what is right. Hmmmm maybe channel 4 Fox News?? And court also. Run as fast as you can from these people!!! If you rent it will be a nightmare!!!ell they sent me another check but it was not the correct amount. They made it for less!! Omnikey Realty is a JOKE. The customer service level of this company is pure awful. I have been calling and trying to just view a property that this company manage for 4 days. After several phone calls and speaking with Holly I was promise a phone call back from Rebecca and that never happen. I was transferred several times to different voicemails leaving quite a few messages just to get no response back. Customer Service is not a factor with this company they do not care about honesty at all. The Receptionist Stephanie and Holly you could tell there is no Honesty there. This is the WORST leasing company that i ever encountered. NON-RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND CERTAINLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE LIARS. I've written a review earlier about how bad this company is and now I shall write another! For 5 weeks we've been waiting for a response to our question on a renewal for another year. Apparently the owner didn't know if she just wanted to go ahead and sell the house which she had done to us before about 2 years earlier. Well as of today we still hadn't heard anything back yet and low and behold while cruising trulia (because we decided we were going to go ahead and move if she didn't give us a response by the end of June) I find our rental is up for grabs at $1295... Did they call and let us know this? Nope, they just posted an ad and will probably just put a sign out tomorrow. They are inconsiderate and greedy. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY THAT HAS THE NAME OMNIKEY ASSOCIATED WITH IT!!!!!!!!! Not only did we put in several work orders for things at the residence we were residing in, that NEVER got fixed or replaced, management and realtors were absolutely horrible and the most unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in my entire life. OMNIKEY would schedule service appointments for things they never even told us needed to be fixed or taken care of at their own convenience not taking into consideration how it would affect the residents and constantly trying to do things on their own time. We had a window broken by storm damage that we put a work order in for several times, three months and three $300 electric bills later due to the lack of insulation at the property, they finally send someone to fix it, AND THEN try to say we altered the appearance of the property and charge us for it!!! We had to move out early due to military PCS and they gave us the hardest time about breaking our least (one month) early. Then when it came time to get our $1250 deposit back, OMNIKEY decided they wanted to charge $350 for a carpet that was already destroyed when we moved in to be cleaned, $120 to have the lawn mowed for an incredibly small lot, and $250 to have an empty house cleaned by a cleaning service that I had already cleaned from top to bottom along with some other miscellaneous charges. I understand that carpets, house, and yard need to be taken care of before new residents move in, but $720 worth!?!? When it was all said and done we ended up owing on our move out ledger opposed to getting any sort of deposit back. All because they were irritated with the fact we broke our lease a month early. They were consistently rude, not personable, and could never quite figure out the answer to any question presented to them. My advice is to RUN FAR AWAY from anything with this companies name on it. They've also been reported to the BBB on several occasions. Be smart and look elsewhere to save yourself some grief. read more

I did not care for this company. They bought the house we were renting at the time. When they bought it they did a full inspection to find anything that was wrong, however after moving out, they decided to charge us for things that should've been taken care of by the landlords instead of us, so we did not receive a full deposit. I reached out to them via email a couple of times and did not get a repose. Also don't bother calling, because if you would like to speak to management, they are always conveniently on vacation. They sent people to our house constantly and on three different occasions, I was not notified that anyone would be coming by. I finally had to threaten to go to the police if they did it again after sending someone to our house to change the locks without notice. I often got calls about rent being late, but when I'd send my payment confirmation back to them to show that I paid, they would say that they accidentally called the wrong number. I also would receive emails about having to have the house available for showings and I'd take time off of work to be there and have the house ready and nobody would show up, so I would call and they "forgot" to tell me it was cancelled. I just felt like everything was very unorganized and borderline unprofessional at times. If you are wanting a stress free company to rent from, look elsewhere. read more

This is the worse property management company I have rented from in the past 10 years. It actually motivated me to buy my own home so that I would never have to rent again. So I guess something good came out of it. They would do random walk throughs which I didnt mind because I understood the homeowner wanted to make sure the house was being well taken care of. Each time they came they would find something to charge me for. They would say the bushes needed to be trimmed, my desk was position to close to utility closet, the air filter needed to be changed, they even changed battery in smoke detectors and charged me for it ( it was working just fine). I had an automatic garage door opener installed because the house didnt have one which wasnt very smart seeing that I brought property value up on a house I didnt own. Ofcourse when I moved out, they charged me $2000 worth of erroneous charges. We are very clean people and never in my life have I been charged for such bogus things. I would not recommend renting from this company even if you find a house you like. Do your research on the property management company. They are terrible. read more

Highly recommend you stay away from this company. My fiancé and I felt like it was not our home. They took more than out deposit for things we had on our inventory form. They are absolute crooks, the people who work for the owners talk horribly about them. It is a must to stay away. Not worth your privacy, headache and money. Best part was moving out as soon as we could. We were stressed every minute under their management. I also had repairs I did on my own dime rejected - because they could. This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. We were working with a real estate agent from another company, when we came across a property listed for rent, managed by Omni Key. This particular realtor warned us not to work with them, but we did not listen. They do not know how to fix things, they do not know how to communicate or return phone calls and ultimately they do not care about anyone else but themselves, they lie, lie, lie. I feel so sorry for the owners who trust Omni Key with their properties and the renters who put their lives in this dishonest companies hands. They have really treated my family badly. Please, take my advice and go with a more reputable realty company. Being a renter does not mean you do not have rights. Apparently, Omni Key has not gotten that memo! read more
