Second time ordering here in a week while on vacation. We are a five minute drive away! Today, we tried the General Tso Pizza, Roma Deluxe Pizza, and a Meatball Sub. General Tso's Pizza Sweet and Spicy Sauce, cheese, crispy chicken and green peppers The sauce had a characteristic Asian spicy flavor. It was a HIT. It is a unique pizza offering that satisfies the taste buds. We will order again. Roma Deluxe Olive oil, cheese, roma tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, spinach, feta, broccoli It was a "healthy" choice of pizza that was loaded with veggies and tasty garlic. The Meatball Sub was great. So large, it is cut in two pieces. Meatballs were tender, and the sub roll was toasted and contributed to a perfect bite. The wood fired pizza crust is the highlight of all of there pizzas. Before we leave area, we will order a couple Detroit Pizzas because they are excellent. read more

Maybe we went on an off night. I wasn't a big fan. I had to take off 1 star for service and one for just okay pizza. I ordered 3 pizzas, the girl told me 35 minutes. It took 75 minutes. We had 10 hungry people taking up the majority of the tables in the spot with nothing on the table. Finally got the pizza and it wasn't even that good. Usually when you're starving from flying all day, anything tastes amazing, that wasn't the case for this joint. It's okay, not great and definitely slow. read more

Pepperoni mushroom pizza was very good, dough was great, no char. The Detroit was excellent, dough was fluffy and airy, crust crunchy, toppings were just right and sauce was plentiful. I ordered online using their slice app...it was very convenient and easy to use, love updates with text messages. Been dying to try this place's Detroit style pizza after hearing raving reviews! And wow was it a knockout! The crust, topping, and sauce ratio was superb. I can't find deep dish pizzas around here and this was as close as it'll get!! Delish! The large pepperoni was also perfection. The crust had such good texture and buttery flavor. I usually throw out the crusts at other pizza places - but not here!! Gobbled every crust right up. The food here is just as amazing as the staff. We ordered fake out in. Saturday night. Pizza, mozzarella sticks, buffalo tenders and a chicken parm sandwich. The chicken parm sandwich was crispy, sauce was great and the bread was crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The pizza (1/2 pepperoni 1/2 pepper and onion) . Crispy crust , great sauce and the pepperoni were tasty. Mozzarella sticks and marinara were so tasty and the mozzarella sticks were crispy. The cheese pull was awesome. I ordered an XL cheese pizza. The crist was light, thin, and chewy, not overcooked. There was plenty of cheese and the sauce had just the right amount of spice. Having heard so much about this place, I feared it wouldn't live up to the hype. I worried for nothing! We decided to share the Loaded Fry pie because it sounded fun! It didn't disappoint! The crust was perfectly crispy, even in the center (it was a large pie). The toppings covered nearly the entire pie, with just enough crust left to enjoy, at the end of each slice. The cheese sauce was nicely balanced with the regular cheese. The bacon was generous. I expected a few more actual French fries, but it was really good just the same. Freshly sliced green onion garnish was a nice touch and it was served with two sides of Ranch. Delicious! We're planning to return very soon to try another - maybe the Detroit style, which has received great reviews. Also, they had several kinds of pizza available by the slice! read more

Pizza seems to be mixed reviews with the fam. Consistency seems a bit off unfortunately. The previous time we ordered, the sauce was apparently too sweet. This time it was a bit different. One person liked it more this time around, others didn't. I couldn't say as I only tried a bite of pepperoni and have yet to actually try their pizza. I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned how excellent the fries are! Chicken tenders weren't bad either. My toddler loved them. I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo which I had thought was really pricey. However, after receiving it, it was easy to understand why. The portion was huge (enough for 2-3 people) and it was delicious! Chicken is a boiled/shredded type. Enough sauce on it to keep it from drying out. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the food tends to be pricey, but then again, this is Narragansett. What can you really expect? I mean I won't be ordering an $18 veggie pizza just for myself, but if I have company over, I would try it. I can't personally attest to the ambience as I've never been the one to pick it up, but I would say service is good according to everyone. Went here a month ago and ordered a pizza with pepperoni sausage and double extra cheese. Got home looked and the pizza looked like it just had the regular amount of cheese. No extra cheese. Then when I tried to eat the pizza it had a strong taste of anchovies which I had not ordered nor liked. Threw the whole pizza away didn't complain. Today I wanted a pizza and checked on Google for all the local pizza places and noticed that On Point had the highest rating at 4.8 and I was surprised given my last experience there so I decided to try them again because anyone can have a off day. Boy was I wrong.... I walk in and a nice friendly girl asked what I would like to order....i asked for a large pie with pepperoni sausage and jalapeño. She said let me check if we have jalapeños and disappeared in back to ask the guy making the pizzas if they had them. He walked around the corner and looked at me as if I had asked for naked pictures of his mother and without saying anything simply returned to the back. Then the girl came back and said yes we do. I then told her about my cheese problem with my previous pizza and offered to pay "any amount" they wanted to make sure I had a ridiculous amount of cheese. The girl looked at me with her eyes wide open like I had three heads then looked over at the guy in the back and asked what to do like I had just asked for something impossible and crazy. Seeing that the guy was listening to our conversation from around the corner I offered to pay twenty dollars extra just for the extra cheese! So the girl rings me up my total for a large pie with pepperoni sausage jalapeño and extra extra cheese comes to $40.50. I get the pizza and go home (I live half a mile from the store) I open the box and the pizza has ZERO extra cheese. It looked like a normal amount of cheese. I couldn't believe it!!! On top of that the pizza is way overcooked and the first bite I took I got mouthful of jalapeno juice run down my throat. I think the guy poured the jalapeno brine from the can on top my pizza. Probably because my order required him to open a new can of jalapeños (hence the dirty look earlier) I don't know if this guy is the owner, a manager, or just some disgruntled cook. He was tall thin and wore glasses I don't know his name but whoever he is he has all of the personality of a hot wet blanket and after two very disappointing visits to On Point pizza there will not be a third.
