Recently I took a bike in for repair after the chain broke and damaged the bike. Broken chain, wheel needed to be repaired, broken shifter, brakes adjusted. New seat post and because they were unexpectedly closed on the day I was to pick it up, they fixed grinding in the wheel hubs at no cost. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.

My husband purchased a bike from them just over a year ago, and he's been on the hunt for a particular make/model mountain bike. He spoke to the boss (he thinks), about getting that mountain bike. They did not have any in stock, so he made some calls to see if he could obtain it. He came back and said he could. We went ahead and paid in advance for the bike. It might take a week for shipping, but they will let us know when it arrives. This is my husband's bike shop, and he loves it.
