I ordered a philly cheesesteak and asked for a different cheese, which Ava said was no problem. When it came out (by a food runner), it didn't have the cheese that was requested. The food runner said he would go back and ask the kitchen, and once again - we never saw him after that. I finally just ate it as is because I was hungry! Ava apologized several times and even said how she spoke to the kitchen herself when placing the order. It really put a damper on the night for me. :(
