The bottom of my pool was never cleaned as he kept telling me that my pools robot was responsible for cleaning the bottom of my pool. I explained to him on many occasions that pool robots were not able to pick up whole pine cones. Gino also had a very hard time keeping the chemicals balanced in pool. The last month of service from Gino, he only came 3 times and yet charged me for 4 service calls. If you are looking for a reliable, fair and good pool service company---looks elsewhere. He showed up at about 9 am and spent some time looking over my oool and equipment. I have a very large pool of 44,000 gallons. He made a very reasonable priced plan and returned the following morning with his coworker (his son) to clean my oool and get it ready for use. He was super friendly and was coincidentally already servicing the house we were purchasing so he was familiar with the pool. The work he said needed to be done matched what our inspector suggested. Mike confirmed we needed a new pump and quoted the same price our inspector estimated. This shows his pricing was reasonable and upcharge was minimal. Mike also said we needed a new pool sweep (which we desperately did) and told me the least expensive place to get it. I purchased that and he installed it at no charge. Being a first time pool-owner I had many questions and Mike always responded to my texts and calls. He also helped find us a great company to install solar panels for our pool! A few weeks after we moved in we purchased a spa and are having Matthews Pool Service service that as well. One day our pool turned cloudy and I called Mike. He had someone come out that day and take a look. A few hours later all was fixed! I would highly recommend Matthews Pool Service and supporting a local company. It is uncommon these days to find someone who will try to help you like this. His advice did help, and I was able to get my pool sweep working. I still had H2O Pool Care out to do some diagnostic work on my system. The technician who came out listed the issues and gave me quotes for additional work. I have to say, I was very impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff and his staff were. In just this short span of time I can tell you this is not someone you can rely on to properly maintain your pool or hot tub, nor is he someone you should feel comfortable with on your property. An oddball at best and at worst a total hothead. FYI, if you attempt to speak to Clinton of your concerns regarding any issues with his service be prepared, he will more than likely freakout and totally blowup on you. His explosive temperament is very concerning. While he may have some positive reviews I have to say, there's surely people who have not posted due to intimidation. My husband is in law enforcement, i.e., I can write real reviews. Here's his deal. Beginning with the lighter side, he doesn't bother to text back. That is unless he is setting up an appointment to start service with you. Then he's on it. Moving on to service, I'll keep this brief with just one example (and the last straw) regarding poor service. If you need him to drain and clean your hot tub/jacuzzi there's a solid chance he will cheat you on the cleaning. Clinton only drained the tub then began to refill it. He didn't clean any of the scum stuck to the sides. When I asked him about this he said, "It will only get dirty again anyway." Wow, with that kind of logic why bother to clean at all in life? On a more severe side, it turns out he was filling our hot tub in a way that could entirely destroy the pump lines. By chance our spa salesman had come out and saw what was going on and stopped this before it was too late. So much for Clinton's self- aggrandizing proclamations on being the authority on pool and spas. When I -politely- spoke to Clinton about both issues, the lack of cleaning and very nearly destroying a year and a half new hot tub his response was to scream at me. According to him everyone hates me. With that he walked off the job. All I can say is it's no wonder this guy is relegated to cleaning pools for life. And that's saying if he is lucky enough to stay in business with those hysterionic antics. I mentioned an oddball side, well, you'll probably get a laugh out of this. Our hot tub is housed within a cabana. He told me we need to keep all the windows open (including in winter) because if kept shut the entire cabana will explode/combust due to spa chemicals being trapped. "People have been killed!", he informed me in a most authoritative voice. I figured he was just a goofball. After today's verbal attack it seems he has an inability to communicate on a professional level due to immaturity and anger issues. I'm glad we have audio/visual surveillance cameras all over our property. We will get around to posting Clinton's personal explosion at some point. You can witness it for yourselves. It'd be entertaining if it wasn't downright disturbing.

From the start we met with Robert, who understood our needs, including a redesign of the installation so we could access a hard to reach crawl space, and our issue with a massive amount of pine needles going into our pool. Robert understood what we wanted and suggested the appropriate product and solution. Keoni, our installer, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable - he communicated with us during the pre-planning, installation, and afterwards with our follow-up questions. He addressed our pine needle problem and suggested a "Skimbot" Surface Cleaner, which we knew nothing about, and seems to be working out very well. Overall, I would give NeverGreen 10 stars if I could!
