Wow where do I begin? Came in to get a broken screen fixed. the guy was friendly enough and told me it'd be done in a couple of days. Was called in a couple of days later with what seemed like a good fix. I go home and find out 1. The screen is coming off at the seams. 2. The speaker is broken which was fine before. 3. They removed the front flash and did not even bother to put it back. I was told they disposed it in the garbage. Perfect! I go back in and Masyn, whose probably the only competent one there apologizes, and puts in orders to get the parts fixed for free. 3 days later I'm told the parts are in and can be fixed within a day. I call back the next day and I'm told the other employee misplaced the order and now they have to order it back in again and it'd take a couple of days more. Check back in again, and now I'm told it'll take 3 more days but the phone can be picked up a while we wait. I go in and I see this same guy still working on the phone and told me to wait while he fixes it. When asked why he called me in if it wasn't ready, he told me if I took that "attitude", he would hand it back with the screen removed. What a class act! If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is! While I appreciate them fixing their errors for free, I'd in no way ever trust them to work on any future fixes. Do avoid the guy unless you want random parts of your phone to go missing. Edit: Bonus! The screen is still coming off at the sides! Lol. read more

Today I went back in to "One Hour Repair" and was helped on the Phone By "David" as well as several hours laters in store by David, whom remembered our phone confo. He is simply amazing. He took the time to look at my MacPro Book to see if I could add more memory. I could not. He checked several options to insure that this was not possible. He then gave me excellent advice on how to open up more storage on my lap top. I could not ask for better customer service. I Prior had brought in my IPhone 6Plus and had a totally smashed screen ( really really bad ) and David not only fixed my screen in under a hour and gave me excellent customer service, I met one of the owners, really tall nice man. He was super amazing. My phone looked as if I had just bought it, when they were done, had I known this I would of spent the under $100 and had this smashed to pieces screen fixed a year prior. They did what I thought was impossible, and it sure is nice to get the customer service of a Owner business over big box. I will forever go to this location and store and tell everyone I know. Do not wait, call them, you will not only be surprised, but well informed as well as very satisfied without that, feeling, of being sold extra stuff, or just another sheep to tend like big box. I have an iPhone 6s - I broke the screen about 3 weeks ago and had it replaced with a Kirkland shop. Today, I dropped it again and the screen shattered! Ugh not again! I did a search and found this shop -boy am I glad I did! Super nice people - GREAT work and QUICK too! Please with the repair and price. Side note - I didn't get the name of the female employee - but she deserves props for her excellent customer service skills. One hour device repair is actually 3 hours for screen replacement. They installed a screen which "leaked" and therefore didn't work. They did replace it a second time for free. The auto-brightness has never worked since then. I know they guarantee the work but didn't have time to go back in for another 3 to 5 hours and then moved out of the area. read more

I happened to see this business after we had dinner at the restaurant next door in Bothell. I was having a display problem with my IPhone X and could not figure it out myself. I walked in to the repair shop and was pleasantly surprised when the worker/owner fixed my display in less than 5 minutes. He then showed me how to fix it should it happen again. I tried to pay him, but he would not take any compensation. I am more than impressed with the integrity and knowledge that he displayed. My ear piece speaker sound got really low and and the sound was muffled and sound was also tearing a bit with low quality. They DM me on Yelp after I posted the project for fixing my Laptop. They ask me to bring the laptop to them for free diagnostic which I did. The lady told me that they will call me in 3 days. 1 weeks later, no one call. I called them, another guy picks up and told me that another lady is working on it and she will call me tomorrow since he is too busy working on 2 PHONES. 2 days later. No one call. I called again and the lady that answered the phone told me that they are still testing the operation system. What??? ( I already told them I remove my SSD for security reason when I bring the laptop to them). Today, I called again, same "call you tomorrow" so I just pick it up and bring it to another store. I know it is a free service, but I hope they can at least be honest that either they are unable to fix it or they just TOO busy, instead of wasting my time. read more

I did need my son's iPhone to be fixed, it had been not working for a while but we held onto it. After having a pretty terrible experience at the Apple store, he convinced me to bring our phone in.
