Horrible service. Just sitting there to upsell. You should do this , you should do that. They have a ATM to withdraw money to pay them and mint money off ATM. They don't tell you upfront for an extra card cost. Apparently there's $2 cost. I asked why wasn't I told earlier? The before and after of my experience here. The color is different because I went to another nail salon and got a nail color change and nail file. I was not happy at all. My toes burned for days and eventually scabbed up. If you look close at my feet in the pics, you will see scabs on a few of my feet. And trust me, it was very uncomfortable. We've given this place a shot a few times now. Unfortunately they've made us feel uncomfortable about several things each time and therefore we will not be going back. First, they always try to upsell at least 5 times while you're sitting there and every time you say 'no thank you', they start whispering to each other and look at you and your nails. Every time it felt like they were mad we didn't say yes so they started talking about us. Last time I said I didn't want the delux pedicure. The nail tech was about to ask me and Helen told her to just do it. I didn't say anything because I already felt like they were talking about me. But before she started painting, I told her no gel, just regular and she got so mad and started talking about me again and just had a nasty attitude the rest of the time. I also went to tip them each 20% and I miscalculated the rude lady's tip and she said 'this isn't 20%!' It was on accident and only off by 1-2$ but she made a big deal about it. However I could have chosen not to tip her 20% because of how she made me feel the whole time. Each time I go there they always leave a big gap from where nail polish begins to where nail bed is. You walk out of there looking like you got your nails done a week ago. It's like they do that on purpose to get you back in sooner. This time my daughter and I said something about it and they fixed it but not without talking about us again. At times they would try to be nice and chat but it felt fake after having felt all the other ways. Overall, we felt unwelcome, like we were inconveniencing them, and couldn't wait to get out of there. I would not recommend coming here if you're expecting a pleasant experience. read more

I love going to get a pedicure and just being able to relax and enjoy. The entire pedicure was spent with them trying to upsell me and tell me how I needed to get the bigger more expensive package. When I told them, I only wanted the basic ones they'd to try to add things during the pedicure. Not taking no for an answer. On top of that when I first got there, I went to choose my nail polish color, and the lady was adamant that I sit down and she would bring me the colors. I had tried maybe three times to walk over to the nail polishes and she made me feel silly even insisting that I sit down. She told me she would bring me the colors. She did bring me the colors and I chose my color and then when I went to go pay they had up sold my pedicure $12 because I "chose" gel... I told them that it felt very dishonest that I would have been fine with regular nail polish, and they basically started yelling at me and treating me like I was out of line. I will never come back to this business. The whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth. On top of that they didn't even do the massage on my legs, which is supposed to be be part of the whole pedicure experience. I just felt like I was in a car sales lot the whole time having to repeatedly refuse more and more services. Very icky service. I cannot recommend this place. Also, my nails do not even look good I could have painted them better myself at home. Gel nail polish on my skin, which can cause allergies... super bummed because I do not treat myself to this process very often. read more

0 STARS!! I asked for a gel pedicure and they did such a bad job and they left bumps under the polish! I didn't realize till I was home. I had asked for them to take off overlay and the lady did such a bad job and I needed to put new overlay on my pinky and she told me she can't do it. She then clipped a chunk off my thumb and took my nail and skin off. I was dripping blood and then she put some blue liquid on it without my permission and it burned!!! This place has redeemed itself. The quality of nails is okay. You won't get perfectly shaped nails but they do the job. My only complaint is that this place seems to be cash only. In the past they would take your card and let you know there was going to be a fee. Now they insist on you using the ATM machine in the corner that has a processing fee. When asked why they gave a very confusing answer which didn't make much sense. I would just suggest bringing cash to avoid using the weird atm machine read more

Everytime my bf and I get our nails done they always disappoint. This time around I got a gel manicure that lasted 3 days before they started chipping. There's another nail shop we go to in Buena Park and my gel manicure always lasts at least 2-3 weeks. This is my third time coming to this nail place in the last three years. It's always disappointing, I always end up keeping quiet and just letting them do whatever so I could leave and get out of there. This time I asked that I didn't want a massage with my pedi so she decided to just paint my nails. I don't really like massages on my legs but I guess she took it as I don't want anything else. My nails were 50$ dollars I asked for pink and almond shape. To paint my toe nails it was 23 dollars. She painted my toe nails the same color as my hands and I didn't even ask her to. But I was just like okay, I don't feel like being picky. When I say paint she just painted them and continued to help other customers. This place doesn't do a good job on courtesy and prices are really high for what the end product is. Very disappointed. read more
