They have a huge selection of different brands, styles, and price ranges. After looking at their collection of Bulova, Seiko, Wenger, and Citizen; I finally settled on a Bulova Marine Star. I am one happy customer!!! Everyone that works there is super friendly and professional. The store is also very clean and organized. The owner is really cool, funny, and awesome! Not only did he sell the watch to me at a very good price, he also adjusted the bracelet so that it fit me just right. They not only change batteries and adjust watch bracelets but also more complicated tasks. I have my dad's old Seiko and it needed some work to get it going again. I brought my 94 year old mother's old watch in that has a link band to this company. One of the 2 links attached to the watch face was broken. What she needed was a link taken out as it was too lose for her wrist and a new battery. The young man told me that he would take the broken link off and attach the next link to the watch face. And he would not charge for that but he would only charge for the $10.00 battery. Well the next day I went to pick it up and was charged an $24.90. I told the clerk what the young man from the day before said ,that was not there the next day. She asked the young lady working on watches what she should do. This lady said oh we had to charge for sizing the band. And I again repeated what I was told the clerk. It didn't matter to her. She said I could buy a new band for around $30 something dollars and the current band was pretty dirty, which it was. So I paid and left as I had a meeting to go to. The more I thought about this last night I felt that wasn't right. I called and spoke to the same lady trying to explain why I didn't think it was "sized" and she said they had to tighten some of the links. And when I was talking she would talk over me. She also stated the young man was new and didn't realize what he was doing. Because of her customer service I will not be using their service again. read more

It's hard to find a good watch repair/shop now a days because everyone is glued to their phones. I've only ever gotten all my watches from this store. Nice enough people but forget any warranty. Took 3 months to send out a $700 watch for repair and whined when I called back to check on it after 1 and two months as if I was pestering them. Said it was my fault that watch would stop running because it was an automatic and used fish oil so needed to be worn more. Great for battery and band replacement though. I expected the owner to be a watch maker though. I guess he isn't so doesn't try to clean and repair himself? read more

Directly on Thompson, easy parking - lots of watches. I didn't catch the gentleman's name - but he was extremely polite and personable. He adjusted my watch band in just a few minutes. Went to One More Time yesterday. I'd gotten my husband a clock for his office, but the hands were very flimsy and kept bending and when one of the hands was impeded it stopped keeping time. I went in to see if they could replace the mechanism. The owner looked at it and said that there was nothing wrong with the mechanism, but he could straighten out the hands and we should just be careful when putting it up or taking it down from the hanger. They've moved from the mall to 2122 E Thompson Blvd (next to Mitec - who by the way are great computer techs). The owner and his daughter are the best! read more
