Disappointed. Pricey for what you get. Pedicures don't even include callus remover like other places. Wait times out of this world. The gentleman (owner?) is super friendly and seems to do an amazing job; however, he's always booked with appointments so you will NEVER get him. Less than one. Although appointments are made, they seem to always be overbooked. On one occasion, the technician was more than 20 min late while I waited in their station. The policy is they charge the customer late fees if we are late but the same is not true for their tardiness. read more

This new salon is BEAUTIFUL!! I originally showed up in November without an appointment. Everyone was so kind, even though they were busy at the time. They promptly got me in and I only waited about 15 minutes before a pedicure chair was available. I have since gone back once! This time I made an appointment beforehand! No wait!! Kind, friendly staff! I love that they have the special masks that come prepackaged to reduce contamination. I also love how clean they maintain their stations!! Prices are a little higher than other salons nearby, but IMO I'd rather pay a little more and get better quality, than to save some $ and have a mediocre experience!! The owner is stuck up and impolite. Not at all friendly or welcoming. I've had 3 pedicures there with different techs each time and they were all bad. The massage portion was really weak, my feet were not completely smooth and my polish wasn't great. I kept trying new people hoping to find someone good because I get my nails done there by someone else and the results are excellent. Another issue is they are pretty much appointment only, yet leave you waiting long periods (up to 30 minutes) about half the time. Don't bother trying to address that because they'll act like you're unreasonable. I make appointments because my time is valuable, so I don't appreciate being kept waiting more than maybe 5 minutes. I guarantee if the situation was reversed and I was late, they would have an issue with that. Better business practices and improved customer service needed. read more

Awful experience Based on the reviews I thought I'd have a great experience but that wasn't the case. I called two times, messaged them on Instagram and fb and asked about something specific I wanted done and each time they quoted me the same price...I get there and the man does my toes wrong and restarts (mind you my husband was waiting outside with our children so the added time was frustrating), then when it comes time to pay I was told a price over $20 more than what I was told I was paying!! So I asked why that was and the woman up front says because the man said I wanted extra services so I asked what services because the man didn't even speak English for us to have a conversation that entire time?? And she's like well that's what he said so that's the price! After being forced to pay a price for services I wasn't given, I messaged them and said look there's proof in these msgs showing the price they quoted me and she was extremely rude and refused to give me my money back even after see that I was right and the msgs prove that! Extremely upset and disappointed Will never step foot in there again and will never recommend to anyone else Horrible customer service! read more

It really is a beautiful salon. It's a bit pricey to be honest. But the girl that did my nails the first time did a wonderful job. I was impressed the first time that I went because everybody there spoke English, which is basically unheard of in nail salons. However, the second time I went I did not find that to be the case which was a little disappointing. They do really good massages for pedicures, which in my book is a must. Terrible pedicure experience. Polish was removed very aggressively leaving my nail bed weakened. Tech was pushing and pulling my foot with no gentility. I had to ask for my big toes to be trimmed and filed, then my cuticles were cut to short so when alcohol was applied, it burned like crazy. When I got home, I realized the polish application was awful. Had to pay extra for callus scrub , when it is standard at other places. Overpriced, will not be going back. read more

I have been coming here for two years now because their work is high quality and the mani/pedi lasts for weeks but the scheduling is an absolute nightmare. I have called and scheduled an appt and then shown up to be told that I don't have an appt. I've called and scheduled an appt and then been told they only have time for either a mani or pedí because the person scheduling the appt didn't put me down for a both. It's crazy to ask people to come back the next day to finish their services because the appointment wasn't booked correctly. Lastly, a lot of their colors aren't right. You will pick pink and the dip is actually red or you pick neon but It's see through. Then they will tell you that they don't have time to redo it and they don't know which of their colors are completely transparent when applied. As others have mentioned, the manager often has a bad attitude and it seems like she hates dealing with customers. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because the mani/pedis do last a long time if you can actually get in, get all the services you scheduled, and get the correct color applied. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called and made an appointment for 5 pm I waiting for 30 minutes and they were taking in their regulars and walk ins one after another even though most didn't have appointment! If your not going to honor appointment times then don't take any so ridiculous how they treat a new customer like crap. I guess you have to be a regular in order for them to acknowledge you or take you at the time they said they would. When I asked when they would take me they just told me that the guy was running behind. Not 30 minutes behind! And a lady named Mindy gave me attitude for asking and told me everyone else is waiting too which is complete bull! They told me to arrive 15 minutes early and I did yet I waited a total of 45 mins! Yes, they do a great job IF you can get in. Don't say walk ins welcome if they in fact are not welcome. I've been there enough times to feel like a repeat customer and they was no effort made to accommodate me. When I asked if they had availability, I was told "oh you can come back at 3pm for just a pedicure and then 430pm for a manicure, while it's still 9am! What kind of nonsense. I'd think they would want to make more of an effort to keep customers since there are at least five other salons within a two mile radius. read more

While their salon was nicely maintained they were verbally corrective of me for not knowing some terms they use. They were very fast and it felt like a factory as they seemed more interested in speed than the client. They grounded off my toenail polish harder than they needed to and it weakened my nail bed somewhat. While I do feel that the salon is visually appealing and the staff were proficient, based on my initial experience; I would not use them again. read more

There are lots of salons that do a great job! They are a dime a dozen! I too was charged for a no show fee after I was given the wrong appt time! 2 out of the 3 times I went to one girl I was given the wrong time! Switched to another girl and she cut me. No biggie it happens but then the next day it was really irritated. Went back 3 weeks later for next appt I mentioned it to her she said "oh it's just dry". During this appt she cut me again but worse..immediately stuck a super glue tube to my cut. The next day, 24hrs later, it was not only irritated it was infected! I walked into my doctors office and they immediately sent me to urgent care. I had a bacterial infection! I'm on an oral antibiotic and ointment....I called my nail tech and said Hey I just want you to know what happened blah blah blah. She said You didn't get that from here! Your skin is dry! We are very clean here! She was suppose to call me back and never did so I called the owner. She finally called me back and left me a message again stating your hands are dry you didn't get that from here! BULL! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! You don't get a bacterial infection from dry skin! Not to even say I will change it out or I will make sure to extra sanitize, something! No customer service! I'll NEVER go back. read more

I called to make an appointment and the lady I spike with was super nice and said to come on in they had availability then, so I headed in, as soon as I said my name she had me pick my polish and I was taken to my pedicure seat. The guy who did my pedicure was so nice, he asked a million times if it was ok if anything hurt or felt ok I didn't get his name he had glasses and was super kind. They have great color options with matching dip and regular polish. that's my fav! my biggest problem is one day i decided to get i gel on my toes. in any normal place gel is $10 extra. apparently here it's $20. i was unaware of this as nobody told me how much the upcharge would be. Everytime i go into this nail salon i'm always greeted with warm smiles and a hi from everyone, all the nail techs are amazing and do such great jobs, Vanessa is my favorite thought i always make my appointments with her and i have the best times at One Nail Lounge. Love this place! I suggest booking an appointment because if you go when they are busy you may get a rushed pedicure or wait forever. However, if you book an appointment and go during a time when it's not crazy busy they will do an amazing job.
