We just completed a full flooring project with David's Flooring of Seattle -- refinishing the…read morehardwood on our first floor and replacing all carpet on the stairs and second floor with COREtec LVP. As a homeowner, I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them. Vitaliy was excellent to work with throughout the process. He communicated openly about costs, risks, and timelines. His initial quote was the most thorough and detailed among all the bids we received (e.g. including a potential subfloor leveling cost range upfront to avoid surprises later on). He was also open to incorporating a written addendum I provided alongside the standard contract so that all project expectations were clearly documented from the start. When a supplier mistake from Shaw Floors delayed materials and forced my family into a longer Airbnb stay, Vitaliy stepped up and helped cover the ~$1,500 extra cost. That meant a lot to us. The crew treated our home with respect, the floors look beautiful, and throughout the project I felt I could truly trust Vitaliy and David's Flooring. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other homeowners for flooring work.

They gave me a ball park price, and directed me to the showroom. I wanted flooring that matched the other room of the house. I was provided with samples (kind of large slabs), and was free to bring back the samples whenever it was convenient to me. Overall, they were relaxing to work with and not pushy at all. I made the date for them to come to rip the carpet out, and install the flooring. They were able to complete one room in one day. My request was finished within 3 weeks of contacting David's flooring. The additional great thing is that since my floor was already pretty level, the need to level out my flooring was cleared out of my invoice. So, they gave really great estimates. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I worked with them. Overall, that room was about 2k. The convenience and quickness was really worth it to me. Additionally, they removed and reinstall the baseboards which makes the finish much more professional look.

E&A Pro Flooring came to our rescue when our general contractor ghosted us, leaving our home…read moreremodel in disarray. I initially contacted them to look at tile for our project, when David and Enzo arrived I was very pleased to discover they did much more than that. They provided a bid to do almost everything to get our house livable, and while we didn't choose them for every line item, we were happy to hire them to do almost everything. David and his team were nothing short of amazing. In just 6 weeks, they transformed our house from an empty shell with painted drywall into a livable home. Their craftsmanship was outstanding - they replaced the subfloor, walked us through acclimating our hardwood floors, installed both LVP and hardwood throughout, helped organize the design and installation of steel railings, and even frameless glass shower doors. Despite my eagerness to speed up the process, they maintained their high-quality standards. They also installed trim and doors throughout, ensuring everything was complete just in time for us to move in before our rental lease expired. Without David and his crew, we would have moved into an incomplete and unsafe home for our 4.5-year-old. We're extremely grateful to have found E&A through Yelp, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They went above and beyond, and this 5-star review is well-deserved

Then, being a contractor I got the distinct feeling that waiting on me was an imposition. After setting everything in motion it still took no less than 3 emails to get my small order processed. The sale totaled less than $2000.00 so maybe small potatoes but come on, every sales leaves a sense of either remorse or satisfaction and in this case it was remorse. Product was shipped terribly on a single pallet like the leaning tower of Pissa and arrived damaged. Packed by some idiot in their Oregon warehouse. My recommendation, avoid them. Spend your $$$$ on tile somewhere else.

This is the best quality, most gorgeous, and most unique tile you'll get anywhere. There's imported tile, there's ceramic, marble, porcelain, concrete, steel, glass, wood, and more. There's big tile, tiny tile, there's tile for bathrooms, tile for floors, tile for kitchens and backsplashes... It's tile heaven! But that's not all. There are also custom countertops, custom fixtures, faucets and and some accessories. If you have a big budget and you want to go all out on ensuring you have the most stunning bathroom, kitchen, entryway and beyond, this is the only place to shop. The service was great too. My mother and I were shopping and we were welcomed and greeted warmly but left to browse on our own for the most part. When we had questions we got great answers and advice and when we just wanted to look for ourselves we were left to spend as much time as we wanted just scoping the place out. I was giving suggestions on bathroom storage solutions and will absolutely be using help, advice, and services from Ann Sacks thanks to this visit. Seriously - even if you just want to admire this store and buy nothing at all, it's worth visiting.
