One Stop Auto Shop is usually where I get my safety check done, however they are pretty inconsistent with their process. The first few times I've gone to get my safety check done, I never needed an appointment, and then the last time I tried, I was turned away because I didn't make an appointment on the same day. Then the following week, my husband tried to get his safety check done, and was told to just show up. I also docked a star just due to the fact that the customer service was pretty bad. They were very standoffish on the phone, and when I pulled up to the garage space, the guy who was receiving cars was extremely rude to me. If you need a last minute safety check, this place is good, but just make sure to call first before going straight there. read more

If you're going for a safety check make sure the safety check guy is there- the 2 guys i dealt with on the 4 occasions I went were straight up @$$holes from the moment they opened their mouth. I would never use this shop ever. This shop is untrustworthy STAY AWAY!!!!! I came in to get my spark plugs changed and a basic oil change. I went to get my car and they ended up braking my window with their power tools. They said they didn't have to take off this piece to change out my spark plugs but first off you do and second off when I got the window replaced today they said all the clips were broken and just placed in there. The 2nd issue I have is I asked for regular oil change and they "put synthetic" in and charged me almost $100 for a 4 cylinder oil change. read more

This shop is a total mess! You can't even pull your car into the place due to congestion PARTLY CAUSED BY UNREPAIRED VEHICLES ON THEIR LIMITED LOT SPACE. There is no alternate parking available. It's not a very friendly place to visit Seems like the personnel are just interested in getting your money. Their garage is a disorganized mess. They are storing fighting chickens (Gamecocks) in the garage bays. They don't maintain the property. You risk entering the driveway gate which is broken up and filled with boulders. Let me tell you one thing. The biggest pain in the behind is finding a reliable, affordable and trustworthy Mechanic/Auto Center. It's almost comical how many times I've had to call numbers upon numbers upon numbers for just ONE mechanic to accept my VEHICLE, much less the problems it has. My problem was a broken Ignition lock. I had recently had a previous mechanic work on it "to get me by" until the part came in. Once I got the part, there was no way in contacting him again and poof, he was gone. I was in a little desperation because I wanted to make sure my car was repaired as I had guests coming in from NYC. After calling countless other auto spots, I was getting rejected for stupid things like "We don't accept domestic vehicles," "My shop can't fit your kind of car," oh and my favorite, "We don't replace parts that customers order themselves." So with a simple yelp search for something close by. I found One Stop Auto Center. It was literally 5 minutes away and I thought at the very least they can fix it and I won't have to drive too far to head back home. I called earlier to tell them I would be coming through, so when I came by the owner, a pretty upbeat Chinese (or was it Korean?) guy greeted me.... Pretty much from the start I asked him... "Can you do domestic cars?" "Yes" "Can you replace ignition locks?" "Yes" "Can the part be ordered from the customer?" "Yes" "What's the price?" "A little over $109.00" (Some quoted me over $200.00, $300.00 for labor work of 3 hours ...WTH) I was sold. I left the car and went to eat somewhere nearby. When I came back an hour later.. they were just about finished and I asked the mechanic was it tough to do and he said: "Not at all. The mechanics you probably called didn't want to do the necessary work of getting rid of two simple screws. Although your car is american, it still requires the same parts to function, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't do your car." Loved how relaxed the whole process was and how confident the workers were. Not every job is going to be easy peasy but One Stop made sure that what I had was a non issue. The owner and/or manager is nice and sometimes a bit funny too poking fun at me and my miserable times with the other mechanics haha. Overall, I would definitely recommend One Stop Auto and I would go back for any future repairs/issues. read more

I drive past this place almost daily and never really noticed it until one day I needed a safety check and One Stop Auto Repair gladly inspected my car. They performed the safety check as required by law and actually found a couple problems with my car. They remedied the problem for a very fair price and in a reasonable amount of time. Went to these guys to get my safety check 2 years ago but too bad they don't anymore. From my experience with these guys, when I got there I told one of the staff that I wanted to get my safety check done. So they asked for my registration and car insurance and they told me to wait inside their lobby room. Only waited for 10 mins and they were done and I passed. If I could give a auto shop 0 stars I would, they seem cool and nice at first but Lee the owner I ASSUME is very RUDE, I just got off the phone with him YELLING at me I literally had to SCREAM OVER HIM for not being able to move my non working car that he wasn't able to fix and I STILL PAID FOR !!!!! & he hung up. He also got my car towed from the placed after multiple harassing voicemails and text demanding I moved the car with no chance to do so (as we are waiting on the reg from anther state where its registered) and said he was going to claim it "ABONDONED" even though I was just in days ago. This place was great! I called about 10 other places. Each place did not want to talk to me at all about the problems I had with my car and acted like "Hey, until you pay me I don't have time for you.". Also every place I called wanted to charge me about $150 for a diagnosis. Then I called this place. The guy that was going to actually be the one working on my car got on the phone and asked questions about my car and actually let me talk for a minute about my issues with the car. He was nice, and laid back, and helpful! He let me know his knowledge with those cars and said he could fix it. He said it was $45 for a diagnosis and it goes towards the work to fix it if I chose to fix it there. That sounded great! My husband went in the next morning and called me after he got done and said that was the best auto mechanic shop he had ever been to. They got him in right away. Showed him what they found and where the problem was. They were very quick and efficient! They fixed what needed to be fixed and he was out the door. Everything ended up only costing $44 total! We are both so happy with this place and so glad to have found them! read more

Do not bring your car here!!! They are extremely unprofessional and all they care about is making money. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon, everything seemed great. Nice owner, good price, and guaranteed I'd have my car back by the next Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. I call the Monday after I dropped off my car just to check on the status of everything and they tell me they needed to order more parts and that it wouldn't be ready until Thursday. I was a little annoyed, but I understand things happen so I say okay cool Thursday is only a day later than they guaranteed me. On Wednesday (the day before its supposed to be done) i call and they tell me it probably won't be done until Friday or early the next week. I ask why no one called me to inform me it would be longer than expected and they can't give me an answer. I find out they don't even fix transmissions at their shop and they send it out to have someone else do it. So I ask to have that guys number so I can get a direct answer to when it will be finished. They refused to give it to me at first and after 5 minutes of me begging for it they finally comply. I call the guy actually fixing my car and he tells me that they didnt drop off the transmission to him until Monday (5 days after they had my car) and that they left it with his neighbor because he wasn't home!!! I don't know what kind of business leaves things like that with a neighbor but that is unacceptable to me. So not only did they lie to me when I spoke to them on Monday but they lied when I confronted them about it. After over a week of calling daily to check on my car, they tried to charge me more for the "special parts" they ordered. They didn't need special parts they just told the transmission guy the wrong make and model of the car so he had to order the correct parts and wait for those. The told me they would charge me one price right before my girlfriend went to pick the car up. When she got there to pay, they took advantage of the fact that she is a woman and ended up charging her more than they had just told me 20 minutes before on the phone. When I confronted them about that they said they were talking about cash only and if I pay with a card I have to pay taxes. I told them that sounds like they're trying to cheat the government out of money and he said "ohh yeah I guess so huh." I asked nicely for the difference of the quote they gave me and what I was charged and they would not give it to me. What really upset me is that today I realize they stole money from my car. I called to inform them and see if they would do anything about it and instead he says he's going to sue me for saying he stole it and for harassment. This place is such a joke. They don't care about having good customer service at all. Everything they did (minus overcharging and stealing my money) would have been completely acceptable if they would have kept me updated along the way. I understand fixing cars can be unpredictable but if something comes up and it's going to take longer than expected then professionalism means keeping the customer in the loop. read more

I picked this place because it had mostly good reviews. When I dropped off my truck everyone seemed very friendly. that's the nicest thing I have to say about this place. when I got my vehicle back not only was the check engine light on but my AC was no longer working. there was also a panel on the inside of my truck that had been removed and left on the floor. when I called to let them know and see what was going to be done an employee named Scott copped an attitude with me. he said they fixed what I asked and never touched my AC. I asked why he didn't tell me about the check engine light and he said because I told him I didn't have money! What ? I told the guy the day before I only had enough to fix what needed to get it running, not my broken mirror. this guy was so rude and he made no sense. He actually offered to fix it at my cost. basically called me a liar saying he didn't know if I was being truthful about my air conditioning. so I thanked him for a crappy job and bid him a blessed day. after reading more reviews I found one very similar to mine. don't recommend this place at all. Got an oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid change. At first, it seamed alright however... a minor annoyance, the fact they make no effort to maintain cleanliness. I'm not clean nut but after the service, the entire driver side interior and door were covered in old grease from their hands and clothes. And now the reason i right this review... They did a tire rotation incorrectly, then they charged me to fix their screw up. This is inexcusable, but they charge less than other shops so, i couldn't live with the screw up. read more

These guys may seem cool at first but Im starting to think they're crooks. First of all i came in the shop with 2 cars, My brother and mothers car for both to end up more broken then they were. My brothers car was first sent there because it was leaking oil from the valve cover gasket and Trans that i was aware of and told my brother for him to tell the worker at the shop. The guy diagnosed it saying it was the rear main seal and all this other stuff and the trans is fine and not leaking. Once i got notified about the diagnose i thought this worker was stupid because i could clearly see the leak and when it does leak you can smell the oil if its engine oil or power steering/trans fluid. My brother ended up going to the shop again to actually get all what the guy diagnosed fixed and but we found out during his process that the trans was leaking. I just told my brother forget that don't fix it through them i will fix it myself. After they fixed the oil leak i wanted to double check my brothers car and ends up seeing all the clips that get plugged in sensors all broken and ghetto rigged to fit. Then after the first day of it being fixed the check engine light keep flashing on and off running like complete shit so i bring it back and notified them and they just told me to leave the keys and he'll check on it. After another day the car being in the shop he calls me telling me they're was no problems with the car saying it was totally fine. From then on i already knew these guys were sketchy. I personally picked up the car noticing him taking out this code reading tool which could also reflash the ecu to make the check engine light disappear. Im not a certified mechanic but i am knowledgable about car and fix my own because its one of my hobbies to work on cars and everything he says is complete bull sh!t. Oh and i also found out that my brothers expensive watch goes missing from the car and he says for a fact he left it in the center compartment in the car. we notified them and they said theyre were no watch blah blah blah. My mothers car that also went in the same day went in only for ac. They diagnosed it and said they could fix it and it would only take like 3 days. Once they started working on it they replaced a part and ended up not being the problem so the car was in that hell cave for a week now only to find out that the part wasn't going to come in for another week so they allowed us to take back out cars and let us drive it till the part comes in. They notified us that the controls for the ac doesn't work at all because they took out the sensor and some stuff but they didn't tell us that they broke the gas cover, trunk and other stuff. we notified them right away saying that they broke it and they told us to bring the car in again and they will fix it for free. They ended up telling us they couldn't fix it and they couldn't fix the ac now they just f@#cked us over. i wouldn't even give this shop a star because they're customer service was really 2 face and they couldn't even fix anything. These mechanics are just wannabes who think they can fix anything but can't. read more

I noticed that this company is tied with Titanium Rims. Both of these places will definitely try to squeeze whatever money they can out of you. It is a hassle to deal with them if things go wrong. Just avoid this kind of mom and pops place and go to other people that can really take care of you. They run their own rules cuz they don't have to answer to higher authority. Be careful to want to try this and Titanium Rims. Other people may have liked what they got but if you end up not getting what you expect, then you will wish you never go to any of these two places. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This business use to be a great one, but the new owner is in it only for the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. We had been satisfied customers when Amanda and Chris owned it, so we took our van there when the water pump went out. They gave us an estimate that seemed kind of high, but we reluctantly said ok. Then we called around to another mechanic and his estimate was $100 lower. We called One Stop back and told them about the lower estimate and he said there was no way he could or would match it. We said that we would come back and get the van. He then called us to say that we would have to pay a $45 diagnostic fee, that had never been mentioned or posted anywhere in the shop/office. Then he called back again and said they could do it for $400. By this time, I had some serious trust issues with these people.There is also a sign on their building that says they will beat any written estimate. When I brought this to their attention, they had no idea what I was talking about. I finally got back to their shop and had to pay the $45 diagnostic fee to get my key back and I asked them where was it posted that they charge to look at your engine for 5 minutes and they said they have no such sign, but they do have a sign that says $100/hr for services. There was also another guy in the waiting room that was upset about what he had been charged and the work was never done. read more
