I would like to first start off by saying ive been to this location a couple times and the service technicians are always nice, however from the time i walked through the door i caught an instant attitude from specifically Eva Who's always at the front desk. The first few times I kinda ignored the Signs, this day one 7/13/26. I came in very respectfully this is all on recording as there is a camera up at the location , Any question I had pertaining to my vehicle she had a smart mouthed come back. As a custimer I did not feel valued. She for no apparent reason after me questioning the rudeness refused to service my vehicle. Without a major arquement I left the store and I'm glad I did. There were hardly and service technicians in store in fact I only saw and had spoken to one. I will not be back and I highly recommend anyone that's looking for great customer and Auto service to NOT bring your vehicle here. Eva who is the store owner I believe is highly rude. read more

I may be a little behind in writing this review, but I want to make sure that I did leave my view on the unprofessional treatment of the owner of this location! I had visited one of the Precision Tunes on 1204 Veterans Memorial Hwy SW. I visited the location for an Oil Change and Engine Flush. Within a couple of days heard a different noise coming from the engine. Went back to the location to find out why. Manager was nice, looked at the vehicle and stated that it was nothing wrong I left and went home. The noise got louder so I called the store back again. and spoke to the manager and he still was very polite and told me that I needed to speak with the Owner/General Manager Eva, but did ask what I was looking to gain out of this. I responded nothing just want to know what was going on with my truck and if it could be fixed. I then called the location 3700 Austell Rd. Marieta GA 30008 and spoke with Eva the store Manager and Owner about my problem and she requested that I bring my car to her in which I had it towed to the location. Eva and I talked about the problems with my car and said that she would contact the store and ask me if I could wait for her to get back to me, I replied yes. Upon her investigation with the first location Eva called me back and stated that she looked at the truck and spoken with the manager and looking at the information stated that it was nothing she could do, and I replied fine I will be there to get my truck. Upon arriving to the shop by Uber I went in with my partner on the phone on speaker just in case and asked to get my truck which Eva still had on the lift in the bay, and I asked for my keys and if she could get my truck down speaking very calmly. Eva stated that she wanted to show me why she would not take any responsibility for the damages to my truck. In which I stated no need if you are not going to fix it then no need to discuss it just would like to leave. She then proceeded to tell me that I was going to listen putting her finger and telling me that I was going to listen. Eva refused to give me my truck after asking if I had owed any money or if the truck was disabled. Eva responded no I am just not giving it to you until you listen. I had to call the policy to come and make this lady release my vehicle to me and that to was a struggle. Eva finally gave me my truck after writing up a bogus invoice stating that I refused services and threw that paperwork at me which the Police Officer requested her to put in my hand and I just picked it up and left. Upon taking my truck to multiple location and getting the Carfax reports that the information that was entered in by Precision tune was incorrect and showed 2 different oil changes within 5 days of the original date in question for the problems mentioned. Also letting me know that the problem steamed from Precision Tune. Eva was also informed by some of the other mechanic shops that she may want to look at this a little closer in. I had my truck repaired through my warranty that I had on my vehicle the whole time so the statement that Eva made stating the we people are always trying to get free money was not true. I have also tried to contact the precision Tune Corporate Office on multiple attempts, and no one reached out. I never had someone display such entitlement as a business and rudeness like this. I would have thought that The Corporate office would have at least called back to see what the issue was. I will never use this company again if they promote racism and out right rudeness shown from a fellow partner. read more

I would like to start off by saying these people are frauds very unprofessional and will leave your car more messed up than it came in. If there was any anyway, I could give this place a negative rating. I would definitely do so please do not trust them with a single penny of your money or instinct that your problems that you're coming in with will be fixed properly. I took my vehicle here and paid $1200 for damages to be fixed three times the third time my car was still not fixed. I took it to another dealership and they told me that none of the parts that I paid for put in correctly, and it also ended up causing further damage to my vehicle because they were hammered into my vehicle not even placed Properly. i almost lost my life driving my vehicle when my breaks went out on me after leaving this place. I've heard that they're going through a couple lawsuits right now and I'll be adding one to the list please beware!!! read more

Much better than my PTAC experience at the South Cobb location and more of what I'm used to from PTAC. The gentleman who checked me in went over everything that was included with a Synthetic Oil change (Though it wasn't necessary) and all of the specs and details. They gave me the standard inspection that comes with an oil change and I ended up also getting a new air filter and wiper blades, which I already knew I was in need of, so I didn't feel scammed or cheated and he didn't pressure me into getting the filter or blades, he just made me aware and made a soft suggestion - No upselling or hassling! PTAC pretty constantly and consistently also has the best price on oil changes...I'll DEFINITELY go back for my next oil change! read more

This is the fourth botched oil change at this location. According to the VP, Eva Smith, the technician didn't tighten the plug well enough. Oil leaked on the garage floor for the second time. (I have two vehicles, and they forgot to tighten the plug on both cars.) But I'm grateful that they were honest during the recheck and didn't try to cover up the poor job. The other two failures were due to not topping off the fluids and not resetting the maintenance reminder. Additionally, the customer service is lacking. Eva, the owner/VP, did not remember that the technician failed to top off fluids, although I spoke directly with her the same day the technician didn't perform the work. The wiper fluid wasn't just lower; it was left empty, although the checklist showed that the fluid was topped off. (Now I have another oil spot to pressure wash off my garage floor--an additional task that I did not count on doing.) Moreover, Mrs. Eva told me that they opened at 8 a.m., but when I got there a couple of minutes before 8 a.m., she told me that she had a technician call off, and she didn't expect a technician to arrive until 9 a.m. for a recheck. (Very disappointed, I'll likely go back to paying the dealership for more reliable service. The aggravation is not worth the cheaper price.) read more

My car needed an oil change, so I decided on this location. I was told that my wait time would be 5 minutes. I guess he thought I meant how long it would take for someone to get the car because my wait from the time I arrived until the time I left was approximately 40 minutes. First impression of this was good. I spoke with Eva at the front desk she was very nice. However I was lied to. I was aware that I needed power steering fluid which is why when I arrived to have an Synthetic Oil Change Package I specifically ask to have my Power Steering fluid topped off since I knew I needed it. Eva assured me that they would top off all fluids. When my car was done I had to rush off to go to a doctors appointment I noticed my car was still making the wining noise it makes when you need power steering fluid. I called Eva back and she instantly said that I had a leak and that a diagnostic would be $65. The next day I put some Power Steering Fluid in my car which instantly fixed the noise. Not to say I dont have a small leak but when a customer is paying for a service it should be fulfilled REGARDLESS and NOT LIED TO. I just recently moved here for school and work and it has been very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. When you have a business that will flat out lie to you and say they've done a service and they have not it could lead to far bigger problems. I didnt even know if they actually changed my oil and filters so I had to pay a more honest business to complete the job. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE SMILES AND CONVERSATIONS HERE. Thanks Will, I appreciate everything you guys do! Monday morning after dropping off my niece at Milford Elementary a check engine light came on. I drive a Mercedes and as much as I love my car, I hate to take it to the dealership because without a doubt its going to be a $80-100 fee just to look at it. Precision tune was right down the street from her school so I took it there to see what they would charge to check the light. Will took the car into the bay and within 10minutes came back to update me, he told me that the gas cap was bad and I needed get it replaced. I had no clue that gas caps could go bad but he showed me the computer code that my car gave him. I first called PT to get my front struts replaced. Other providers on Austell rd were way more than I expected and sounded like they didn't want to be bothered with my job. I asked for Monroe struts during each call and only PT told that there is a $30 rebate - the thoughtful customer service over the phone is what drove my relationship with PT. I met Eva for my scheduled appointment and hoped for the best. When I picked up the car, they mentioned a number of things that needed to be addressed. I thought, here we go, more upselling. Eva offered to have her lead mechanic show me what was of concern. I thought, ok, sure, let's take a look. Under the car now, we went through everything and they were right. My car was getting fatigued and needing some love. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself. The car is almost 10 years old and the rubber bushings were breaking apart. I decided that the money needed to bring the car up was less than the tax on a new car. I brought the car back the next day for the additional work. Upon pickup, I spent some great time with Eva. I found out she is the owner and cared very deeply that her customers are taken care of and satisfied. She made sure her lead mechanic went on a ride with me to make sure the new work is ok and complete on the car. Everything was fine and well done. The car drives like a new car again. I will highly recommend Eva and her staff to all of my neighbors who are looking for an honest mechanic! I know Eva won't be the service writer forever, but she has a great way of talking with the customers and explaining what is going on. After reading Louann, M. from Austell, GA, 4/3/2017, review, I decided to provide my comments. I disagree with Louann's dismal evaluation. It seems that her review is a vendetta against Eva for Louann's most likely poor Preventive Maintenance on her car. I have been dealing with Eva for months, and her character, honesty, managerial skills and the way she treats her customers is above the norm. She goes out of her way to provide great service, making sure clients get the best possible cost and know exactly what they are paying for. While spending time near her counter area, I observed and listened to how she treats and deals with different customers, especially the tough ones. She is not the monster or a rip off artist she is being wrongfully portrayed to be. I have known of Eva taking care of veterans and others in need, going beyond her service requirements, even providing a ride to those in dire need and lunch to people who lacked the funds. If you are looking for great and honest service, stop by Eva's shop and she will honestly take care of you. Broadcasting a Christian view after writing such a negative review, makes me wonder about this person.
