We called and spoke to the district manager who initially laughed at my boyfriend for being upset and then later apologized for doing so. They stated they would review the video- and get back. They never did. There is nothing this company can do for our family- we just wanted the acknowledgment that this occurred and apology, along with a promise that this won't happen to anyone else. USStove had me running the stove with PAPERCLIPS!! for 2 weeks while I waited for the parts to come wrong ones of course, Plus the stove did not come with all it's parts. they were shipping them out as well as a check for my trouble. I hired someone to come change the airflow because one person from Us stove thought it was that (It was not) I have not yet to date received the check or the missing parts. I replaced the other parts the stove ran for about 2 days then started acting up I started calling then stove stopped 1 week before christmas . TS or USStove would help or even talk to me till after Christmas didn't matter I had no heat in my kitchen. I hired someone to come again they worked for hours now it runs for 12-24 hours before a complete shutdown error message 1 2 0r 3 never know but 2 hours of cleaning inside and out it will go again. 100s of calls and emails they will not refund my money. BBB has 96 complaints against tractor supply, TS told the BBB i am the ONLY one out of over 200 stores complaining.

Dr. Angell saved Oreo's life at least 3 times due to various fatal injuries and helped us maintain his over all health. We must have done something right for our tough indoor/outdoor kitty to last longer then 20+ healthy years. Any ways 3 years after Oreo passed we have taken in a homeless Kitty and back to Dr. Angell we go. Maybe we get another 20 years out of this cat.

After getting my dog's nails trimmed he came to meet me outside and told me that my dog was an asshole and wasn't welcome back. Apparently, my dog was very resistant to having his nails trimmed and scratched him and his staff. I of course feel very bad that this happened and understand if he doesn't want to have him back, but there are ways to deal with people and this was not it. I will never go back to this vet.
