I made an order from the skincare company The Ordinary. All of their orders come through your company. My order was supposedly waiting to come to USPS from York, PA last Friday. There had been no updates since until today. I called your company's number yesterday and when I asked where it was they said they aren't sure but they don't have it. They couldn't tell me if it was lost or not but they told me to reach out to the company I ordered from. Then out of nowhere it's being delivered to me today. It's been 2 weeks, book stopped by IL then NV- about one full week for each place, it just stood there. I live in California, shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. You call it fast and efficient when a shipment goes from Waukegan to York PA to Nashua, NH to Springfield MA to Harrisburg PA to, finally Hanover PA, being fast and efficient? This has got to be the absolute worst mailing service I have ever used in my 30 years. The item was shipped 30 miles from my home in Texas. It went all the way to Illinois stopping along the way. It sat in Illinois for a couple of days, finally back to Texas to sit for a couple of days and then it said, out for delivery. The only problem was, it was out for delivery in a town 200 miles away. It took over 2 weeks to receive a package that would have taken 2 days max. if only shipped Media rate. I will never ever purchase anything again where the company uses the horrible service of ON STOP MAILING!! Are these people just idiots. Can they not read an address? Apparently this is a scam company. If any company you intend to order or shop from uses them, and you know about it in advance, you MUST avoid buying from that company. One Stop Mailing intercedes between the USPS and various private firms. Undoubtedly this is part of the privatization of postal services that is ongoing in the US; a company that sells online hires them to bring the packages on order to the post office FOR them. This company picks them up, then waits for days, weeks perhaps months, until their orders have reached "critical mass" and they decide to get out of bed and take the boxes to be shipped by USPS. As if USPS weren't bad enough, if you are hoping to ever see what you have attempted to purchase, do NOT order from anyone using One Stop Mailing. Where packages go to die. read more

A book I ordered from Amazon is being shipped by One Stop Mailing (a ridiculous name). My tracking shows it was picked up on 12/15/18 and it has traveled from Waukegan, IL to York, PA TO Glendale Heights, IL. So the closest it has made it to Florida thus far was near the Pennsylvania-Maryland state lines. Why it was shipped back to another location in Illinois is a mystery to me. At this rate, the book should arrive in time for my nephew's birthday in May. I would think Amazon could pick more reliable shipping companies for their products. read more

Worst company! Takes forever to ship anything. I live in AZ and had a book sent from Las Vegas, and it took them 2 days to get "to USPS" in Vegas and 2 WEEKS to get it to AZ. You can personally drive there and back with 8 hours from my house, so I have no idea what could possibly take this long! Most frustrating part is the tracking within their system is so slow you wonder if it's sitting there for those 2 weeks or actually moving in the right direction. Eventually USPS receives the package and it updates regularly, but my last package said it was received by USPS in Boulder CO, but hasn't had an update for weeks now. If you call they have no idea where anything is, so good luck with that... I'd run if you need something within a few weeks, as it's always a guessing game as to win you get anything from this company! read more

I am awaiting a shipment in Washington State. They sent my textbook from Texas(bottom mid USA) to Illinois(Top Left section USA), then back DOWN to Las Vegas, essentially forming a giant triangle across the US. I still am waiting for it to ship out from Vegas, hopefully to somewhere up north. They hold the packages forever! This place is absolutely terrible. I try to avoid all ebay and amazon sellers that use them but somehow ended up unluckily finding a seller that does use them. Book ordered on the 19th of this month. Hasn't moved at all from Ogden UT. I seriously don't understand why anyone uses this company. Here's what you do (as I have had packages take a tour of the states), NAME the seller here, so that no one will do business with them, until they stop using crappy shipping. "Newgistics" (pitney and bows) is another one who will take your package on a multistate tour, hundreds and even thousands of miles out of the way. I bought a used book and was shipped the same day through One Stop Mailing. The bookstore in less than 70 miles from home. Seven days later I have no update and no estimated delivery date. This is the second time an used book I buy is shipped from a vendor using this OSM service, the first time it took two weeks and it seems this time will be the same or maybe they will set a new record. This one needs negative stars. I worked in libraries for 40 years and have seen book shipments arrive by all kinds of slow means, but this one takes the stale moldy cake. Booksellers seem to love them, probably because they are cheap. However, they prove the adage that "you get what you pay for." Erratic, inefficient routing, delays in handling, a tracking system that is a joke when it isn't broken down and unresponsive, and customer service that blames everything on USPS even when the shipment has never been turned over to USPS to begin with. Regular book rate or media mail through USPS can take a couple of weeks to cross the country. A book sent within OSM's home state of Illinois can take a month or more just to reach USPS for final delivery. Amazon and ABEBooks should tell their sellers not to use this worthless shipper, or at least warn customers that it will be used. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars on August 6th I received a email from USPS that I was getting a package (this package is a birthday present for my sons birthday on the 10th) from One Stop Mailing and arrival date would be August 10th. I double checked tracking yesterday the 9th and it was in Southern ME distribution center 1:14am. I live in ME and have had many things delivered the day after it shows up at this center. I was releived it would be on time. My mail comes early in the morning before my son wakes up so I would have just enough time to wrap it. I check my mail this morning and it's there I look around and no package. I track my package again and it says it will be here by 8pm. I wasn't thrilled but thought once it got here he could just open the box. Its 8:44pm still no package so I check tracking again and it says my deliver date is now August 13th. It is now all the way in Massachusetts. I contacted the place I bought the present from and they were not pleased with One Stop Mailing themselves as I am not the first customer to call today. They were told when my item shipped I would get it Saturday or Monday at the latest. From other reviews here and other sites this seems to be a regular occurrence . read more
