    Security footage: clear violation.

ScooterBug's renter was illegally driving their scooter with a child in their lap, thus impairing their vision and running over my wife's foot and resulting in our trip cut in half. The driver also immediately left the scene. I reached out to customer service and they advised I email them. I also sent photos of the driver including their illegal actions. They replied that they would forward the info to their legal team. Legal department refuses to respond to anything and it has been over 3 weeks. We have no idea who the driver is and they refuse to provide a resolution. Will be filing complaints in every possible way and take legal action. Watch out for their drivers un-backed by a company that doesn't care.

I again rented one for two days and the first night towards the end of the night the battery started flashing  red - luckily I got back to my hotel because good luck trying to charge the scooter at 10 at night in the dark.  I charged the battery in my room during the night.  The 2nd night the scooter lasted until 2am with plenty of battery life to spare.  Please deliver a FULLY charged battery to the hotel and tell the hotel to keep the scooter charged. No one wants to rent a partially charged battery, look for a plug - if you can find one, and take the time to charge a scooter  when they are spending thousands of dollars to enjoy Disneyland.

I am so disappointed, I have rented strollers from other companies and never had an issue but I decided to rent from this company and it will be my last. They do not care about their equipment they are about their money. I understand I am renting a stroller and don't expecting it to be perfect. But they seriously gave me a piece of equipment that belongs in the trash. How can the company/employee, who dropped it off be okay with renting out a stroller falling apart. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! They could not replace it until the next day. Which was pointless I am still waiting for a call back from a manger. This should tell you they do not go by their company value of being the top US trusted company. Scooter Bug, please do not promote your quote if you cannot keep what you promote . I cannot trust your company and your equipment.

Pretty nice rental spot for scooters…read more My father in law had leg issues and couldn't walk long distances. We called Disneyland and they said they can't guarantee availability for scooters as it is first come first serve. So we went with an outside company for renting scooters. This place is really close to Disneyland, basically 1 traffic light away, walking distance. It is situated right now to the official drop off area for Disneyland. The price is reasonable. Staff are reasonably friendly. The booking process was smooth. The scooters were well maintained, and kept clean. No issues in terms of using the scooters. Overall, a great place to rent scooters.

I found One Stop Mobility and what attracted me was its proximity to Disneyland Resort. It's located within the Camelot Inn and Suites right across the street from the parks. When you turn into the hotel, you'll pass the parking attendant and it's on the right side towards the back of the parking lot. You can't miss it because there are a ton of scooters outside the office. I submitted a request online two days before my visit, and they called me back later the same day. Someone helped me book the scooter rental over the phone. I wish you could do this online because you have to provide your credit card details to the representative that calls you back. They'll ask for your arrival window, and I recommend going first thing in the morning. I arrived a few minutes before they opened at 7:00 AM, and I waited about 15 minutes because there was one person in front of me. The scooter is fully charged when you check it out. They'll provide an overview on how to use the scooter, which is super helpful. How to turn it on, move forward, reverse, break, and adjust the seat. If you need to transport it, the scooter can break down, but it is SO heavy. You'll need two people to get this into a van, SUV, or truck. It has a speed dial, and let me tell you the max speed goes FAST, so be careful if you're on that setting. The turn radius is excellent for the scooters, I didn't have any trouble navigating sharp turns for some of the lines in the parks. My visit to the park started at 7:30 am and we left around 4:00 pm. The charge was still full, so if you're looking to rent one of these for a couple of days, this battery has enough power for that. I paid about $70 for a day rental, but that's because I added the scooter insurance ($10). I personally don't think you need this if you're just going to Disneyland Resort. I had no issues during my visit. I do think it's smart to add it if you're transporting the scooter in a vehicle to use at another location. If you leave the scooter unattended at the park, be sure to just take the key with you. You can return the scooter outside of business hours. You'll leave the scooter next to the office and leave the key with the hotel front desk.

When returning the scooter I informed the person from there company we lost the arm rest at the park due to them not being attached properly. I was told that since they delivered a damaged scooter and just threw whatever left over arms they had at their store; I would not be charged for the missing arm rest. When I get back home I see the charge on my card. I call them and ask to speak to the manger Chris. After informing me he will call me back after speaking to the "owner", I get a text message. Very unprofessional. As he informs me of their "generosity of the discounts" they gave us. I have to then correct him. Chris tell me they gave us 2 scooter for the price of 1. I never ordered 2 scooters. His dates were inaccurate and tried to say we're used something we never received. They try to add false information and fake reservations to seem well-intentioned. Since he has no decency to call me back I proceed to call him back our conversation lead to false information and Chris proceeds to curse and use profanity as their "general manager". -Lack of customer service -Lied and allegations -Extra charges -Profanity and rudeness -Faulty equipment Are all the things you will receive if you use their services.

The foreman they sent named Alek was terrific, but for some reason I had to deal with a lady named Doris in San Antonio to get my estimate. She was diligent and helpful, though, no problem. The technicians came at 8:55 am ( what a wonderful surprise) and they were both very polite and professional. After determining both my batteries had to be replaced they called around to see if they could locate replacement batteries. They came back in the afternoon to install the batteries and finish the service. I called the office back later to mention that the seat still felt wobbly and Doris made sure that they came back the next day and now my seat is perfect! I recommend this company 100%. My experience tells me that my satisfaction is very important to them and that I am 100% satisfied with the job. They will be my go to for all future needs with my stairlift as the company that installed my stairlift 10 yrs ago is no longer in business. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a Bruno outdoor stairlift.
